Chapter Thirty-Eight: Recognition
The moment it touched Joanna's right hand, Nataya's consciousness body entered the space of this star essence again.
However, this time, the shape between heaven and earth has completely changed, and what Nataya sees is the night, and there are two moons hanging in the sky that can reflect the light of the stars, reflecting a silver light in the vast grassland below her.
After the breeze swept away, the grassland in the dark night rippled like a pool of mercury.
In this night, a man dressed in a black robe was standing not far from him, facing him.
"Don't ask, who are you, this kind of opening statement doesn't make any sense"
Before Nataya could open her mouth, the man who had hidden himself in the shadows had already spoken.
"This world may be much more complicated than what you see, never trust anyone, including me!"
After the man had said this, he motioned for Nataya to follow him and walk deeper into the prairie.
As they walked, the scene on the prairie changed dramatically.
Giant bugs swept past them, charging at swarms of humanoids clad in silver-glittering armor.
Nataya looked at these scenes around her in amazement, which were the same as holographic movies, and this kind of perception filled with consciousness was so real and shocking.
The jumping insect with sharp teeth was pierced to death by a long silver metal inserted into its body, a huge hill beetle was torn apart by a white energy ball that fell from the sky, and two centipede-like flying insects flying in the sky were instantly attacked by some kind of spiritual backlash, biting each other and attacking.
Those humanoid creatures in the distance, each of them seemed to have excellent spiritual abilities, and they easily dealt with those seemingly endless vast sea of worms.
Just as Nataya was stunned as he watched the scenes of the battles around him, the picture suddenly disappeared and turned into a barren plain, with hundreds of dark golden war mecha densely arranged in an open field. The black-robed man made the scene more visible, and the two of them seemed to be part of the battle array.
Suddenly, countless energy barriers were opened, and many huge glass covers seemed to appear around them, and all of them drove war mechs in all directions, posing in a posture ready to attack.
Nataya followed their gaze into the distance, and there was a tumbling black line surging rapidly across the skyline.
"Is this scene familiar?"
The black-robed man beside him asked Nataya.
"I've seen these war mechs, they've been robbed in Al Antuk... I've seen bugs too, but I don't know about this scene."
Nataya still answered honestly.
As he spoke, black lines from all directions came to his eyes.
The endless sea of worms is tumbling in.
I saw these war mechas, bursting out with gorgeous various energy weapons, shooting in the black tide, constantly lifting off pieces of limbs and harvesting lives.
The man in the black robe swiped his hand into the air, and the scene changed back to the grassland under the moonlit night.
"It doesn't make sense... You're close to adulthood, why are you so weak? ”
Hearing this, Nataya's heart couldn't help but tighten, as if in the shadow of this robe, there was no secret to hide.
"I have planted countless seeds in humanity and have finally found you.
The one who can unlock the seal of the polar belt, the Chosen One! ”
