Chapter Ninety-Seven: The Mystery of Amour
A black cloud drifted directly above the school building, and the cold moonlight was buried in the clouds and disappeared for a while. The cool breeze of the pen, fun, and pavilion gently blows from www.biquge.info the open top floor, as if bringing a whisper.
"You might as well start at the beginning, Dr. Ivo." Nightwing said, "This friend of mine should be happy to hear what you've told me, and I'll make sure there's anything missing. β
Dr. Ivo helped his round-rimmed glasses, pondered for a moment, and then spoke, "Well, from the beginning...... It must have been a month ago. As I said earlier, I discovered a special virus that can interact with nanoalloys, which can record the biological characteristics of any target, convert it into a data memory, and be able to restore it by special means at any time and manifest it in its own host. I named it 'Amozhuo' and based it on that I came up with the plan for the 'Amozhuo Machine'. To put it simply, it's to build a robot that can replicate any superpower it sees. β
As he spoke, he couldn't help but exude an expression of excitement that only those scientific maniacs have.
"Can you imagine?" He said excitedly, "A machine that can replicate any ability, it can go up to the sky and into the ground, it can run through bullets, and if it is put into battle, one person has the ability to sweep through a country!" The pattern of the world will change completely! β
Neither of them interrupted him, quietly waiting for the next step.
"But my short-sighted group of sponsors thought I was, that it was just an unrealistic fantasy of a mad scientist." Dr. Ivo's face changed suddenly, and he gritted his teeth and said, "They froze my funds and stopped my research projects, these idiots have no imagination and creativity at all, their stupid minds are full of money, money, money, and imagination can only build a tricycle at best." β
Then he laughed again, and the conversation changed again.
"Fortunately, not all such idiots are in the world." "I was approached by an organization called 'AIM,' and they were interested in my research, and even though I didn't have anything on hand that proved my imagination worked, they offered me funding and resources to do it," he said. Then I realized why they were interested in my research. β
Two weeks ago, an institute on AIM.
In the huge screen, the warrior wrapped in the dazzling green light was like a terrible thunder, and the turbulent green light turned into a giant sword, which fell like a heavenly punishment, cutting a monster more than twenty meters tall into two with a sword.
Dr. Ivo stared at the metallic figure in the flames and black smoke in shock, muttering, "This...... What is it? β
"Armor of the Demons." A blonde man with flat hair and sunglasses walked up behind him and said to him, "That's the earliest work we ever finished, codenamed 'Alpha'. β
"'Alpha'......" Dr. repeated to himself, his gaze fixed on the blurred figure frozen in the flames, seemingly completely drawn to it.
Suddenly, he shuddered, turned around and asked, "Wait, what do you mean by your 'work that has been completed a long time ago'?" Did anyone propose a plan for 'Amozhuo' before me? β
"Ah, yes, but it's a little different from your blueprint." Alpha' is a set of nano-creatures with the ability to switch between multiple modes of superpowers, and is not a robot with the ability to copy. "Unfortunately, the armor sample has been lost and has fallen into the hands of our enemies. β
Dr. Ivo was stunned for a moment, and then reacted a little: "You want me to make something like this again?" β
"No, Doctor." The man took off his sunglasses and smiled slightly, "We want you to make a better one." β
Right now.
ββAlphaβγβ Eric repeated, "Is that the name of this armor?" β
"I've been working at AIM for a month and I've heard about some of the things that happened to Alpha's systems development team before," he says. "I've been hoping to see the rest of the team these days...... Or this is the Alpha system that has already been completed. How does it permanently store superpowered biological data? I still haven't solved this problem......"
"Before that, tell me." Eric asked in a deep voice, "The team that developed this armor...... What's going on? β
"So, I've heard that the person in charge of that project, Dr. Charlotte...... It's your father, right? β
Eric didn't answer, and acquiesced.
The doctor asked in a relaxed tone, "Did that Nick Fury make you think your father developed this suit of armor for you?" Did he tell you that only your genes can activate this armor, and that your father wants you to do the right thing with it? β
Dr. Ivo smiled strangely and eerily.
"That's just Nick Fury's rhetoric, because he wants you to fight the way he wants. No one but you can drive that suit, and Fury wants the power of this suit to be put to his use. But in fact, was this armor really developed for you? β
Eric frowned: "What do you mean?" β
"Have you ever thought about another possibilityβthe reason why you unlocked the Alpha Warframe's genes and drove it to fight was because you happened to have the genes of its tailor-made owner?"
Eric was silent, he had indeed thought about this possibility.
"Yes, that's exactly what happened." Dr. Ivo said, "Alpha's armor wasn't made for you, it was for Dr. Charlotte, your father. And you just happen to be the second person in the world who can unlock its genetic lock. Also, your father is by no means the same kind of person as described to Fury, and although I haven't met him personally, I think I can understand that he and I are the same kind of people. Unlike Fury's short-sighted people who think 'protect the world', we are the kind of people who can do whatever it takes to move the world forward, and history needs people like us." β
"Tell me what you know." Eric asked coldly, "What the hell happened to them?" β
"I could just make up a story to tell you, and you can't be sure what I'm saying is true and what's false." Dr. Ivo said lightly, "And if I finish now, you won't believe itβyou're going to ask me to show you the evidence." So I thought it would be better to just let you see it for yourself. β
"See what?"
"The Met's Lex Group has a branch here in New York." "There's a top-secret lab on the top floor, and servers store everything you want to know. If you want to know the truth...... Just find a way to go in there and find out. β
