A woman will not have children without a man, and without the care and supervision of a woman, it is impossible for the child to grow up normally. Therefore, it is necessary for men and women to cooperate in order to continue the offspring and ensure that the offspring will not be out of shape. Reasonable control of rhythm and time can not only complement each other, but also can get the effect of prolonging life.

However, soon after, it was said that Qiandaozi's "Baizi Soup" was eaten by a neighbor, and it is said that everyone in this family died at the age of nearly 100, and the old man who accidentally ate it lived to be nearly 200 years old, and he looked to be only forty or fifty years old when he died. There is also a legend that a mentor was ordered to refine this "Baizi Soup" for Li Shimin, Taizong of the Tang Dynasty. The Taoist priest couldn't bear to kill innocent babies, so he just used a few babies who couldn't survive to refine medicine. Even so, Li Shimin still seems to be a lot younger, which is why Li Shimin summoned Wu Meiniang into the palace. Wu Meiniang is the later Wu Zetian, the only female emperor. Later generations said that Wu Ze was naïve and could rule the world, and almost ruined Li Tang Jiangshan, because Li Shimin was revenge for slaughtering innocent babies for himself. From then on, the emperor did not dare to mention the "Baizi Soup" again,
