XXVII. Progress (I)

In the two days after opening up the heart meridian and the lung meridian for Wende, Chu Yunxiu successively helped Wende open up the two meridians of the palm meridian, the second meridian of the hand and lungs, the second meridian of the foot heart meridian and the second meridian of the foot and lungs.

It took a little longer, because these eight meridians were not as "thin" and "fragile" as the first four meridians, and if you want to get through them, you need to be more precise in manipulating internal forces.

The result was just like what Chu Yunxiu said before, it was a little beyond her ability.

For this, she had to act carefully and spend more time.

But Rao is like this, in the process of opening up the meridians, there are still several misses.

Wende's heart meridian on his right hand was injured as a result, and several acupuncture points in the lung meridian of his right hand were also in the process of opening, and they were damaged due to careless force.

When this happened for the first time, it only scared Chu Yunxiu a lot!

Broken meridians are quite a serious thing for every martial arts practitioner who cultivates internal strength!

Once the meridians are damaged, it means that the transmission and operation of internal forces are hindered, which greatly affects the strength of the body. It is very difficult to repair and make up, it is time-consuming and labor-intensive, and it is almost impossible to restore the internal power that has been cultivated unless it is unique and subtle in the treatment of internal injuries.

All in all, once the meridians are greatly damaged, it will inevitably have an impact on the strength of the body. And more severely, paralysis, hemiplegia...... It's not impossible to happen.

So as soon as he realized that he had missed, Chu Yunxiu's tears fell on the spot.

It made Wen De a little crying and laughing, so he had to comfort him with kind words for a while, and when Chu Yunxiu's mood calmed down, he had time to study the repair.

Fixing this is simple and complex.

If it was placed before the four veins of the Heart Meridian and Lung Meridian were opened up by Chu Yunxiu, Wen De, who did not have a basic impression of the meridians and acupoints, would have no way to start even if he wanted to repair them.

But since the four veins were opened, Wende has realized something, and has his own views on these - whether these are real objective facts or not - based on the relative idealistic tendency of Huahuo's ability, the meridians and acupoints have changed from the previous "supernatural" to "common sense" that Wende can understand and accept.

Winder was able to use his fireworks ability to scan, collect blueprints, and then create them.

Although the process was not all smooth sailing, and there were some unexpected situations, but overall, after some experimentation and exploration, Wende finally succeeded in restoring all the damaged meridians and acupoints.

And in the process, Wende also encountered a very wonderful and interesting thing.

The lungs of his right hand were damaged in several acupuncture points, one of which was so severe that it was almost completely destroyed. Later, when it was restored by Wende, it was almost completely demolished and rebuilt, and a new one was made to replace it.

The restoration of this acupoint took a lot of Wende's time and energy, and in the process, it led to ...... for some unknown reason When the new acupuncture channel transmits the internal force, both the transmission speed and the range of influence, it is slightly larger than that of the other acupoints.

It's about 1:1.2, because the internal force is created by Wende with the source force, Wende's new expansion ability [Total Internal Force Indicator] is more accurate.

The total unit of internal force manufactured by a quota of 100 can be accurately calculated to one decimal place.

It made Wen De both inexplicable and happy, if it weren't for the fear of scaring Chu Yunxiu, the acupuncture point would be really painful! He wanted to deliberately break a few and restore it to see if it was the same.

But this is the case, and the result is already very amazing.

In just a few days, from not knowing anything about internal strength to entering the realm of Xiaocheng with the twelve canons fully opened, such a speed does not dare to say that there is no one to come, but it is definitely unprecedented.

Even if it is said, Wende is clever.

Such results cannot be achieved by simply exercising the power and performing the veins, because the meridians themselves are only opening up and marking the existence of the meridians, and the internal force operating in them still has to be the self-generated internal force in the body of the person being opened.

However, Wende used the internal force created by the source force to make up for this shortcoming, and he suddenly entered the standard of the realm of Xiaocheng.

Of course, his small success is actually quite watery......

If a normal martial arts practitioner cultivates the internal strength method in a conventional way, cultivating qi step by step, and getting started until Xiaocheng, then he will surpass Wende, a "parallel import", whether it is the total amount of internal force that the Qi Sea Dantian can hold, the amount of internal force transmitted by the meridians per unit time, and the manipulation of internal force.

After all, the meridians are only forcibly opened, and there is no ability to further expand and strengthen.

According to Chu Yunxiu's words, Wen De's current situation is more than the entry of internal strength, and he has only passed eight more meridians.

It's true, but Winder doesn't care either!

To be able to get this far in such a few days, he is already very content.

Internal force and martial arts are very novel toys for Wende, so I can't wait to experience them.

After some testing, Wende confirmed that under the help of internal strength, his physical fitness, whether it is strength, running speed, high jump, long jump or endurance, has improved to a certain extent.

The increase ranged from 3% to 8%, with the lowest increase in running speed and the largest increase in punch power.

The overall growth is not a lot, but considering that Wende's physical fitness is close to the limit of what human exercise can achieve, such an increase is rare and valuable!

Wende carried out the test little by little, and in the process, he had a deeper understanding of the internal force, its operation, and its effect.

At this time, if you look at the Qingfeng Sword Technique used to exercise and manipulate internal force, you will no longer be looking at the Book of Heaven, but comparing the information in the database, and you will be able to start learning immediately.

The Qingfeng Sword Technique is originally used to guide the invocation of internal force during the period from entry to Xiaocheng, and gradually break through the meridians and acupoints of the limbs, until the internal force can flow to any part of the limbs.

But for Wende, who has now reached the state of small success, it is also very instructive.

Because although Wende's twelve canons are all-in-one, they are almost blank on how to invoke and distribute internal forces, and they have no experience at all. At this time, the meaning of internal force to him is that the passive operation spreads to the whole body, and plays a basic role in strengthening and improving.

So I feel that I have learned a lot.

And Chu Yunxiu, who asked Wen De to learn and practice the Qingfeng Sword Technique first, explained in detail the difference between the independent flow of internal force and the active invocation of internal force, as well as the benefits and necessity of actively invoking internal force, to emphasize.

The so-called independent circulation of internal force is what Wende can do at present, the internal force starts from the Qihai Dantian, and is sent to the heart and lungs along the two yin meridians to the heart and lungs, and then along the heart, lungs, and yang meridians to the upper and lower parts of the body.

It is because its strengthening is very comprehensive, and the internal force used is actually the excess internal force after the internal force is close to the savings full of Qi Haidantian, so theoretically speaking, such an internal force flows independently and almost does not consume internal force.

The strengthening of internal force for those who practice martial arts is equivalent to being obtained out of thin air.

That's the good thing, but that's also where the flaws are.

The internal force consumed to strengthen it is only a very small part of the Qi Sea Dantian. Then when fighting with people, it means that most of the internal forces are meaningless.

Therefore, on the basis of the independent circulation of internal force, there is a means for people who practice martial arts to take the initiative to mobilize more internal force in the Qihai Dantian to strengthen and kill the enemy.

The Qingfeng Sword Method teaches such a method of invocation.

Its operation chapter starts from using breathing to control the heart and lungs and the yin meridians to absorb the internal force of the Qi Sea Dantian, and gradually progresses to how to cultivate the cost and get used to doing the same thing.

Then start from the amount of internal force absorbed at one time, from twice the amount at the beginning to about one-tenth of the independent flow to the Qihai Dantian.

Then it comes to the distribution of absorbing internal forces, how to send the absorption of internal forces to the Heart Yang Sutra that you want, instead of distributing the internal force evenly to each Heart Yang Sutra like the independent circulation, which is what is taught in this course.

When all of the above is mastered, it will be the last and most profound part of the operation chapter.

Teach you how to absorb more internal force in batches in a shorter period of time under the premise that the total amount of internal force transmitted by the heart-lung yin meridian per unit time is limited; Teach you how to temporarily store internal forces in the heart and lungs to achieve unexpected effects; Teach you how to pass on the internal force absorbed at one time to a certain heart, lung and yang meridian in batches, and how to make the "destination" of each batch different while dividing it into batches, etc.

It can be said that there is a lot of content, and there is a certain degree of difficulty.

Therefore, even if there is information on the Qingfeng Sword Technique in the database, and the detailed state of Chu Yunxiu when he casts it, Wen De can learn from and refer to it, but if he really wants to learn to master it and become his own thing, he still needs some time to practice hard.

Winder spent most of his next few days on this, but only in the second half of the second lesson.

Just learning the Qingfeng sword technique is a bit monotonous, and in his spare time, Winder occasionally flips through the Eagle Claw Grappler.

Then I found that there is really a big difference between the actual combat type of kung fu and the cultivation type!

The main thing that cultivation kung fu teaches is what kind of method you use to send an ability to the heart and yang meridians of your left and right hands respectively.

However, the actual combat type of kung fu only tells you: if you want to defeat the opponent and perform this move, then you should send half of the internal force to the Yang meridian of your right hand, and then divide the remaining half into three parts and send them to other places.

As for how to do it, I'm sorry, this is not a matter of actual combat martial arts, please read the corresponding cultivation martial arts by yourself, and then study hard......

Winder thought it was quite interesting, and took the time to flip through the talon grappler with great interest.

Then I found out that although the content of actual combat martial arts is mainly these, after the details, it is not simple at all.

For example, if you want to use the eagle claw grappler, then at the same time as opening up the stance, you should draw about one-tenth of the internal force from the Qi Sea Dantian and inject it into the Heart Yang Meridian of the limbs in a 2:2:2:2 share, and the remaining 2 points of the share will be allocated to the Yang Meridian of the main lungs.

Doing so will ensure that your arms will be stronger and more agile in the next five minutes or so, and because the acupuncture points of the main lung yang meridian are all over the chest and abdomen, you will also be guaranteed to be less injured when attacked.

This is only the general outline, and when it comes to each move, there will be more detailed and specific internal force calls.

For example, you grab your opponent's right wrist with your left hand and grab your opponent's right shoulder with your right hand in an attempt to subdue or further kill, a move called "Broken Shoulder Lock" in the Talon Grap.

This is because the left hand should not only prevent the opponent from breaking free, but also the right hand should make a move so that the opponent does not have time to react more.

Therefore, it is reflected in the rationing of the internal force of the details, that is, part of the internal force of the left hand is concentrated in the hand to strengthen the strength, and the right hand is distributed to the lung yang meridian of the right hand, focusing on the shoulders and elbows in pursuit of faster shooting speed.

Another example is the pursuit of lethal "split tendons and broken bones", which will leave a certain amount of residual force in the parts most likely to be counterattacked while the internal force is more inclined to be distributed to strengthen the strength of the hand, so as to prevent both sides from being injured.

There are a total of 36 types of claw grapplers.

The first thirty-two of them are all related to the details of the internal force invocation, and in general, they are moves that use internal force to strengthen the physical force to control the enemy.

The last four forms are different, they require more internal force, and they also need more meridians and even acupoints to cooperate with each other, or gradually in turn, or at the same time, you can make the internal force in just a moment, so that the internal force has an amazing burst of quality and quantity, and use the physical assistance to cooperate with the internal force to kill the enemy in one fell swoop!

Generally speaking, the effect of this move is several times more powerful than ordinary moves!

So there is a more conventional general term, called "killing move"!
