Chapter 264: Immeasurable Light
First, these monks rode strange beasts and galloped in.
On the pipes, kick up the dust in the sky.
The weather in Cangzhou is dry, if you just walk by.
As soon as such a large group of knights rushed out, the dust on the road was all raised.
These ride strange beasts and are very fast.
In just a short period of time, they were still at the end of their field of vision, and they were already galloping past with the tremor of the ground.
For a while, the sky was full of dust.
The old man sitting in front of the reed canopy couldn't help coughing.
Naturally, there is no problem with Huijue.
However, he looked at the monks who quickly disappeared at the end of the field of vision and the strange beasts that these monks were riding, and he couldn't help but ask the old man,
"Donor, who are these people?"
"They all believe in immeasurable light Buddhism. ”
The old man sighed.
On his face, the original mottled wrinkles suddenly appeared more profound and vicissitudes.
Like Huijue, he also looked at the team in the distance, and there seemed to be an indissoluble sadness brewing in his cloudy eyes.
Immeasurable Light Buddhism.
After Huijue came to Cangzhou, he heard a lot along the way.
I have also seen a lot about this immeasurable light Buddhism.
This immeasurable light Buddhism, under the guise of saving immeasurable beings and surviving suffering, seems to have recruited a large number of followers.
And once incorporated.
Believers are taught a variety of Dharma powers, prayers, scriptures, and mantras.
Their way of practicing is simple.
It is more religious than anyone.
As long as you sincerely believe in the Buddha of Immeasurable Light, and recite the sutras and mantras of the Buddha of Immeasurable Light all day long, you can obtain supernatural powers.
Then, with these magical spells, they can easily obtain all kinds of material rewards.
Even some extremely devout believers, after a period of devout faith, do not need to eat, drink, or lazar at all.
These devout believers are called mages.
In this way, for these poor Cangzhou people, it seems that there is no need to turn their backs to the loess and work hard in the barren fields as before.
The scriptures and mantras taught by this immeasurable light Buddhism.
Huijue managed to get it.
After he looked at it, he was convinced that these so-called immeasurable light mantras and sutras were just a way to grab faith and incense.
And the reason why these ordinary people were able to obtain supernatural powers in a short period of time.
It seems that when I was holding the sutra and reciting the mantra, I received a kind of feedback similar to the initiation of Daigo.
The Dharma is not so easy to enter.
Like Huijue, even if he has experience in his previous life, he has received guidance from a famous teacher like Guangfa.
It still took a long time for Hui Jue to enter the Dharma.
Although other Buddhist methods are simpler, if you want to enter the Dharma, it is also not easy to do.
Like Vinaya.
Let's just talk about closed-mouth meditation.
Vinaya believes that the cycle of birth and death of all sentient beings is caused by the three karmas of body, mouth, and mind.
If we can eliminate the three karmas of body, mouth, and mind, we can attain great freedom and liberation.
Closed-mouth meditation is a practice of forcibly forbidding one's own speech to eliminate one's oral karma.
If you want to enter the Dharma with a closed mouth.
At the very least, it needs to be to the point where the body has no karma and the mind has no intention of karma.
And this, ordinary people, often need to practice at least a few years of meditation to do.
And the dervishes.
Polishing oneself with suffering and eliminating one's karma.
There are often seven major sufferings that need to be endured.
Only when the mind is like stopping water can you enter the Dharma and discover the supernatural powers of the physical body.
Even if it's the Pure Land sect and the Pure Zen sect.
Disciples who practice these methods often need at least one or two years or as long as three or five years before they can enter the Dharma.
This immeasurable light Buddhism can easily allow ordinary people who originally did not have any foundation in cultivation to simply enter the Dharma.
It's unbelievable.
And even Huijue can't figure it out.
How exactly does this so-called Immeasurable Light Buddhism achieve this kind of feedback?
As far as Hui Jue knows.
Daigo empowerment.
It is often a Buddhist monk who has cultivated to an extremely advanced level, and only then can he exert his magical powers of Buddhism.
In terms of realm, one must have at least the cultivation of the two fruits before he can give initiation to others.
And when you are initiated, you often lose your own path.
Immeasurable Light Buddhism often gives empowerment to a large number of believers, which is unbelievable.
He couldn't believe his eyes.
At least with Huijue, he now surpasses the four fruits and stands in the realm of the Immortal Dao.
I thought it was far from possible to do such a thing.
These followers of the Immeasurable Light Buddhism seem to be able to obtain magical powers as long as they pray sincerely.
Although Huijue can't see the reality of this immeasurably bright Buddhism.
But he vaguely had a feeling.
This immeasurable light Buddhism, I'm afraid it's not, most of it is a bit of a problem.
But he didn't dare to pack the ticket either.
After all, there are no absolutes in the world.
Although he is now standing in the realm of the Immortal Dao.
Compared with the world, the absolute majority of people stand tall and see far.
But the taller he stands, the more he realizes his insignificance.
It's like a sloppy celestial.
Up to now, Huijue has never been able to see the depth of the sloppy celestial, let alone understand, and he can't understand his realm.
It's just that what I can know is that the sloppy celestial person is already higher than his own understanding.
And in this world, among all living beings, it is naturally impossible to have only one sloppy celestial.
If there really is such a supreme Buddha master.
Through some kind of supernatural power that Huijue cannot understand, let sentient beings be pious and good, and then give them back supernatural powers.
Help them to rise above their suffering.
So that the people of Cangzhou can no longer live so miserable.
That's a great act of kindness!
So along the way, although he watched, Huijue kept an eye on the followers of the Immeasurable Light Buddhism, but he didn't do anything deliberately.
"Donor, why sigh?"
Looking at the old man in front of him and sighing.
Hui Jue couldn't help but ask.
Hearing Hui Jue say this, the old man turned his head and looked at him.
Then he smiled bitterly, and then said silently,
"The accent of the little master is not from Cangzhou. ”
Although the old man is clumsy, he can guess that most of the little master came to Cangzhou to practice Buddha. ”
"If it was a local monk in Cangzhou, the old man would naturally not say much this time. ”
"But since the little master is not a local, it doesn't matter if the old man tells you. ”
"This immeasurable Buddha of light is actually no secret in Cangzhou now. ”
"Many people believe it, not only ordinary people, but also many officials and magnates. ”
"Over the years, it has been very powerful. ”
"Believing in immeasurable light Buddhism does have many benefits. ”
"It's just ......"
The old man's expression was full of bitterness,
"My three sons have never come back to see me since they believed in the Immeasurable Light Buddhism. ”
