Chapter 53: Bao Dan II

In addition to the internal organs, Su Ming also "saw" the rest of his own parts, with different shapes. There are large and small blood vessels in each place, just like streams and rivers on the earth. Arteries and veins are also different in the color of blood. You can even hear the sound of the blood flowing.

People who practice boxing, when their kung fu reaches a certain level, will have an internal visual effect in a certain situation, and they will be able to see images of every part of their body. This is not a difficult thing to understand, thousands of years ago, our ancestors were able to clearly describe the meridians and acupuncture points of the human body without anatomy and modern scientific instruments, which is the best proof.

It is rumored that the inner vision is at its highest level, and even cells and parasites inside the human body can be seen. In Buddhist scriptures, Shakyamuni Buddha talked about human cells and parasites.

At this time, Su Ming has not yet reached the highest level, but his inner vision is not the same as before. Under the condensation of the mind, the entire human body, various organs and tissues, have a variety of close connections. In addition to this, the meridians that are all over the body are also seen.

In the theory of traditional Chinese medicine, meridians are the channels that run qi and blood, connect the internal organs, the body surface and all parts of the body, and are the regulation system of human body functions. "Meridian" refers to the meaning of the path, simply put, it is the main path in the meridian system, which exists within the body, runs through the upper and lower levels, and communicates inside and outside; "Network" means network, simply put, it is the auxiliary road that separates from the main road, which exists on the surface of the body, criss-crossed, and spread all over the body. Acupuncture points, on the other hand, refer to special points on the meridian lines of the human body.

The meridians are mainly divided into: 12 meridians, 12 meridians, 8 strange meridians, 15 meridians, 12 meridians, 12 skins, etc. It can be roughly divided into the meridians dominated by the 12 main meridians and the meridians dominated by the 15 meridians. They crisscross and spread all over the body, connecting the inside and outside of the human body, the internal organs, and the limbs into an organic whole.

And the word meridian that people usually call it comes from this.

Even in later generations, science and technology were very developed, but the proof of the meridians was quite weak, but the fact that it could not be proved did not mean that it did not exist. In boxing and traditional Chinese medicine, the meridians have the ability to connect with the viscera and run qi and blood. The reason why the five internal organs, the limbs, the five senses, the skin, flesh, muscles and bones and other tissues and organs of the human body can maintain relative coordination and unity and complete normal physiological activities is achieved by relying on the communication of the meridian system.

Speaking of which, I have to mention a very common word, that is, qi and blood. In the eyes of many people, blood is blood, which is easy to understand, but qi is much more difficult to understand.

In fact, in ancient times, the word qi did not refer only to the breath of the human body, to the air and air flow, but to the concept of subtle substances that are constantly moving. Therefore, in the eyes of the ancients, the rise and fall, gathering and dispersing, and movement of qi will promote or regulate the occurrence and development of all things in the universe.

Traditional Chinese medicine, including boxing, is influenced by these ancient cognitions, so in traditional Chinese medicine and boxing, qi is not the meaning of air flow and breathing, but is a subtle substance that constantly rises and falls in and out of the body, which is not only the basic substance that constitutes the human body, but also plays a role in promoting and regulating life activities.

Qi and blood, together with blood, are the two basic substances in the human body.

Qi runs between the meridians, and blood runs between the blood vessels. Qi is the handsome of blood, and blood is the mother of qi, to put it bluntly, it actually means that qi is the driving force for the generation and operation of blood, and blood is the basis and carrier of qi's metaplasia. Qi can produce blood, travel blood, and take blood, while blood can nourish qi and carry qi.

The practice of qi and blood is very close, so after a traumatic injury causes a lot of hemorrhage, there will also be a large loss of qi, and the person will be greatly injured and lack of qi and blood.

Therefore, it is often said in boxing that the flow of qi and blood not only refers to blood, but also refers to this kind of human qi. Taoists say that the essence and spirit are the three treasures of the human body, and qi refers to this.

Ordinary martial arts practitioners can feel their internal bodies, and with the realm of inner vision, they are already rare masters. However, even such a master only knows the sense of "qi" in the body but does not know the reason for it, and only knows the existence of "qi", but cannot observe it in the same way as he looks at blood.

Just like the meridians, we all know that they exist, but it is even more difficult to observe or prove.

When Su Ming was in Guangzhou, he was guided by Han Huachen and had some understanding of the road to Baodan. Later, in Wudang Mountain, he was enlightened by a person in the Qing Dynasty and understood the more profound concepts and implications of boxing. At the confluence of the two rivers in Gongyi City, I saw the pure natural Taiji diagram and experienced the image of Heluo. After returning to Luo Tuan, Li Shuwen personally gave instructions. All this kind of things add up, until the weather clears after the heavy snow today, the mind is relaxed, and the inner vision is further improved, and I see the "qi" running between the meridians.

The Bao Dan in the boxing method is to fuse the essence and spirit of the body and embrace it into one, turning into a point between existence and non-existence. If you don't even know why, how can you hold Dan?

What's more, the difficulty of holding Dan is not only related to this, but also related to the more profound concept and implication of boxing after it reaches the upper level. In addition to this, it is also related to life experiences and perceptions. Therefore, there is a saying in boxing that it is difficult to hold Dan, and it is difficult to go to the sky.

In boxing, Jin Dan is equivalent to the difference between people and immortals. It is not an exaggeration to compare it to the heavens.

People who practice boxing, with the improvement of boxing, will become more and more vigorous. When it comes to the realm of Su Ming, it is easy to bone, easy tendon, and easy marrow, and there is a breath to strengthen the five internal organs, and there are humming two tones and "Yi Jin Sutra" to practice the body, and finally the bone marrow is shaken and the physique is completely improved, which is almost at the top. Muscles and bones, fur, internal organs, meridians, nerves, and blood vessels have all reached the limits of this world.

And after he passed through the confluence of Wudang Mountain and the two rivers, his cognition of the concept and meaning of boxing also broke through that layer of barriers.

Finally, in the past few years since I came to this world, I have traveled all over the motherland, seen and experienced countless difficult life situations in the world, and the whole person is like a piece of jade that has undergone continuous polishing, and finally bloomed with dazzling light.

Su Ming closed his eyes completely, his body was still in the posture of two yi piles, and his mind was between the meridians and blood veins of his body, carefully and thoroughly feeling the existence and changes of the two basic substances in his body, qi and blood. The meridians and blood vessels communicate various organs and parts of the human body, such as the five internal organs, the limbs, the five senses and the nine orifices, the skin, flesh, muscles and bones, etc., making it a whole.

Taoism says that there are three dantians, which are upper, middle and lower. In boxing, the dantian only refers to the lower dantian, including a considerable part around the navel of the lower abdomen, including Guan Yuan, Qi Hai, Shenque, Mingmen, Shangqu and other acupuncture points. Because the cultivation methods of each sect are different, when the Yuan is unified, the condensation of the essence and spirit is also different.

Su Ming heard Li Shuwen say that if Wudang boxing method, when holding the Dan, the essence and spirit will be attributed to the Shangqu acupoint, and the Baji Boxing will be returned to the Dan, and the essence and spirit will be attributed to the Guan Yuan acupoint three inches below the umbilicus.

In a trance, Su Ming's mind became unusually calm, and all the effects of peeping inside in his mind dissipated, and his eyes were empty. All the spirits and spirits are as restrained as possible, converged into a circle, and the edge is obscure, returning to the basics. As the waist and hips sank down, it seemed that all the essence and mind were violently contracted at this time, condensed and converged together, hugged and united, one to nothing, and turned into a point between existence and non-existence at the place of the Dantian Guan Yuan acupoint.

At this moment, just as the boxing sutra said "chaotic, only a little innate aura remains", and as the Buddhism "Heart Sutra" said, "no eyes, ears, nose, tongue, body and mind, no color, sound, fragrance, touch".

There is no thought, no feeling, no outside, no inside, no six dusts.

Almost instantly, the spirit and spirit that had been condensed at one point spread out again, returning to the whole body, and all the feelings of the whole person were possessed again.

At this moment, Su Ming knew that the path he had been pursuing was already in his hands.

Hug Dan, hug and hug one of the one, Dan is taken from the meaning of Taoist Jindan.

What is Jindan?

In the Taoist method, there has always been the saying of inner and outer Dan. In the practice of qi and boxing, it is by no means as ordinary people think, Jin Dan is to produce a golden Dan bead in the human dantian, and there is one more organ in one part than ordinary people. Rather, it refers to the cultivator's practice of qi and self-cultivation, and the three treasures of essence, qi and spirit are highly unified, with a restrained edge, and a circle inside and outside.

The Taoist heritage is extremely long. Most of the Taoist people in ancient times were so quiet that they were often in inaccessible places. The Taoist sect inheritance is a lot of terms, obscure and difficult to understand, except for the disciples who are in the same vein, it is difficult to understand if someone else comes to understand. And most of the Taoists who can cultivate into Jindan, when they leave the inheritance, deliberately use what Danding furnace fire, mixed with lead and mercury to exercise the term of Outer Dan, and the outer Dan is metaphorical to the inner Dan, and it is not clear what it is.

This has led to the ignorance of some people in the world, envy, and unwilling to spend their energy to take the road of refining qi and transforming gods, refining gods and returning to emptiness, and refining void and merging the way.

The human body is like a small world, and the outer pill is the inner pill, that is to say, the process of human cultivation is like the process of exercising the three treasures of essence, qi and spirit, and turning them into a golden pill.

Gold is immortal, symbolizing the strongest in the world and having the meaning of eternal indestructibility. Dancheng Harmony refers to the Great Perfection, and everything covers the meaning of containment.

Jindan is a success, one step from the mortal to the immortal!

As soon as Jin Dan is completed, the spirit is complete, and the spiritual temperament has begun to further integrate into the changes around the body, and the perception of the truth is more truly clear, and a pure wisdom is naturally born.

Su Ming opened his eyes, but saw that the sky was clear, green and blue, and the sun was in the sky, shining on the world. I couldn't help but let out a long roar, clear and long, as if it could be transmitted beyond the nine heavens. A breath of cold air inhaled, I only feel cool and refreshing.
