Chapter 20: The Enemy of the Buddha
When the old monk said this, his tone was very calm, only his eyes changed slightly.
His eyes were dangerous, that kind of extreme madness, comparable to that of a villain....... No, it seems to be even more exaggerated than falling into the wicked one!!
If this old monk is a living person, his mental state must have undergone a deformed transformation, and he is distorted and not like a normal person.
Only such a situation will cause him to show such a look.
Even though he said he was going to cross me, no matter what I thought, I felt that this old thing was trying to kill me.
Don't look at his staggering and unsteady walking, it seems that he will fall to the ground in the next second, but it can be seen that the dangerous aura on his body has not faded, but has become more and more intense.
My intuition told me that this old monk ....... Kill me!
"Roar!!
Suddenly, with a low roar, the Fallen Evil Son rushed forward without warning without my order.
Seeing this scene, I didn't react a little, what are you doing on this dog day??
When we meet an opponent like an old monk who doesn't know the details, our first choice is not to fight, but to run!!
At this time, the old monk also stopped, saw the evil man rushing straight towards him, folded his hands and recited a word of Buddha, and then held his hands and clenched his fists to meet the evil man.
Compared with the monster-like villain, the old monk's thin body is simply not worth mentioning.
Anyone who comes to see this scene will think that he is hitting a stone with an egg.
But what exactly is the truth?
At the moment when the two sides touched, the old monk's right arm, like a soldering iron inserted into the cream, penetrated out of the abdomen of the evil man very smoothly without hindrance.
At that time, the right claw of the evil man also accurately pinched the old monk's neck, as if he didn't feel pain, regardless of the injury in the abdomen, he raised his head and bit the old monk's head.
The teeth in its mouth were like steel needles, and the moment it bit the old monk, the rows of sharp teeth were inserted.
None of the enemy's eyeballs survived, and they were all stuck in with sharp teeth.
The old monk and the evil man, neither of them made any more movements, it seemed that they were deadlocked, and they were motionless and fixed in place.
I don't know what the reason is, the old monk's eyeball was obviously penetrated by the teeth of the evil man, but no liquid came out, and the eyeball was still bulging and did not deflat.......
"What's going on??!" I stood next to me and watched this scene in disbelief, especially when I saw the old monk turn his head and look at me, my eyes were about to pop out.
He doesn't seem to take the wicked man seriously! Didn't pay attention to the attack of the evil man at all!
"Donor, you have a lot of demons in you, if you just let yourself go free, you won't be able to turn back in the future, so let me help you......."
The old monk said, slowly pulling his arm out of the belly of the evil man.
In that process, the villain did not resist, his mouth kept roaring, and the solemnity in his eyes had long since disappeared, replaced by a kind of anger that was provoked and bullied.
"Old-timers, we are really not enemies, if you think that those people of the old religion have fallen into the devil's path, then you should deal with them, not us........" I took two steps back, clutched the coffin nail in my hand, and trembled when I spoke: "The enemy of the enemy is a friend, we are on the same line, why bother to divide you into life and death........"
"Buddha and demon, how can they be on the same line?" The old monk smiled.
Hearing this, I couldn't help but look at him.
From head to toe, this old guy doesn't look like a living person, not even a human being, and he still chants Buddha with a face?
"You're a monk?" I asked.
The old monk smiled and did not speak.
"You look like this, what kind of Buddha or demon do you think this is convincing......." I gritted my teeth, and saw that the evil man was still entangled with him, and I had no other ideas in my heart, only one word.
Beat.
The Devil is one of my biggest hole cards, and in this case, I have only the option to use it, and only it is the best one.
If I leave the wicked man here and let him fight with the old monk, I will find another opportunity to escape...... It's not fucking realistic!
It's more reliable to let the wicked man dig the tunnel and take me out than to dig the tunnel myself.
I regret it when I think about it, if I had come down with the rat and had it here, I wouldn't have to worry about anything.
Among so many injustices, it is the most pangolin.......
"What do I look like?"
When the old monk heard my words, his eyes were surprisingly confused, and he raised his hand, touched his face, and looked at the dark skin on his arm, and there was an indescribable sadness in his eyes.
"What the hell is wrong with me........"
When the old monk was confused, I was also wondering what kind of injustice this old thing was???
It stands to reason that no matter how strong the foundation is, when facing the villain, it will more or less fall into a certain disadvantage.
Don't look at the hateful face of the evil man, the ferocity is monstrous, this thing is a special magic weapon to put it bluntly.
There is no doubt that the magic weapon is more useful than anything else to deal with injustice.
But the old monk was not afraid of it at all, and he fought with it hard, and he was also in absolute upper hand, showing no signs of loss.
"Such a ruthless thing...... Where did the fight come from........ How come I have never heard of such a cruel injustice......." I gritted my teeth.
At this moment, the eight saplings in front of the statue of Shakyamuni Buddha passed coldly from the corner of my eye.
At that moment, I seemed to think of something, and hurriedly turned my head to look.
"Eight Trees...... Pair of twos....... Two ........ each in the south, east, west, and north," I muttered.
I remember that Wenren Bodhisattva once told me that Shakyamuni Buddha, the head of the Buddhist family, was destroyed in the city of the corpse, between the two trees of Sura.
Thania. At the time of his death, there were two trees in the south, south, west, and northwest.
The two trees on each side are opposites, one withering and one prospering, one flourishing, and the other falling and withering.
There are eight such trees in total, which happen to be the signs of four withering and four glory.
The kind of vision that only exists in legends...... Wouldn't it be able to match the current situation?!!
Although the eight trees here are all saplings, they can also correspond to the four withered and four glorious elephants, and the order of the southeast, northwest and northwest is also the same!
Oriental Twin Trees, which should mean "permanence and impermanence".
Southern Twin Trees, which should mean "happy and unhappy".
The Western Twin Tree should mean "self and selflessness".
The Northern Twin Tree means "pure and unclean".
One withered and one prosperous.
The tree of flourishing branches and foliage, active and prosperous, is the true appearance of all things, constant, happy, self, and pure.
The withered and withered, dead tree is the five turbid phases of the world, impermanence, no joy, no self, and no purity.
Between these eight realms, it means that it is neither dry nor glorious, neither false nor empty...... This is the image of becoming a Buddha on the ground!
But this old monk, no matter how you look at it, it is impossible to link it with the word "Buddha".
The only possibility is what Wenren Bodhisattva once said, the kind of "demon" that only exists in ancient classics.
"Some monks in order to become a Buddha on the ground, to get the power that he does not currently have, will make the illusion of these eight realms, in which the death or sitting meditation ......" When the Bodhisattva said this, his expression was very solemn, not like the gossip on his face like he told me the story before: "Some monks succeeded, some monks failed, and those who succeeded, passed away on the spot, became a Buddha on the spot, gained great wisdom, understood the truth of the world, and went straight to the Pure Land of Buddha on the other side." ”
"What about the losers?" That's what I asked.
"Due to the advent of the era of the end of the Dharma, those who fail will destroy the Buddha's heart because of failure, completely fall into the devil's path, be tempted by his transformation into the heavens, and degenerate into his freedom of demons." Wenren Bodhisattva replied.
I asked, "Is this an injustice?" ”
Hearing my words, Wenren Bodhisattva shook his head at that time and corrected him very seriously: "It's not a sin, it's a demon. ”
"This kind of demon has also appeared in Buddhist classics, also known as Gatha Shun, and it has also appeared in Taoist records, and most of them call it a Buddha and a demon."
"But among all these titles, there is only one that I find appropriate."
As soon as I heard the human bodhisattva say this, I couldn't help but be curious, and asked him which one he thought was the most appropriate?
The answer that Wenren Bodhisattva gave me was only two words.
Buddha enemy.
