Chapter Eighty-Three: Tracing the Origin of Strange Books
The sound went from far to near, and from near to far, like a sound wave coming from the sound, connecting with the figure that had just passed by, and now it was in a house in the wilderness where no one had lived, so it also felt a little strange. Pen @ fun @ pavilion wWw. ļ½ļ½ļ½Uļ½Eć ļ½ļ½ļ½ļ½
While I was napping in a blur, I noticed the shadow of the man in the hallway of the door, and I did not look up, but as if I could see the scene in front of me, I involuntarily walked towards the man.
When I got closer, the man beckoned me into a room with him. After entering, I found that this is not the same room where we found the secret room just now and got the "Seven Volumes of the Secret Biography" from it.
What's even more strange is that this person is still wearing a long shirt and coat, no matter how you look at it, it doesn't look like a modern person, just when my consciousness is blurred, I subconsciously reminded myself that I may have been recruited, and only people in the past are dressed like this, isn't this place clean?
I focused on this person's shadow, and it was really there under the moonlight, but I was telling myself that if it was in a dream, or after being hit, everything was premised on the illusion of reality, so what I saw might not be real.
After the man called me into the house, he turned around, and I found that this was probably a scholar, very Sven-looking, and looked very energetic, especially his eyes were shining, and he didn't look like a bad guy at all.
Since this man looked to be in his sixties, I asked, "Uncle, what did you tell me to do here?" ā
The man smiled slightly: "Don't you want to learn the Seven Volumes of the Secret Legend?" But do you know who wrote it? Why would you want to learn this? ā
His question made me stunned, yes, why did I study this "Seven Volumes of Secret Transmission", isn't it this book? How did you have such an interest and enthusiasm for this? If it weren't for people asking, I probably wouldn't think it was a problem, but now it's someone who asks, but it's the right place.
"That's the case, uncle, my master is a Laoshan sect, I heard him say that most of what our school learns and masters is methods, but it is a little lacking in theory, especially the understanding of world affairs is a little narrow, so he asked me to learn more in society, listen more, and watch more, especially those that can teach people to be good, so I see that many of this book are guiding the meaning of life, and also put people on the right path, so I want to learn it." I didn't even think I could say such a big thing. ć
The man nodded and said, "The significance of this "Seven Volumes of the Secret Tradition" is not only to find the truth of life, but also to have a broad mind to recognize those unknown and possible predicted futures, that is, this book is based on a kind of divination of the future, and it is also a kind of knowledge based on theory and method and body, you understand it well. ā
Of course, it's nice to be recognized by others, but what does this person call himself to do here?
Then this person told me about the origin of the Seven Volumes of the Tantric Tradition. I have to start with this house, it turns out that the person in front of me is the owner of this courtyard, after the Manchu Qing Dynasty entered the customs, because of the escape of the war, their family came here, and built this courtyard, this person is actually the descendant of Song Ming Theory, but he is unwilling to interfere in the world, so he has been living a life of seclusion.
And there is another thing that makes him live a reclusive life, that is, this person has a magnificent book in his hand, which is this "Seven Volumes of Secret Legends", which not only has a lot of principles that are easy to learn, but also makes extensive use of the foundations of Song and Ming Dynasty science, so it is both obscure and philosophical to read.
When the "Seven Volumes of the Secret Tradition" first came out, it became a treasure that people in the society who studied the Book of Changes wanted to get, because the rivers and lakes have been passed down from generation to generation, and the methods in this book have been able to make people divination and predict the events of the future for many years, so this has really become a kind of pursuit for those who want to get it, and they all want to get it, so that those ancient divination and Zhou Yi methods can be unified, so that people can make predictions and research on the future on a simpler basis.
The reason why this book has been handed down is also inseparable from the predictions of several sages, and all this is like a dream designed in advance.
Because this old man has been continuing the inheritance of Song and Ming Dynasty science, he told me such a historical background, when he was in the Northern Song Dynasty, there were five such people, they were collectively called "Five Sons of the Northern Song Dynasty!" ā
There is nothing to say about these five people in terms of theory and practical ability, and there is another thing that these five people still have a certain connection. So who are these five people? It is Zhou Dunyi, Shao Yong, Cheng Hao, Cheng Yi and Zhang Zai in the Northern Song Dynasty, if any of them were born in today's society, they would be characters calling for wind and rain.
Especially the relationship between Ercheng and Shao Yong, someone once said that Shao Yong and the two of them lived as neighbors at the time, and whoever made something delicious had to call each other over. After a long time, these two journeys not only repaired the classics, but also studied many problems of hexagram and prediction with Mr. Shao Yong.
At that time, they had studied how to make a hexagram in real time, that is, to predict the future simply, not by observing words and colors, but by relying on the connection between things, and finally predicting the future as quickly as possible.
Mr. Shao Yong used this prediction method to accurately plan his posthumous affairs, and was rumored to be the most powerful arithmetic for a while.
Here's the thing, Shao Yong-Shao Kangjie was the first master of fortune-telling in ancient China, and his "Huangji Jingshishu" had calculated a history of 360,000 years, and no one has been able to solve it so far! The "Plum Blossom Heart" he studied is also a magical fortune-telling book, what you see counts, what you hear, what you hear, what you count, what you see, what you hear, what you see, what you see, what you hear, what you see, what you see, what you hear, what you see, what you see, what you hear, what you see, what you see, what you see, what you hear, what you see, what you see, what you see, what you see
On the basis of his predecessors, Shao Kangjie continued to comprehend and exercise, and then became his own school, and his "plum blossom heart" is also an extremely advanced technology in prediction, with a very high accuracy rate. The capture of the plum blossom is also very abstract, but it is also the purest and simplest algorithm. In fact, for Shao Yong-Shao Kangjie, one of the "Five Sons of the Northern Song Dynasty", there are many folk legends that have pushed his magical prediction to a new height, such as most of them say that those who heal do not heal themselves, and to what extent is this prediction master, he actually calculated what happened after his death.
According to legend, in the summer of Xining's ten years, Shao Yong began to feel that his body was not very good. Once, I was chatting with my friends and others, and suddenly I smiled and said, "I'm going to watch all things reincarnate." ā
Cheng Yi was very worried about his body, so he asked him to recuperate, but Shao Yong said calmly: "It's useless to recuperate." As a result, in the autumn, Shao Yong's illness became even worse, and he lay in bed all day long. Sima Guang, Zhang Zai, Cheng Yi, Cheng Hao and several other friends often came to visit him and talk to him.
At that time, although Shao Yong couldn't get out of bed, his mind was very clear, and he would talk to whoever came, and he talked endlessly about research. There was a trip to visit Shao Yong. Before leaving, Shao Yong said: "It seems that we are going to say goodbye forever." Cheng Yi couldn't help but feel a little sad and asked Shao Yong: "Does Mr. have anything to leave me?" Shao Yong said: "If you want to make the road in front of you wider, if the road is narrow, you don't even have a place to stand, how can you make people walk?" Cheng Yi nodded yes.
One winter day that year, Shao Yong was already dying. Relatives and friends rushed to start preparing for him. The Ercheng brothers, Sima Guang and others gathered in the outhouse to discuss how to handle the funeral. Shao Yong, who was lying in the back room, heard their discussion, so he called his son Berwyn to the bed and said to him, "I have three requests, and they must meet me." Berwyn cried and said, "Just tell me." ā
Shao Yong said intermittently: "First, after I die, I can't be buried in Luoyang, but I must be buried in the Yichuan ancestors. Second, the epitaph should be written by Cheng Hao and Cheng Bolai. Thirdly, do not accompany the burial of anything, put your head on your head, wear coarse cloth and black clothes, and your clothes should be anointed. When she was buried, she brought the little bald girl of the Li family and let her watch it. After speaking, when Berwyn nodded his head and agreed, Shao Yong closed his eyes and passed away.
According to Shao Yong's will, the family and friends brought the little bald girl of the Li family to the funeral, and asked her to watch Shao Yong put on coarse black clothes, smear oil on the clothes, and then put them in the coffin, put them on the pillow, and let the little bald girl see what was buried inside, and then nailed the coffin lid and sent it to the Yichuan cemetery.
On the way to the funeral, there were many people standing on both sides, men, women and children weeping tears one by one, and kept talking about Mr. Shao's various benefits. The coffin was carried by eight stick boys, and at first they felt very heavy, and their shoulders were painful, so they walked very slowly. But after going out for ten or so miles, the further I walked, the lighter it became, and it was not difficult to carry it at all, which I felt very strange. Later, people found that when they encountered an uphill slope, the sound was "gurgling" inside, and the sound was from the front to the back, and when they were going downhill, the sound was also "gurgling" inside, and the sound was from back to front. Someone got scared and said to himself, "What's ringing?" One man said, "It's like the wheel is rolling back and forth." "Then how does the wheel roll? The old people said that Mr. Shao had ascended to heaven, and there was no one in the coffin, it was empty, and only the head of the wheel remained.
Sixty or seventy years passed, and the little bald girl got married and gave birth to a son, and the son married a daughter-in-law and gave birth to a grandson. When his grandson grew up, he was not a weapon, and he specialized in stealing coffins and robbing tombs. One day, muttering to others that he was going to steal Shao Yong's grave, he happened to be heard by the little bald girl, and hurriedly stopped him and said: "Don't go, when Mr. Shao was buried, I could see clearly that there was nothing in it, not even the clothes were good, and it was smeared with oil." Sun Tzu asked, "Is it true?" "It's true, I saw it with my own eyes." In this way, Shao Yong's tomb was not robbed. It turned out that Shao Yong expected before his death that the grandson of the little bald girl was a person who stole the coffin and robbed the tomb. It can be seen that Mr. Shao can understand nature, others and even himself, and he is worthy of applying Yixue to every detail of life.
That is, the methodology studied by this master, although there are still people studying it in the years to come, but the most basic things need to be more detailed, and there must be some methods of interpretation, so the disciples of "Ercheng" combined the theories of the rest behind him, and compiled the "Seven Volumes of the Secret Tradition", thus bringing this easy to learn deep understanding into another time and space.
Because the final explanation of the "Seven Volumes of the Secret Tradition" predicted that there were two other worlds, one was the world of humans and ghosts, and the other was the world of humans and immortals, and his central idea was that this person was constantly changing, and the dead person went to another world in another way at one point in time, that is to say, if the current old gentleman appeared in another time and space, he should actually be alive. And isn't the purpose of our prediction and use of Zhou Yi precisely to deduce more unknowns from the known through methods?
This old man told a lot about the "Five Sons of the Northern Song Dynasty", from the books we know Zhou Dunyi best, a "Ai Lian Said" let most of us remember Zhou Dunyi, and science let us know the "Ercheng Brothers", the rest of Mr. Kang Jie is the master often mentioned to us in our practice interval Yi Xue, and Zhang Zai alone is not very familiar, but the old man said, in fact, this "Seven Volumes of Secret Transmission" is proposed by this person.
If you want to understand Zhang Zai, you must first understand "Guanxue", which is a kind of science founded by Zhang Zai, with its disciples and inheritors of the Southern Song Dynasty, Yuan, Ming and Qing dynasties as the main body, and the important school of Confucianism formed by teaching and academic dissemination based on Guanzhong, and the Luo Xue of Ercheng in the Song Dynasty, the Hui School of Zhou Dunyi, the Xinxue of Wang Anshi, and the Min School of Zhu Xi constitute the mainstream of Confucianism in the Song Dynasty.
And Zhang Zai once proposed to gather the strengths of this divination algorithm and pass on this magical prediction, so there was a "Ercheng" disciple and later a comprehensive of the descendants of several families to jointly study the "Seven Volumes of Secret Transmission", which pushed Yixue to a more simple and easy level.
I learned the ins and outs of this "Seven Volumes of Secret Biography" from the old man, and I didn't dare to put this book on my body anymore, and wanted to return it to the old man, who said that this book is all fixed, and this book is destined for you, and I can't keep it if I want to, but it is the right way to use this book to do more good deeds in the future.
I wanted to continue to ask about some of the specific methods of operation in the "Seven Volumes of the Esoteric Tradition", but when I opened the book and was about to ask, when I looked up, I found that there was no one here, was he just in an empty room? When I was looking for the old man everywhere, I felt that the ground in this room suddenly sank, and I was about to lose my footing, so I woke up and found that I was still by the fire, and Mr. Li was filling the fire, and he was still holding the book "Seven Volumes of Secret Legends" in his hand, was this just a dream? Teacher Li said: "I was fascinated and fell asleep, I don't know it yet, right?" ā
I nodded, and was about to put the book away, when I accidentally saw a portrait on a page, and my mind immediately went haywire.
