308. Classroom in the second grade
Early the next morning, the scene that Duten had known for a long time finally appeared. They were having breakfast when countless owls flew into the cafeteria and brought their letters to the students.
The other people's letters were normal, except Ron, the owl who delivered the letter for him was too old to even stop steadily, and plunged headlong into Hermione's jar, spilling milk everywhere.
Ron picked the owl out of the milk filler, and everyone saw the envelope in the owl's mouth, a red envelope.
"Oh my God, isn't itβ" Ron gasped.
"It's alright, it can't die," Hermione said, gently stroking its feathers with her fingertips.
"It's not itβit's this." Ron said, pointing to the red envelope. Harry couldn't see anything special, but Neville looked at it with a look of horror, as if the envelope was going to explode at any moment.
"What's going on?" Harry asked.
"She sent me a yelling letter to-- Ron nearly fainted.
"Ron, you'd better open it," Neville whispered timidly. "If you don't open it, it can be more troublesome. My grandmother once sent me one, and I ignored it, and it turned outβ" he swallowed, "it's terrible anyway." β
Harry's gaze moved from their terrified faces to the red envelope.
"What is a howl letter?" He asked.
Ron's attention was focused on the letter, and the corners of the letter began to smoke.
"Turn it on," Neville urged. "It'll be over in a few minutes."
Ron shuddered and took the letter from Errol's mouth, smoothed it out, tore it open.
Neville shoved his fingers into his ear.
In the blink of an eye, Harry understood. He thought the letter had exploded, and an angry voice filled the hall, shaking off the dust from the ceiling.
ββ¦β¦ I wouldn't be surprised if they stole the car, and if they expelled you. If I catch you, you'll have a good look. I don't think you've ever thought about how worried your mom and dad would be when they found out the car was gone......"
Mrs. Weasley's voice was at least a hundred times louder than usual, howling in the air. The plates and spoons on the table were shaken up and down, and the sound of the stone wall bouncing back was deafening. Everyone in the hall turned to see who had received the shouting letter, and Ron slumped in his chair, eager to huddle himself so that his scarlet face could not be seen.
ββ¦β¦ Your dad almost died of shame last night. We've worked so hard to bring you up, we've never taught you to do this, and you and Harry almost lost your lives......" Harry finally waited for his name to appear. He pretended to put his hands in his ears and couldn't hear the sound that resounded through the hall.
ββ¦β¦ It's a shame for the family, your father was suspended from work at the unit for inquiry, it's all your fault! If you don't follow the rules again, we'll take you home right away. β
The roaring finally stopped, and people's ears were still buzzing. The red envelope fell from Ron's hand to the ground, and soon burst into flames of its own accord, burning to ashes in one fell swoop.
Harry and Ron sat in their seats, speechless for a long time.
The Slytherin students laughed first, and then there was a whisper in the hall.
Hermione closes Traveling on a Ship with Vampires and looks down at Ron.
"I don't think you expected that, Ron, but you-"
"Don't say I deserve it." Ron retorted.
Harry set his wheat porridge aside. His conscience was troubled. Mr. Weasley is now suspended for questioning. After all, thanks to the Weasleys for this holiday, he regretted that he had implicated Mr. Weasley because of himself. But he didn't have time to think about it too much, Professor McGonagall had already arrived at the Gryffindor table and handed them out the class schedule. Harry took a look at it, their first and second classes today were herb classes, with Hufflepuff.
Duten's side also got the class schedule, and he looked at it, and then at Gryffindor not far away. Ron's rant was all visible to him, and part of the chatter in the hall came from Hufflepuff.
"Harry and Ron weren't here before the sorting hat ceremony last night."
"It must have happened at that time, but what does it have to do with cars?"
"I don't know, Ron's father, Mr. Weasley, is more fond of Muggle stuff, and I've heard that he likes to study very much, maybe he's casting spells on cars."
"By the way, Duten, didn't you go out with Professor McGonagall yesterday? I guess it's just about them. β
Finally, someone still connected him with this matter, which was normal, and when he left the hall at that time, a fool would think of it.
"Yes, you were right, they flew to Hogwarts yesterday in Ron's father's magical car. It's just that the magic car broke down and almost crashed into the beating willow, and I just used the levitation charm to stop it. After all, beating people is very scary, and if you really let them bump into them, I'm afraid you won't see them today. β
"Haha! That's possible! β
The classmates around him laughed, looking heartless.
It's none of their business, it's okay with them anyway, they just have to watch the jokes.
Hufflepuff didn't like Slytherin, just as Gryffindor, not even Ravenclaw. Because they felt that the other three houses were too flamboyant and very different from Hufflepuff's style.
The insidiousness of Slytherin, the blood of Gryffindor, and the self-proclaimed intelligence of Ravenclaw all made Hufflepuff extremely unhappy. It's just that they are low-key by nature, so even if they are unhappy, they will not say it, they will only hold it in their hearts. But if they could see the jokes of the other three houses, they would still laugh heartlessly.
By the time Harry, Ron, and Hermione had left the castle together, walked through the vegetable patch, and arrived at the greenhouse where magical plants were grown. Almost the whole class was there, the Hufflepuffs were down, and everyone was waiting for Sprout. Harry, Ron and Hermione had only been standing for a moment when they saw her stride over the lawn, Gilderoy Lockhart following her.
Sprout was a stocky witch with a large wizarding hat on her fluttering hair. There was a lot of mud stuck to her clothes, and her nails would have scared her out if they were seen by Aunt Dursley. Gilderoy Lockhart's turquoise robes were spotless, his neatly trimmed blonde hair shining brightly under the turquoise wizard's hat.
"Hello, everyone!" Lockhart smiled and greeted the students in line. "I just talked to Mr. Sprout about how to treat the willow tree in uniform. But I don't want you to think that I am more knowledgeable in herbology than Mr. Sprout. I just happened to come across some of these exotic plants during my travels......"
"Greenhouse Three, kids!" Teacher Sprout was visibly dissatisfied, and did not speak as cheerfully as usual.
Everyone discussed in a factional manner, and usually they went to the first greenhouse, and the plants in the third greenhouse were much more interesting and dangerous. Sprout unlocked a large key from his belt and unlocked it. Immediately, a smell of moist earth and fertilizer was mixed with the rich aroma of some umbrella-sized flowers hanging from the ceiling.
Professor Sprout locked Lockhart out with a flick of his hand, and then he looked at Duten first.
"Before class, I want to praise Duten, who saved Harry and Ron last night by stopping the car from crashing into Willow, and is a good boy from our Hufflepuff! At the same time, he also avoided beating people and injured Liu, so everyone applaud him! β
Professor Sprout was very pleased with this student from his own college. Although Duten is very famous in the Academy, it seems to be at odds with the way Hufflepuff behaves. But none of Duten's actions were intentional, nor were they the result of his own deliberate propaganda. Everyone can see that he is good at studying, and the good exams are also announced by the whole school, and he also took action to help his classmates in several incidents, so being famous is what Hufflepuffs like, so although Duten is only in his second year, some people in the academy have begun to recognize him as the next prefect.
The Gryffindor students applauded, a little reluctantly, but they had to admit that Duten had done a very good job.
Harry was their baby, and if the car did crash into the Beater, the Beater wouldn't care if Harry was the savior or not, it would just smash anything that dared to come near it into a pile of pieces.

This lesson is about learning about mandrake, an effective antidote that can be used to restore people who have been cursed or deformed.
The useful thing about the mandrakes is their roots, which are small, muddy and ugly little babies. The leaves grew on the top of his head. His skin was mottled pale green, and his cries were so high-pitched that most people would be in a coma for hours and would not wake up. Mandrakes don't like to be pulled out of the soil, and they don't like to be pulled out and stuffed back in.
So as the students pulled them out of the pots, they began to squirm, kick and kick hard, hit people with their little sharp fists, and curse through gritted teeth.
The students were very clumsy about handling this kind of stuff, and although Professor Sprout had demonstrated it, they were full of mistakes. Obviously he had said solemnly many times that he must wear earmuffs, but there were still people who made mistakes, such as Neville, who was stunned by the sound of the mandrake.
The other students were also in a bad position, including Hermione, who didn't finish the class assignment well this time, and it took three or four minutes to barely calm down the mandrake.
Only Du Teng, who did a very good job this time, pulled out the mandrake, and without waiting for him to scream, he quickly took another flower pot, stuffed the screaming villain into it, and filled it with fertile soil and fertilizer at the same time.
"Very good, Duten did a very good job, Hufflepuff plus 20 points!"
In the previous series of answers, Hermione scored 20 points for Gryffindor in a row, which had excited the Gryffindor classmates, but Duten had now chased those points back at once, which made the Hufflepuff classmates happy.
Sure enough, as long as they still have Duten around, they won't be distanced by Gryffindor.
And to be honest, in Hufflepuff's eyes, Gryffindor really has nothing to say, and if it weren't for Hermione's existence, Gryffindor would have been far from wanting to take the house quilt.

In the afternoon, Hufflepuff also had a Defence Against the Dark Arts class, Gryffindor was one class earlier than them, and it was already rumored that the Gryffindor students were scared enough to be very humiliating.
The Hufflepuffs were a little excited, and they felt that if they could calmly subdue the elves in Cornwall, it would definitely make Gryffindor a big shame and prove their Hufflepuff strength.
During the lesson, Lockhart cleared his throat as usual to silence everyone. He took a step forward, picked up a copy of Walking with Trolls, and held it up, showing everyone the portrait of him smiling and winking on the cover.
"I," he said, pointing to the cover and winking, "Gilderoy Lockhart, Lord Merlin, Third Class, Honorary Member of the League Against the Dark Arts, and winner of the Wizarding Weekly Award for the Most Powerful Smile in a row - I didn't want to mention this, I didn't use a smile to exorcise the ghosts of Wanlun. He waited for them to burst into laughter, but only a few laughed softly.
However, the girls were fascinated by his smile, and I have to say that Lockhart's smile is still very perfect, and he himself is also handsome, with a good temperament and image, and it is no wonder that he will be fascinated by countless blockages.
"I think you've bought a set of my books, and that's good. Today I'm going to give you a quiz, don't worry, this quiz is just to see how much you have read and how much you have understood......"
After handing out the quiz papers, he went back to the front of the class and said, "You have 30 minutes to answer the questions, okay, now - start"
Duten looked at his scroll, exactly the same as in the original book and in the Gryffindor class. Half an hour later, Lockhart put away the paper and flipped through it in class.
Hufflepuff was indeed better than Gryffindor in this regard, and he answered the questions much better, but this time Duten finally failed to be better than Hermione. Hermione got a perfect score, and he just passed. The main reason is that Lockhart's book is so badly blown that he really can't stand it, so he doesn't know a lot of things. And even if he knew it, he didn't bother to look at it, he knew that this thing was not up to standard, and he didn't regard him as a professor in his heart at all.
The next lesson, exactly like the previous lesson, when the elves whistled out of the cage, although they were a little afraid, the Hufflepuffs took action one after another, using various spells to control the elves. Of course, although they are second-year students, their level is still very limited, and a huge part of the pokemon are not controlled.
As a last resort, Duten could only draw his wand.
"All petrochemicals!" (To be continued.) )
