Therefore, those who practice the "Guiyuan True Sutra" do not store true qi in their dantian, but essence qi, which is purer than true qi. If the true qi is water vapor, then the essence qi is liquid water.

Therefore, as long as the dantian is intact, anyone can practice the method of qi cultivation in this true scripture.
