Chapter Thirty-Seven: Not a Feather Can Be Added, No Flies Can Be Dropped

In Su Ming's original memory, most of his memories of Xinjiang were related to the desert, and he always felt that this area was basically a desert. It wasn't until I read a lot of relevant materials later that I realized how much of a deviation my subjective assumptions were.

Xinjiang was the largest province in China by land area, accounting for one-sixth of China's total land area. Of these, only about a quarter of the area is desert. There are Altai Mountains in the north, Kunlun Mountains in the south, and Tianshan Mountains in the middle, and the two basins are sandwiched in the middle.

The snow and glaciers of the three major mountain ranges are home to hundreds of rivers in the basins of the north and south of the Tianshan Mountains, and there are many lakes with beautiful environments. Water resources are extremely abundant, ranking among the top in the country.

This time, Su Ming is going to set foot in China's largest desert, the Taklamakan Desert. The area of this desert is almost three-quarters of the total desert area of Xinjiang. In particular, this is a mobile desert that moves and migrates in its entirety with the direction of the wind.

After stepping here, Su Ming was shocked again, feeling the mystery between heaven and earth, and feeling the wonder of creation. As far as the eye can see, there are rolling sand dunes, and there is no end in sight. Walking in it, as soon as a series of clear footprints were left, the sand waves surging behind them hit in waves, submerging all the roads they had walked.

Walking on the road, you can see that there are very few plants that survive here. There are various types of sand dunes, ranging from large complex sand hills and river dunes that resemble dragons resting on the earth, to small sand dunes that are honeycomb-shaped and feather-shaped.

There are often strong winds, and once they blow, they are overwhelming. The wind and sand in the sky are unavoidable. A strong wind can almost bury a person in the sand.

Su Ming went all the way from north to south, enduring the huge temperature difference between day and night, and the loneliness and insignificance of walking alone in it. Qi and blood in the body are always running to prevent sunburn or frostbite on all parts of the body. Walking in the desert takes much more effort than usual.

After walking for a day or two, Su Ming arrived at the center of this desert and climbed the Red and White Mountain. This mountain, in ancient times, was of great strategic importance. Standing on the Red and White Mountain, looking at the Taklamakan Desert, Su Ming experienced another kind of vastness.

The desert under the vast sky dome is boundless, ups and downs, strange and magnificent. A golden yellow stretches from the horizon and meanders to the other end of the sky. It invisibly produces a strange and awe-inspiring power that evokes all sorts of feelings to everyone who faces this scene.

After passing through the Taklamakan Desert, the terrain gradually rises and the temperature gets colder and colder. Su Ming knew that the place he was setting foot in now was already the Kunlun Mountains.

The Kunlun Mountains, also known as Kunlun Xu, China's first sacred mountain, the Mountain of Ten Thousand Ancestors or Jade Mountain, have an average altitude of five or six thousand meters. Although its terrain is narrow in the west and wide in the east, and the narrowest place is only about a hundred kilometers, Su Ming looked at the huge mountain range in front of him, and still put out the thought of going directly to it. Even in later generations, this area was a forbidden area for humans.

Su Ming walked back to Qinghai from Xinjiang, and then traveled all the way southeast from Qinghai. This road is along the Kunlun Mountains, and along the way, there are many snow-capped mountains. Su Ming experienced the sea, rivers, and deserts, and chose to climb the snowy mountains.

The mountain is vast white, boundless, without the slightest variegation. Look down, you can't see the way you came; If you look up, you can't see the road ahead. There is no way up and down, and people can't help but feel a sense of fear. Especially after dark, loneliness, cold, strong winds, dark nights, and fatigue gather together, and it is even more difficult to move forward and only find a place to hide.

Su Ming was here, but he thought of other things, Wang Changling's "Qinghai Changyun Dark Snow Mountain", and the scene of the Red Army turning over the snow mountain in later generations. Unconsciously, when the day dawned, Su Ming cheered up, got up and went on the road, step by step, and with persistence, he climbed over this snow-capped mountain.

After the success of the first one, the rest is much easier. Su Ming walked all the way, and he couldn't remember how many snowy mountains he had walked. When we arrived in the southeast of Qinghai, we went all the way south to the Qamdo region of Tibet.

The Qinghai-Tibet Plateau is the highest plateau in the world, known as the roof of the world, and the third pole of the world along with the Antarctic and the North Pole. Even in later generations, it was one of the least polluted areas by humans. The blue sky, the bright sunshine shines through, the pure air, and the turquoise grassland can often see large flocks of sheep, which from a distance look like white clouds floating on them.

Su Ming used to lie lazily on the grassland, just looking at the sky and white clouds, listening to the breeze in his ears, for most of the day. I also used to look at the clear lake, the lake water is as clear as blue, far away and quiet, as if far away from the troubles of the world. I once breathed the thin and pure air, watched the old Tibetan grandmother do needlework, and listened to her whispers, talking about the past years and the present time. Time has carved deep marks on her face, but happiness has long gleamed in her undiminished eyes.

I have heard the crisp singing voice of a young girl, seen the healthy crimson on the face of a grazing boy, and the eternal snow-capped mountains in the distance, and the sky with a goshawk spreading its wings and soaring.

After arriving at Lhasa, the pearl of the plateau, and visiting the Potala Palace, Su Ming traveled all the way east, passing through Sichuan and Tibet, and entering Sichuan, which has the reputation of "the land of abundance". Then it went south from Sichuan and into Yunnan. He climbed the famous Jade Dragon Snow Mountain, lingered in the beautiful scenery of Lijiang, saw the appearance of the Xishuangbanna rainforest, and explored the mysterious, dangerous, primitive and simple Nujiang Grand Canyon.

After traveling all over Yunnan, it headed northeast and entered the Guizhou region. He has climbed Yuntai Mountain, swam in Hongfeng Lake, and practiced at the Huangguoshu Waterfall. Su Ming didn't stop and entered the Guangxi region.

The beautiful scenery of Guangxi has always been famous throughout the country. Not to mention the well-known landscapes of Guilin, the scenery of other places such as Zhongshan Shili Gallery and Hepu Xingdao Lake is also breathtaking.

Walking all the way east from Guangxi, Su Ming stepped into the Guangdong region.

When I arrived in Guangzhou, I felt a different atmosphere. Since the end of the Qing Dynasty, Liangguang has been the pioneer of the revolution against the Qing Dynasty. Later, in a series of revolutionary activities of Mr. Sun Wen, Guangdong also played an important role. In particular, a month ago, Guangdong had just held the first GMD congress, at which the cooperation between the two parties and the establishment of the united front were formally established, which had a far-reaching impact on a series of activities in the later period, including the Northern Expedition.

Su Ming was in Guangzhou, and he also felt that Guangzhou was different from the north's openness and unusual revolutionary enthusiasm. In the future, this revolutionary fire will also burn all over the land of China.

When night fell, Su Ming stood on the roof, looking at the Pearl River not far away, slowly flowing in the dark, and his heart was full of emotion.

It was already February 1924. He set out from Shenyang, passed through Inner Mongolia, Shanxi, Shaanxi, Ningxia, Gansu, Qinghai, Xinjiang, Tibet, Sichuan, Yunnan, Guizhou, Guangxi, and finally arrived in Guangzhou, which took him a full year and a half.

During this period, Su Ming experienced countless mountains and rivers, and saw all kinds of wonders between heaven and earth. Along the way, I also saw the various states of the world and the hard work of the world.

Along the way, Su Ming's body and mind were completely relaxed, and everything he had experienced in the past came to his heart, savored them one by one, and then disappeared again. The grasslands, rivers, lakes, loess land, boundless deserts, continuous mountains, ice and snow fields, everything melted in the bottom of his heart, became his blood, and even imprinted on his soul.

At this moment, Su Ming was in Guangzhou and saw the rolling trend of the revolutionary wave, indomitable and unstoppable.

"During the period of the late Qing Dynasty and the Republic of China, China's national strength declined to its lowest point, and its national self-confidence was seriously destroyed. Even though a large number of martial arts masters and masters of national arts appeared, it was to no avail. In later generations, China's national strength was second only to nothing, and its international influence was no longer even below that of the United States, and the corresponding national pride and self-confidence were greatly enhanced. ”

"National art, national art, first there is a country, and then there is a technique. When the national art reaches a certain level, the mind must also be improved. I have traveled through most of China, and I have seen all kinds of wonders of heaven and earth, and the creation of things is magical, but between heaven and earth, after all, there must be people, and there will be people's feelings, which will be moving and wonderful. ”

"In this world, what is exciting is still human after all. Life is between heaven and earth, but heaven and earth are in people's hearts. ”

The bright moon hung high, the silver light was sprinkled all over, silently looking at the quiet flow of the Pearl River in front of him, Su Ming's mind also flew away. I have traveled all over the country, and the world is in my heart. I saw the life of this era, felt the wave of revolution, and my heart surged. Every section of the road that has been walked, every scene of a fight, has surfaced in front of me.

The whole body is floppy, and he is slowly boxing. From Bajiquan, to Taijiquan, to Baguazhang, to Xingyiquan, and other boxing techniques that he has seen in the process of traveling, in his hands, he can easily change at will, and it is soft and soft like the Taijiquan played by grandfathers and grandmothers in the park in later generations.

But as he fought, the air was stirred by the swings of his fists and feet, as if it were the surface of the sea, and waves were born and surged in all directions. Under the pressure of the surging air, Su Ming seemed to feel every pore and every inch of skin.

With every wave of his hand and every kick, the pores all over his body are like a mouth and nose, opening and closing, one by one. Gradually, the breathing of the mouth and nose became less and less obvious, but the opening and closing of the pores of the whole body became more and more obvious. In the end, every time the pores opened, it was like boiling water, and wisps of white mist rose.

The 48,000 pores on his body emitted transpiration at the same time, making his whole body surrounded by a white mist, as if he was in a fairyland. But his body is still fighting slowly, and the movement is not violent at all, but very leisurely.

In the Quan Sutra, it is said: "Absolute heavenly man, peerless heavenly man, heavenly man is only found in mercury." ”

Heaven and man refer to the intersection of heaven and man, and its essence refers to man's breath. Mercury refers to movement.

During exercise, being able to breathe with 48,000 pores of the whole body and appear clouds and mist transpiration, which is the innate breath of a true Taoist, and it cannot be done without insight into the subtleties and the control of the whole body up and down consistently.

You can't add a feather, and you can't drop flies!
