Chapter 4 Banquet, Milk and Dried Tofu

After a second of silence for the chosen ones of the main god space who died before they could get out of the school, Wang Dali turned around and walked towards the Hobbit Tun, where he could already faintly see the fire.

From the fact that these people were teleported to the vicinity of Hobbit by the main god space, Wang Dali could learn that the main god space also understood the so-called plot on the Middle-earth continent, so he chose to put them in the place where the story began.

Hobbit Tun is one of the few safe places in Middle-earth, and it can almost be considered a novice village. The wilderness of Middle-earth is full of beasts, mutated monsters, and magical creatures, and the hobbits are probably the only hospitable race on the continent that won't invite you into your home for lunch or dinner.

Looking for the cosmic will of this world, Wang Dali, who changed into a common linen clothes, wore thick-skinned deer boots on his feet, wore thick leather gloves on his hands, and carried a long sword at his waist, pretending to be a common human adventurer in Middle-earth, and walked towards Hobbit Tun down-to-earth.

A few minutes later, when they got closer, Wang Dali could hear the faint sound of laughter in front of him.

A few steps further, Wang Dali could see the light of the fire dancing in the Hobbit. A group of dwarfs with a height of no more than 1.3 meters are singing and dancing happily around a large bonfire.

On the adjacent meadow, there are many foods prepared for the banquet: blueberry jam with apple tart, minced meat pie and cheese, pork pie and salad. Cake, ale and coffee, smoked chicken and pickled cucumbers, and finally warm sweet milk and large hard-boiled eggs.

The hobbits are all sweet parties, and they are the most popular race on the continent to hold banquets. It didn't really matter what the name was, as long as everyone was happy and lively togetherโ€”even though every feast would drain almost all of their food, and they would have to tighten their belts and live a few days of hunger.

In a group of dwarfs who were only as tall as his waist, Wang Dali also saw the figure that made him come for this purpose.

Just an old man with a cane. He wears a blue peaked hat, a gray cloak, a silver scarf, a white beard that reaches to his waist, and bulky black boots on his feet.

As if noticing Wang's vigorous gaze, Gandalf raised his long, thick eyebrows to look at him.

Wang Dali smiled and walked out of the darkness, without revealing the slightest hostility towards Gandalf, and said to the hobbits present.

"Hello, you look like you're having a banquet? Can I join? โ€

"Welcome!"

There was no need for Wang Dali to say anything else, and the hobbits smiled at him one by one.

"It's Bill Baggins' one hundred and eleventh birthday party, and we welcome all who can come!"

They swarmed up and surrounded the king in the middle. He stuffed his hands with cakes, blueberry pies, or whatever, and it didn't even occur to him that he might have ill will towards Hobbit.

Living in this meadow-rich, well-fed corner, the hobbits enjoyed a quiet and peaceful life for a long time, and the battle was a long time ago for them.

"Hello, friend. I'm Bilber Baggins. It's a hard journey, so let's warm up with a glass of milk! โ€

Today's 111-year-old Bilber Baggins is just a middle-aged man in his early thirties at most. Hobbits are long-lived and are considered adults at the age of fifty.

"Thank you."

Wang Dali took the milk from Bilber and drank it. Creamy and completely free of industrial additives.

Even the fishy smell is a little stronger.

Watching him drink the milk he handed him made Bilber smile even more. Jubilant, he jumped up the steps made of wooden boxes and began to speak to everyone below.

"Thank you to Gandalf and the humans who came to cheer me on! Tonight, no one is allowed to leave the food cabinet until they have finished eating me! โ€

"Oh! Bilber, are you telling the truth?! โ€

"Generous Bilber!"

"I can't wait!"

Under Bilbo's 'threat', the atmosphere at the banquet became more lively.

The atmosphere was in full swing, and Bilber then said loudly with a smile on his face.

"As you know, when I was younger, I was an adventurer, and the great (at this time, he pointed to Gandalf beside him), Mr. Gandalf had several thrilling adventures. Now that I think about it, it was a nostalgic time! โ€

Gandalf, who was named, smiled and raised his glass, and several hobbit kids next to him curiously pulled his beard, which was longer than their height.

"After returning from the adventure, I also got a treasure that allowed me to make invisible. Now, everyone, please see! โ€

Bilber took out a clean ring of solid gold, uninlaid with gems, from the pocket of his jacket, and put it on his hand.

The next moment, Bilber, who was still standing on the high platform just now, disappeared in front of everyone's eyes.

"Wow!!"

"It's amazing!"

"Is this the magic of legends?"

When Bilber's figure disappeared, the whole Hobbit Tun was boiling. One by one, they let out an exclamation, only the gray-robed wizard Gandalf frowned deeply.

"That's the One Ring? There are actually law fluctuations on it. โ€

On the other side, noticing the ring that Bilber was holding on his hand, Wang Dali raised his eyebrows.

"How big should the cosmic will of this world be, and if it suffers a loss in the law once, will it have to suffer a second time?"

Wang Dali shook his head speechlessly, the half-finished guardian of the Cosmic Will Sauron probably meant to integrate the law into the Supreme Ring, not the Demon Lord Sauron's body. In this way, even if the Demon Lord Sauron had any ideas, the will of the universe could quickly destroy him, and not be dragged down by the law again.

It's just that if the Supreme Ring falls into the hands of the main god space, it is almost equivalent to sending the laws inside to the other party.

Soon, a smug Bilber emerges from behind a pile of clutter, receiving questions and compliments from the other hobbits.

But when a hobbit reaches out to borrow the ring in his hand to play, Bilber changes color, revealing a fierce look that the hobbits have never seen on his face.

"Let go of your hands! It's really just a trick. โ€

Although there were still some hobbits who didn't believe it, they didn't continue to see Bilber's face just now, which was almost like a cannibal.

The atmosphere at the banquet suddenly froze, and Bilber pulled out a smile and said to everyone.

"Sorry, I'm a little overwhelmed, so I'll go back and rest first."

Bilber walked to his house to the side, and the rest of the hobbits continued the feast, but Gandalf followed Bilber into his door.

Then, Bilber's nephew, Frodo Baggins, snuck in.
