Chapter 6 Theoretical Study
Over the next few days, the zodiac began to buy a large number of psychology, Social Psychology, and Influence...... and books on anatomy, neurology, and other medical aspects, and then spent more than two weeks, first swallowing dates to memorize these books page by page into my mind. He is going to write down these theoretical knowledge first, and then slowly understand it himself, and if he encounters something he doesn't understand, he is ready to summarize it, and then spend money to consult psychology and brain experts respectively.
Through these books, the zodiac discovered that there are many branches of psychology, in addition to general psychology, there are physiological psychology, cognitive psychology, theoretical psychology, experimental psychology, comparative psychology, safety psychology, social psychology, educational psychology, developmental psychology, medical psychology, etc. Each branch studies psychological phenomena from a different perspective. But any branch inevitably involves a general view of psychological and physiological phenomena, such as the objects and methods of psychology, the psychological effects and the regularity of psychological phenomena, etc. The elaboration of these general theoretical issues of psychology constitutes an important field of research in general psychology, that is, the study of the basic principles of psychology. The results of his research are of great significance to other branches of psychology. Scientific psychology not only describes psychological phenomena, but more importantly, explains psychological phenomena in order to reveal the laws of their occurrence and development. Psychology is divided into seven sub-fields, namely: cognitive psychology perspective, sociocultural psychology perspective, clinical psychology perspective, behavioral psychology perspective, biological psychology perspective, developmental psychology perspective, trait (personality) psychology perspective. Psychology is a science that encompasses a wide range of specialized fields, but at its very least, psychology is a science that studies human behavior and mental processes. It is both a theoretical and an applied discipline. It includes two major fields: theoretical psychology and applied psychology.
Huang Dao thought to himself, there is no need for him to understand all the knowledge of psychology at present. You only need to understand the psychological defense mechanism of people, so that you can easily manipulate others; It is enough to understand the means and methods of guiding and hypnotizing others in psychology. After more than two weeks of reading, Huang Dao learned that the so-called psychology of controlling others in psychology is just a kind of guidance. Controlling the psychology of others, in fact, is very difficult, and it has at least three constituent elements:
1. The direction of guidance is favorable. If you guide people to do meaningless things, such as guiding people to eat tofu brain, guiding people to sleep and cover quilts, etc., it doesn't make much sense
2. The process of guidance is intentional. You have to be guided according to your own ideas, and it is not good to lead to a situation that gets out of control.
3. The object of the guidance is specific. This sentence has two meanings, firstly, I think that not everyone can guide, and secondly, it must be guided by the people who want to guide.
There are two types of guidance, conscious guidance and unconscious guidance. There are many possibilities for unconscious guidance, and its theoretical analysis involves philosophy: everyone is curious about the nature of things, which is part of the doctrine of destiny, that is to say, everyone has a sense of cognitive things, and the essence of this sense is the cognition of the world.
For example, if you want to guide a person to learn physics, you can ask him questions about the nature of physics (this kind of guidance requires the extremely high quality of the guide itself), of course, if his own quality is not enough, you can find a way to improve the interest of the guide, interest is the greatest teacher of learning.
Of course, there are several more extreme ways to boot. Mental whipping allows the guided person to deliberately enter a state of madness, or puts his or her spirit on the verge of collapse...... This kind of academic support is people's curiosity about marginal knowledge, and of course, it also requires a certain talent of the guided.
In short, psychological guidance is a very advanced science, and it requires a very high degree of psychological attainment of the guide. The ordinary norm is difficult to describe, because it is a process of game, a process of mutual change, and there is no relative static party to study.
After studying psychology, Huang Dao summarized some questions and asked experts for advice in the future. For the medical knowledge of the brain, he focuses on understanding the function and operation mechanism of each part of the brain. When he studied the knowledge of neuroscience, he found that neuromedicine and psychology are related to each other, and the cognitive functions of cognitive neuroscience in neuroscience: perceptual process, speech process, attention process, learning and memory, thinking process, emotional process, appearance, calculation process, executive function, etc., are compared with the knowledge of psychology, so that they can be better understood and remembered.
While studying psychology, anatomy, neuromedicine, etc., the zodiac did not forget to exercise mental power and martial arts. He usually goes to the rooftop terrace early in the morning and late in the evening to do Tai Chi. When practicing boxing, he also tried to use his telekinesis as an internal force, sending and receiving according to the moves, and at the same time controlling the sending and receiving of telekinesis. As a result, the originally soft Tai Chi has an extraordinary power, and a sonic boom is faintly heard in the air. Fortunately, he was in contact on the rooftop early in the morning and evening, and there was no one else at this time and place, so no one was noticed.
Every time he finished practicing martial arts, he ran the breathing and breathing exercises directly on the rooftop to restore his mental power. It was inconvenient to lie on the rooftop, so he practiced the posture of meditation in the "Secret Legend of Wudang Qingcheng True Gong Diagram", sat directly on the ground, with his feet on his knees, palms of his hands up, and the backs of his hands naturally placed on his knees, his eyes slightly closed, and he began to regulate his breathing according to the rhythm of breathing and breathing exercises.
When he meditated cross-legged and bent on his knees, soon after the beginning, the zodiac felt soreness and numbness in his legs and feet, which indicated that the nerves and blood vessels in his legs and feet were not smooth enough. However, he still insisted on the posture of meditation, controlled his mental power in his heart, separated a part of the absorbed aura, and started from the upper dantian (the center of the eyebrows), along the meridians of the body, and transmitted it to the soles of his feet. As the aura slowly ran to the soles of his feet, and then after returning to the upper dantian (the center of the eyebrows), he suddenly felt very comfortable all over his body, and his legs and feet did not feel numb.
I have to say that there is a certain reason why this posture of meditation has been adopted by Taoists and Buddhas for thousands of years. With your feet on your knees, your buttocks and crossed legs form a stable triangle and you can sit down as firmly as Mount Tai. At the same time, the soles of the feet, palms, and the top of the head are all facing upwards, that is, the five hearts are facing the sky, which can better absorb the aura around them. Huang Dao felt that this practice posture was much better than lying on the bed to absorb spiritual power. At the same time, the absorbed aura runs through the meridians and spreads throughout the body, which can nourish both the inside and the outside.
After more than a month of meditation and practice, the zodiac felt that the effect was obvious. In the internal vision, I found that the fatty liver caused by the lack of exercise disappeared, not only the liver function returned to normal, but the other parts of the internal organs were also getting stronger and stronger under the induction of mental power. At the same time, when he washed and looked in the mirror every day, he found that his complexion had become rosy and his hair had become dark and dense. You must know that his original complexion, due to fatty liver, was a bit bile yellow, and his hair was also a little yellow.
Seeing that the effect is so good, the lazy cancer of the zodiac is directly gone, and when I am tired of reading every day, I meditate and practice. One night, when he was lying on the bed and looking at the book "The Secret Legend of Wudang Qingcheng True Skills", an idea suddenly popped up: if martial arts are trained by internal force, cultivation is true qi, and what he currently has is mental power, these things are essentially energy, but the nature and energy level are different. Since he can use his mental power as an internal force, he makes the ordinary "dance skill" become a real martial art. So, can you also treat your mental power as true qi and cultivate your thoughts according to the method of cultivating the truth? I think it's okay, right?!
Huang Dao immediately thought that he didn't really have the true cultivation method, sighed, and regretted it for a while. He thought about it instead, even if he couldn't cultivate the truth now, he could divide it according to the realm of cultivation: Qi Training, Foundation Building, Jindan, Yuanying, Transformation of the Gods, Hedao, Cave Void, Mahayana, and Tribulation, to divide the level of his mental ability.
On that day, the lightning ball struck himself, so that he could sense the aura, which was equivalent to having a spiritual root in the cultivation, which was the induction period in the early stage of qi training; Then you can absorb the aura you sense, which is the spiritual attraction period in the early stage of qi training; The absorbed aura is converted into mental energy through the pineal gland, which is the spiritual transformation period in the early stage of qi training.
The middle stage of qi cultivation is equivalent to: refining qi (purifying mental power), incubating internal (mental power warming and nourishing the five internal organs), and nourishing external (mental power nourishing the human body's hair and skin). At this stage, when I was cultivating during the New Year break in Quanzhou, although I didn't consciously drive my mind to do it, I should have done it passively in the process of cultivating my mind, so after practicing in Beijing for more than a month, I could see the obvious effect of cultivating the inside and outside.
In the later stage of Qi training, it is equivalent to refreshing (increasing the strength of mental power), Yi Jin (improving the strength and flexibility of the body's muscles and bones by true qi), and washing the marrow (the true qi penetrates deep into the bone marrow, so that the stem cells in the bone marrow are strengthened, so that the person's vitality is improved). This step should have been achieved by himself, and in the process of practicing martial arts in the early morning and evening for more than a month, he found that many of the movements that he couldn't do before could gradually be done perfectly. This should be done because of the continuous improvement of my physical condition.
Foundation building period: build a foundation that does not leak, the absorbed aura does not leak out (does not escape from the skin, mouth and nose), refining the aura into liquid mind, which is more energy-efficient to use, and the mindfulness is gradually turned into divine thought. At present, I should be at this stage......
