Mene Moya, one of the leading members of the Menelofi Restoration Party. As a teenager, he held a grudge against the corrupt ruling party because of his mother's death.

During the Menelofi expedition to Sado, they unleashed civil strife and eventually seized power. Due to the death of his successor, he was appointed Emperor of Menelofi by the Minister of Power and changed his name to Mene Buya.

Taking advantage of the civil strife, the Sado army launched a military invasion against Menelofi, and Buya led the four ministers to attack the Satan army and successfully repelled the enemy.

Buya wanted to take advantage of this opportunity to conquer Sadomu in one fell swoop, but unexpectedly angered the other neighboring countries, and the three kingdoms declared war on Menelofe one after another.

Buya then launched the Human Return Project, intending to send the Menelofe people to Earth, and then use the giant heavy weapons in space to destroy the entire Mars along with the three kingdoms, so as to bring eternal peace to Menelofe and all mankind.

He was later stopped by Mene Victor and told the truth about the Earth. Eventually, Zlabov's spearhead fired a missile that hit the palace of Bufu, and Mene Buya was killed.
