Then there will be some free time, Chilongzi will go to meditate, Chen Tingzhi will stay outside the Taoist temple gate, see if there are any tourists back to offer incense, and at the same time you can also do a few times Tai Chi. Taijiquan, as the symbol of the Wudang School, has been taught by Chilongzi a long time ago, and Chen Tingzhi is also deeply immersed.
After the end of Chilongzi's settlement, he came to greet the guests, but generally no one came to the door, and Chilongzi also took care of his own boxing. Chen Tingzhi will return to the wing room to learn some Taoist and professional knowledge of language, physics, chemistry and so on.
Around dusk, the old and the young began to prepare dinner again, and after eating, Chilongzi began to teach Chen Tingzhi's dragon chanting and tiger roaring method, as well as some other Taoist techniques.
After nightfall, when it comes to the third watch, Chilongzi will once again instruct Chen Tingzhi to descend the dragon and subdue the tiger's dragon sleeping pill gong, let him enter a deep sleep, clean the Taoist temple again, clean up the inside and outside, and lock the door.
