Chapter XXIX: Strengthening the Rules
"Doctor, inject me with this serum," Harry said, looking up at Dr. Karl.
"What, Harry, you're going to inject this serum," Dr. Karl said with a frown, surprised.
"Yes, Doctor," Harry said in a reassuring tone.
"No! Harry," Dr. Carr suddenly shouted.
"Harry, it's so dangerous to do this, you warned me not to be impulsive, and now you're asking me to inject you with something so dangerous," Dr. Karl said without backing down.
"Indeed, Harry, I've been through situations where my mind has lost control, and that's not good, and in this matter, I think you should listen to the doctor," Max likewise advised.
Harry looked at the two of them, a little crying and laughing.
"Alas! Why are you two so excited," Harry said with a dumb laugh, "I know my situation, and things like serum tests are not dangerous for me. β
"Come on, Doctor," Harry said as he took off his shirt.
"Are you serious? Dr. Harry: "Dr. Karl was a little unsure of where Harry's confidence came from, so he still wanted Harry to give up.
"Don't worry, Doctor, I have a special constitution, even if the effect of the serum is out of control, as long as I still have subjective consciousness, I can reverse it, and Max is here" Harry said as he looked at Dr. Karl, and then looked at Max again.
"Yes, Doctor. If Harry gets out of control, I'll stun him as soon as possible," Max said.
"Well, well," Dr. Karl sighed, and said.
Dr. Carr took Harry and Max to his private lab and tinkered with his instruments for a while.
"Lie down," Dr. Carl pointed to the instrument bed.
Harry answered and lay down.
"Get ready, Harry," Dr. Carl said to Harry, holding the Injection Strong, which had been filled with the Hulk serum.
"Well, I'm ready," Harry replied, clutching the corner of the instrument bed.
Dr. Carl nodded to Max on the side, and was ready to begin.
"It might hurt a little," Dr. Carl whispered.
"Doctor, I don't need a piece of sweet toffee," Harry said jokingly.
"Okay" Dr. Carl was amused by Harry's joke and lost his composure.
Dr. Carl pinched the syringe repeatedly, and then, under Harry's determined gaze, injected the green serum into Harry's arm.
"Harry, how do you feel," Dr. Carl asked, eagerly aside.
"It's not painful, it's just a little hot," Harry replied. His complexion slowly turned red, becoming even redder after he said this.
"It's normal to strengthen the body," Dr. Carr said.
"Alright, Doctor, you go to the side first, or I'll hurt you if I lose my mind," Harry said to Dr. Karl.
"Hmm," Dr. Karl sensibly stepped back behind Max.
Harry closed his eyes silently, feeling the potency of the Hulk Serum. He didn't care about how he felt physically, because he had been injected with spider venom, and he had felt the conflict between illness and spider venom, and now he could adapt to this small discomfort.
Harry only felt that the inside of his body was changing from moment to moment, and the strength of his body continued to increase with time. But Harry also feels like he's starting to change in size.
Dr. Carl and Max did see the change in Harry's body size.
"Phewβ" Dr. Karl breathed a sigh of relief.
"Harry seems to be getting a little longer," Max said, looking at Harry's exposed ankles.
"It's normal," Dr. Carl reassured, walking over to the chair against the wall and sitting down.
"Harry is just twenty-one years old now, there is still room for his body to grow, according to historical records, World War II Captain America Steve Rogers was just a short and thin man with asthma before receiving the Super Soldier Serum, and the same is true for Harry's changes, except that the Hulk's Enhanced Serum has stimulated Harry's growth in advance," Dr. Carr explained to Max.
"Oh! It's so cool! Harry got up from the instrument bed and said with his arms outstretched. The effectiveness of the Hulk serum had been exhausted, and Harry only felt that the muscles in his body had become more tense and powerful, and his physical fitness had improved again.
"So? Harry," Dr. Karl asked, squeezing Harry's forearm.
"Very good," Harry smiled.
"Open System Screen"
To see the potency of the serum, the functionality of the system could not be better.
Name: Harry Osborne
Age: Twenty-one years old
Physical condition: Healthy
Abilities: Enhanced (40), Electrostatic Adsorption (30), Spider Sensing (50)
Items: Simple Armor (30), Spider Suit - Spider Silk Launcher (5)
"**The enhancement rating has risen from thirty to forty points, it seems that the same ability enhancement is not a superposition effect, then it will be good to get something like the enhancement serum in the future, and it will be directly converted into points," Harry thought to himself.
Just as Harry was thinking, Dr. Karl had already attached various testing instruments to his body.
"It worked, and it didn't hurt the spirit in the slightest," Carl said in surprise as he observed the information on the screen.
"Harry, I'm going to take some of your blood and see if there's any hidden harm," Dr. Carr said.
"Of course, no problem," Harry said.
He naturally knows that he has no hidden conditions, but the situation of blood is what he has been paying attention to, in the technologically advanced Marvel world, cloning technology is not too difficult, in the Marvel world, Thor has been copied, Harry does not think that he will be more difficult to clone than Thor.
When the blood test results came back, Dr. Carr was a little disappointed.
"How's it going," Harry asked as he looked at Dr. Karl as he sighed, and although it was evident from his performance, Harry still felt more reassuring to say it from his mouth himself.
"As before, nothing is better than the average person" Dr. Carr turned around and took off his glasses as he looked at Harry, a little incredulous.
"You're completely out of the ordinary, and you shouldn't be," Dr. Carr said.
"Maybe that's what makes me special," Harry said with a smile as he put on his shirt.
"But you're not a mutant!" Dr. Carl said puzzled.
"It's not just mutants who have superhuman abilities," Harry said.
"Oh!" Dr. Carr's eyes lit up suddenly.
"When you say that, I suddenly remember something from the news earlier," Dr. Carr said as he turned on a video.
Harry walked over to look at the screen, which was an accident on the Brooklyn Bridge, and as the reporter said in the picture, the important thing was not the rescue incident, but the four extraordinary human beings, human beings.
"It's the four of them," Harry curled the corners of his mouth slightly.
"It looks like Osborne Industries is going to expand in a new way," Harry said softly.
"So? Harry" Max vaguely heard Harry's words and asked suspiciously.
"Nothing, Max," Harry said, looking up.
"Alright, I'll go up first," Harry said, looking at Dr. Karl who had gone back to study his own blood and didn't respond, Harry smiled helplessly, turned and boarded the elevator.
