Chapter 125: Truth and Struggle (2)
Masashi did not disappoint them, and immediately revealed the mystery: "I thought that the real truth of history should be like this." The massacre did exist, just as Manduratu is doing now. However, what really led to the almost extinction of the people of this state was not the massacre, but the shamanic magic. ”
"Through killing, sacrifice, etc., shamans unleashed a sinister aura, which led to epidemics in the area, making it almost impossible for the people to survive. At the same time, because the evil aura is too strong, many corpses that died miserably and were full of resentment were resurrected as zombies. This made the situation even more out of control, which led to the death of the people in this area. ”
"Think about it again, is what Mandu Ratu and the old shaman are doing exactly what I am saying?"
The three of them were lost in thought, and found that things seemed to be exactly what Masakah had said.
The altars that were full of sinister aura, and the desiccated corpses around the altars that were miserable and unrestful after death, all happened to meet the conditions for the appearance of epidemics and zombies.
If this situation continues, the entire state capital will be dead, and it is completely foreseeable that the future will be completely foreseeable.
"So what are you waiting for? We're going to kill that old bastard now. Zhengxuan, who had figured it out, suddenly stood up, his expression was obviously excited, and he was ready to do a big job.
"What's the hurry! No matter how anxious you are, it's not bad for a while. Sit down first! Zhengshi was not in a hurry, and Zhengsheng and Zhengdan also sat still, and their expressions were a little hesitant.
Zhengxuan didn't understand: "I said a few, what are you still thinking?" Isn't that a plain truth!? ”
Zhengsheng glanced at the frizzy Zhengxuan with a wry smile. "It's not that we're waiting for anything, it's that you haven't figured it out yourself!" Zhengxuan, you seem to have forgotten. What was our original purpose in entering the Ancient Battlefield? ”
"Kill Pang Shiyuan, and then leave from the ancient battlefield." Jeong-hyun replied as a matter of course. And as soon as he said this, he suddenly knew why Zhengshi, Zhengsheng, and Zhengdan didn't move.
Whether it was to kill Pang Shiyuan or leave the ancient battlefield, they needed to borrow the power of Mandu Latu and the old shaman.
Without their help, their chances of killing Pang Shiyuan were negligible. Pang Shiyuan's strength has greatly exceeded their expectations!
And leave the ancient battlefield. Mandu Ratu and the old shaman were already helping them.
As long as the state capital is once again as it was historically, with plagues and zombies, the place will once again become a no-man's land.
That's what it really is. They didn't even need to kill Pang Shiyuan, Pang Shiyuan and they would be left on the ancient battlefield forever because they couldn't get the Han people out of the fate of death.
What's the difference between that and killing Pang Shiyuan?
Thereupon. Their ultimate goal was all accomplished.
Zhengxuan can be regarded as completely figured out.
He didn't feel particularly happy when he figured it out. On the contrary, some of them were unhappy.
In fact, Zhengshi, Zhengsheng, and Zhengdan were not necessarily very happy at this time, and their expressions were also a little dazed.
Of course, they wanted to kill Pang Shiyuan and leave the ancient battlefield, and they all wanted to use the power of the Mengyuan court to do this, and they have been doing it.
Now, it seems, has also been very successful.
However, when the cruelty of the Mongols and the tragic fate of the Han people were presented to them in their true form. Suddenly, they began to wonder, was what they were doing really right?
Is this a betrayal of the nation? Breaking through the basic moral bottom line of oneself as a human being?
In order to kill Pang Shiyuan, is it really worth exchanging their conscience?
The Buddha said: All beings are equal.
The Buddha said: Red dust is a calamity.
The Buddha said: Reincarnation is suffering!
The Buddha said: ......
The Buddha said a lot, just like Confucius in China said a lot, every word and every sentence can become a wise saying, and it can be regarded as a classic.
And how can they who can become the dreamers of Buddhism not understand this?
In the Buddha's view, there is no difference between Han and Mongolian people, and it doesn't matter who killed whom or who saved whom; Life and death are nothing but a catastrophe, the inevitable result of the cycle of cause and effect; Everything is just reincarnation, what has passed is over, and it will come again soon; Even the whole life can be empty, unless you have attained transcendence and entered the Buddha realm......
However, the Buddha made it clear that deep down in everyone's heart, there is still their own persistence!
This insistence is human nature, belief, morality, and the most basic but unbreakable cognitive judgment of human beings!
The Buddha wants to purify all sentient beings, but all sentient beings, whether before or after being purified, have their own positions and belongings, and it is impossible to completely dedicate themselves to the Buddha and return to the Buddha.
The teachings of Buddhism are the same all over the world, but different countries, different regions, and even different people have different understandings of Buddhism.
In the end, the results were different.
Therefore, the decline of Buddhism in India, the birthplace of Buddhism, but its spread in China, is the result of different people's different understandings of Buddhism.
When Buddhism was introduced to China, it was seriously unadaptable. The original ideas and precepts of Buddhism, as well as the traditional thinking of the Chinese, are almost completely different from each other, and are directly dismissed as crooked doctrines.
Later, Buddhism began to reform, using Chinese culture to reform Buddhism, which led to Mahayana Buddhism, which was more in line with China's national conditions and eventually blossomed in China.
In fact, Mahayana Buddhism in China has long been fundamentally different from the original Buddhism, which is a Buddhist inheritance formed by Buddhism with Chinese characteristics.
In this inheritance, it has long been integrated into the culture of China for thousands of years.
And this culture is engraved into the hearts of every Chinese, influencing their every thought and action.
Therefore, believing in Buddhism, in a sense, is also believing in China's own cultural heritage.
Because this Buddha has already become a Buddha in China.
And such Mahayana Buddhism, to some extent, is no different from Taoism, which is native to China.
In a word, Mahayana Buddhism is still the principle of Buddhism, but it is the principle of Buddhism of the Chinese.
On the contrary, Theravada Buddhism, which is located in the southwest corner of China, because the center of gravity is not in China, but in Southeast Asian countries, it has not been too influenced by Chinese culture, and it has preserved the original Buddhist principles of Buddhism relatively completely.
Therefore, Buddhists of Mahayana Buddhism pay attention to the "self" of clear mind, and they believe in Buddhism and believe in the principles of the Buddha. This is like believing in the truth, and not letting the truth control you.
Theravada Buddhists, on the other hand, dedicate their whole hearts to the Buddha and replace the "self" with the Buddha's principles. (To be continued.) )
