Extra-five landlady
"Where's Aunt Yan?" I looked up into the house and didn't see the nanny, Aunt Yan, who was waiting for the landlady every day when she was basking in the sun.
"I want to eat some grains, she said she has it at home, I asked her to go home and get it, I guess she should be back in a while." The landlady said with a smile.
"Okay, Grandma, when I send my schoolbag back to the house, I'll come over and talk to you." I like old people, even though there are always people who are not very happy, but I still want to be kind to them, they always remind me of my grandmother.
The landlady is a person who picks the door, and perhaps has experienced that era of material wealth, and those people will leave a common trait, that is, the house is always full of unused clutter, but they are reluctant to throw it away.
That's the case with my landlady, she lives in three houses full of things, and Aunt Yan treats her very well, but I always feel a little uneasy.
"Grandma, do you still want to tell me the story of your youth?" I put down my bag, came out with a small bench, and sat next to her, eager to hear the story.
For me, in addition to intense studying, I can listen to the old stories of the landlady in my spare time, which can be regarded as a kind of mental relaxation.
The landlady nodded, her smile was a little flattering, as if finding someone to talk to her heart was a very luxurious wish for her.
I'm a little sad, if this is my grandma, I must be sad.
"Grandma, your wife has passed away, but there should still be children, why didn't you see anyone come to see you?" I moved here after the Lantern Festival, and I have lived here for so long and have never seen anyone come to the door.
"My mother's family is not local, when I was young, I got married once, gave birth to two sons and a daughter, and then I met the thief now, and I divorced." When the landlady said these words, she did not hear the slightest sadness, as if she was talking about someone else's business.
"Why divorce, did your previous husband treat you badly?" I often feel that I am an old-fashioned antique, and getting married is a big deal, and I have to think it through, otherwise I can't get divorced easily.
"Can it be good, I don't see each other twice a year, I don't have anything at home, I am a cow and a horse at home, serving the old and the young. The father-in-law is a timid and afraid of things, the mother-in-law is lazy, there is a second-rate uncle, and an eccentric-eyed uncle, plus an arrogant sister-in-law. The landlady lamented.
I thought that if it were me, I would not be able to stand it if I met such an in-law, and the peace in my heart was quietly biased towards the landlady, and I was very sympathetic to her experience.
"How did you and your current husband meet?" I could tell that the landlady liked to talk about her current husband and didn't like to be talked about her.
"When I was pregnant, I once went to the market and met him riding a bicycle passing by, and he saw that I was a pregnant woman, so he kindly gave me a ride, and we met him." The landlady seemed to be recalling the scene, and her face was full of smiles.
I was stunned, the last time I talked to the landlady, she also talked about the process of her acquaintance with her deceased husband, as if to say that the man worked in their village, and she only met the cook.
Why is it said differently now? What's more, if I just passed by and picked her up for a while, I was a little puzzled as to how the two met later. Read the latest chapters, stay tuned
