Ladies and gentlemen, precept and wisdom is a magic weapon for self-cultivation and self-protection, and it is necessary to practice this study before becoming a Buddha and becoming an ancestor and developing bodhicitta However, from ancient times to the present, there are many inexplicable precepts of large and small precepts, and there are many good and bad precepts, and there are not a few people who misspread and misinterpret them. As a result, the Zen forest is covered with dust, and the pearl is flawed. What hero can trace back to his roots? Purify the mysteries and benefit the world? ”

For example, if a person wants to die a good death, he should refrain from killing. If you don't kill sentient beings, you have no grievances and live a long life. If anyone wants to be rich, let him refrain from stealing. Since it is not stealing, it is naturally cherished, and natural wealth is abundant. If a man wants to be honest in the world, let him refrain from lying. Because he does not lie, he is naturally respected by the world. If the world wants to have true dependents, let him abstain from double-tongues. Words and deeds are consistent, the heart of the Tao is firm, and all evils are naturally inviolable. If the world wants to be pleased, let him abstain from evil and speak evil, and speak naturally and kindly, so that he will be pleased and supported by all. The rest of the vows give you truth, you can get freedom from greed, you can get joy by abstaining from hatred, you can get merit by abstaining from evil opinions, and so on. All these things are for nothing, and they are useful. When it doesn't exist, it has its use. It's just useless. Therefore, today, Master Qingliangzi is dusty in the cloud and the forest is dusty, and those who have flaws in the pearl only need to be silently washed and observed from their hearts. I don't know what the uncles and uncles of the Qing Dynasty, the predecessors of Master Qingliangzi, and the predecessors of the head of Xiaoyaozi think? ”

"Contemptible people are four good laymen, all colleagues, Master Qingliangzi, and the predecessors of Xiaoyaozi are polite. Regarding meditation, I have a lot of experience in the next place, and I am willing to throw bricks and lead jade, and learn from all of you. The so-called meditation is a special translation in the Buddhist translation, Zen is the abbreviation of the Indian Sanskrit Zenna, its meaning is concentration, thinking and cultivation, merit jungle, etc., so Zen is Chinese, Sanskrit and other names, which is explained from its name. In fact, meditation has existed in ancient China, such as meditation, meditation, alchemy, picking yellow buds, dragon and tiger sitting, and so on. Regardless of the name, form, or method of practice, they all lead to the same goal. As everyone knows, Buddhism has four meditations and eight fixed methods, and various contemplative methods. The contemptible people have received this divine endowment, and they have practiced every day, and they have achieved today's achievements. It can be seen that there is no impermanence, and there is only one word of sincerity.
