It occurred to me that I hadn't had an outbreak since the book was opened, and I had time tomorrow, so I planned to have an outburst to give back to my friends who had been supporting me, and by the way, I would pay back some of the chapters I owed to the alliance leader.

No accident, at least four shifts tomorrow, and I will force myself once appropriately. I'll say it first, so that I don't have to be lazy to write again.
