605, the death of the guardian

Odin is one of the guardians left by the Titans, and there are many other guardians of the same kind, but Odin is only the bravest and most powerful of them, so he was given the position of chief manager.

However, his behavior is not very good, and this person's heart is both good and evil. And to be honest, the Titan's original idea was good, but unfortunately a good scripture was read crookedly, and there have been many conflicts between the guardians.

For example, the next one.

Loken, the King of Wisdom, is the head of the Six Titan Guardians and the Guardian of the Temple of Wisdom, and the Storm King Mu is his younger brother. While guarding the Elder Gods in Ulduar Prison, Lorcan was unfortunately polluted and corrupted by the Elder Gods.

The cause was Sargeras's betrayal of the Pantheon, and as a result, all the other Titans of the Pantheon were killed by him. Of course, it was only the flesh that was destroyed, and the souls of the Titans were saved by the spells of Nogannon.

The souls of the Titans have escaped into the darkness and made a beeline for the Guardians of the world of Azeroth, hoping to lodge in their flesh. If they don't get the right container in time, the weakened souls of the Titans may face destruction.

By the time the Titans arrived in Azeroth, their nearly depleted souls merged with the Guardians they had created. Their power overwhelmed the Guardians' consciousness in an instant, and countless fragments of memory emerged: distant planets in those memories, events that had never been experienced, and wonders that had never been witnessed. But the flood of power is fleeting, and the Guardians still retain their personalities.

The Guardians were puzzled by the miracle. They knew that part of the Pantheon's power was incorporated into their bodies, but they did not know that it was the last fragment of their beloved Creator. The confused Guardians attempted to contact Pantheon for answers, but received no response. A deathly silence haunts the Guardians, leaving them in a long state of confusion and unrest.

In the prison under Oduya, the ancient god Yogsaron sensed this mood swing. Countless epochs have passed since Azeroth's order, and in that time the Elder God's senses have grown sharper. Yugsaron devised a plan to weaken the guards and escape from His cage.

It intends to contaminate the Creation Matrix of the Forges of Will with a peculiar plague, so that all Titans created by the machine after that will be infected. Some carriers of the disease were even able to transmit the disease to previous generations of Titan creations. The disease, later known as the Curse of the Flesh, slowly transforms many infected individuals into mortals of flesh and blood - for the cunning ancient god, weakened Titan creations are naturally more vulnerable to slaughter.

In order to carry out this plan, Yugsaron has his eyes on the Guardian Loken. The silence of the Pantheon haunted the whole of Odua, and Lorcan was the most worried of them all—probably because the wiser the person thinks, the more the simple-minded may laugh it off, but Lorcan is always haunted by his dreams.

Yugsaron took the opportunity to infiltrate the Guardian's dreams and spread terrifying imagery, stirring up a cold despair in his heart. But even in such a state of despair, Lorcan resolutely overcame the whispers in his head. As a result, Lorcan's eventual fall was the result of an inconspicuous accident.

As Lorcan sinks in despair, he seeks solace in a Veku woman: Sif the Guardian Solim's companion and Lorcan's brother-in-law. Lorcan often meets with Sif in private, telling her about his darkest melancholys. Over time, a renegade romance arose between the two Titans.

Yugsaron did not miss this opportunity, provoking Lorcan's love for Sif, twisting it into a dangerous obsession.

The relationship was soon corrupted by Lorcan's increasingly paranoid actions. Again and again, he talks about making their relationship public, and Sif is always vehemently opposed - she knows that if the relationship is exposed, it will inevitably undermine the unity of the Guardians.

Eventually, she severed her relationship with Lorcan and asked Lorcan not to see her again. Seeing that he was about to lose Sif , Lorcan fell into a frenzy, and in a fit of jealousy, he dealt a heavy blow to his lover, which led to Sif 's death.

Despite Lorcan's remorse, he did not dare confess his sins to Solim. Lorcan racked his brains to cover up Sif Sif's death, and it was at this moment that Sif Sif's soul appeared before his eyes.

Lorcan is surprised to find that Sif has forgiven him, and even reminds him that he must act as soon as possible: once Solim discovers the truth, the Titans will surely descend into a terrible civil war, and all of Lorcan's vows to the Pantheon will be shattered.

Sif surprised Lorcan with his advice, he had never seen such a sinister side of Sif before. He sensed the incongruity in her soul: a wisp of invisible darkness, subtle but unmistakable. However, Loken's fear overshadowed his judgment and drove his doubts out of his mind.

Under Sif guidance, Loken dumped her body in the ice fields of the Stormy Mountains. He then informs of Solimsieve's death and blames the Ice Giant's King, Angelim.

Driven by grief, Solim unleashed his anger on the Ice Giants, slaughtering countless lives of the Ice Giants, including Angelim. This event sparked a war between the Storm Giants and the Ice Giants of Solim.

As the war rages on, Sif fanned the flames in Lorcan's ears further. Her tactics became more and more extreme, forcing Lorcan to a path of no return. At Sif's persuasion, Lorcan uses the Forge of Will to build an army of his own. In Sif Seef's mouth, this is a necessary measure to protect Oduaya in the midst of the giants' war.

Lorcan even heeded Sif and punished his brother for starting the war lightly. He denounced Solim for being carried away by anger and creating a terrible rift between the Titan's creations. He even rebuked his brother that doing such a ridiculous thing in Sif's name would only bring shame on Sif in the heavenly spirit.

This series of accusations plunged Solim into a deep depression. Eventually, he was crushed by remorse and left Odua, alone in his torment.

After Solim broke away, Lorcan crushed the giants with a newly created army and ended their war. Anyone who resisted his will was imprisoned in a static room.

But in the midst of the crackdown, Lorcan found something disturbing among the soldiers. A dark plague seeped into their souls. Lorcan asks for Sif again's advice, but this time Sif doesn't respond.

Fear gripped the Guardian's heart, and he soon realizes that "Sif Spirit" never existed—it was just an illusion created by Yogsaron.

Unbeknownst to Lorcan, however, this so-called "Sif Sif had polluted the Forge of Will" while the Guardian was building his army. At this moment, Yugsaron's flesh curse was already entrenched in the heart of the Creation Matrix. Lorcan's selfishness unwittingly makes him a pawn of Yugsaron.

This discovery shattered the last vestiges of nobility in Lorcan's heart. He began to cover up his crimes by any means necessary, even at the expense of getting his hands on Yugsaron's power. With the power of the Elder Gods in his hands, Lorcan believes he can defeat the other Guardians and undo the evidence of his crimes.

But the first thing he had to face was Odin, the mighty Odin, and the mighty army of Azeroth, who was also proud.

At this time, Odin had already lifted Valhalla into the air, and even Lorcan could not bother him. As a last resort, Lorcan contacted Hela, a sorceress who had been forcibly transformed by Odin, and with Hela's help, Lorcan successfully sealed Valhalla, and for countless years to come, Odin would not be able to project his power onto Azeroth.

After Odin was sealed, Lorcan returned to Odua. He thought he had plenty of time to brew the downfall of the other Guardians, but his plans soon ran into a new threat.

Mimilon begins to investigate the strange illness that has arisen in Loken's new army.

The wise Guardian suspected that this impurity was caused by a malfunction in the Forge of Will. However, his failure to pursue it further ruined Lorcan's killers. Lorcan destroys the Guardian's workshop, disguising the entire incident as an accident. Despite this, Mimilon did not die completely.

Mimilon's faithful mechanical gnomes find their master's soul still alive. They raced against the clock to create a massive mechanical gnome body to carry the Guardian's dying soul.

This act saved Mimilon's life, but his will was no longer what he used to be. The experience of death destroyed his mind. Since then, Mimilon has been hidden in the vast workshop of Aldua, working day and night on his mechanical inventions.

Knowing that Mimilon's fate would arouse the suspicions of the other Guardians, Lorcan preemptively sent troops to suppress his compatriots. Lorcan first travels to Freya's realm in the Stormy Mountains, the Temple of Life, and launches a surprise attack on her. A fierce battle ensued between the two Guardians and their followers, and the majestic temple was shattered, draining its precious life energy. Despite Freya's best efforts, she was unable to defeat Lorcan and the dark power he had received from Yugsaron, and eventually collapsed.

Yugsaron took advantage of the situation and took control of Freya's will. The ancient god drove Freya into the fortress of Odua, and she has remained in the depths of the fortress ever since, tending to a deserted garden.

While Loken was dealing with Freya, another force of Titan creations attacked the Temple of Winter, the stronghold of the Guardian Hodir. Led by the fire giants Wokan and Ignis, the forces surrounded the temple with the fire of Infernal to drain the Guardians' Winter Power and slaughter Hodir's icy followers. Loken then arrived and easily subdued Hodir.

Just like with Freya, Yugsaron did the same with Hodir. He drove the Guardian into an icy hall in Aldua, where he had been isolated for countless years.

The two remaining Guardians, Tyr and Azadas, did not fall into Lorcan's trap. Tyr had long suspected that the fallen Guardian had a plan. He then witnessed Lorcan attacking Hodir, which confirmed his suspicions.

However, Tyr was unable to confront Loken head-on. The loyal dependents of the Fallen Guardians are entrenched in the Stormy Mountains and the halls of Aldua. Knowing that the odds were slim against this army alone, Tyr took Azadas and their closest friend, the giantess Elonnaya, to take refuge in the icy cliffs on the edge of the Stormy Mountains. There, they observed Locan's movements and planned their next move.

Lorcan sends troops in pursuit of Tyr and his "rebels", and these Titan creations search the mountains and caverns of the Stormy Mountains, but fail to find their target. Believing that Tyr and his companions had fled the region, Lorcan established himself as the sole ruler of Aldua.

He modified the fortress's machinery and used them to promote himself to the new chief of Azeroth. He also shut down the Crucible of Will, which had been corrupted, and drove many of his warriors into the stormy mountains. After that, he closed the gates of Aldua.

In the empty hall of Aldua, Lorcan suffers alone with remorse. Despite his repeated successes, his greatest fears remain unresolved: the Pantheon or their appointed observer, Agalon, will one day return to Azeroth.

At that time, Lorcan will be punished for the terrible crimes he has committed.

The real threat, however, is the chaos that lurks beneath Locan's feet. With no more watchers, Yugsaron began to plot his escape with impunity.

In the end, the remaining Guardians did not escape Locan's poisonous hands, and when Tyr and the others stole the disc of Nogannon, they were immediately caught up by the men of the Old Gods sent by Locan, Zakhaz and Kirk.

After a hard battle, in the end, the two subordinates of the ancient gods were killed and wounded, and Tyr also died of exhaustion, and the place where he was buried was later the famous Tyre's Fall, which was the place where Duten obtained the exterminator.

At this point, the Guardians are incomplete, Odin is sealed, Lorcan is falling, Rai is self-sealing, Azadas is still alive, and the rest of the Guardians are either trapped or killed...... The guardian power left by the Titans here has basically become useless.

That's why, when Odin heard that there was a powerful warrior in the Nether, he wanted to meet him in person. When countless years have passed, and the guardians are no longer capable of protecting this world, Odin, as the manager in his hands, urgently needs to expand his power.

Because he knows very well that there are still many unresolved crises in this world, even as a guardian, he has never really let go of the worries in his heart.
