Generally speaking, the supernatural powers obtained are available at any time, and they are well-informed at any time, and the supernatural powers obtained must be activated by the concentration before they can be used.

So, an arhat may have supernatural powers, but not every arhat must have supernatural powers, and it is basically said that in the third volume of the Mulasarvastivada Vinaya Medicine, there is a passage that says: 'When the elder was perfect and had great wisdom, he did not practice supernatural powers, but thought: Although I have cut off all afflictions, I have not cultivated supernatural powers, and I have all supernatural powers with all the outer paths,'

Arhats who are liberated by wisdom are the arhats, and if they do not cultivate supernatural powers, they will have no supernatural powers, and arhats who have wisdom and liberation are different from those who are liberated by wisdom, and if they do not cultivate supernatural powers, they will not have supernatural powers.

Another example, the Sarvastivada Sutra 2, contains a wonderful and virtuous Buddha who had attained the fruit of an arhat, and one day he was begging for food along the street, and when he passed by the palace of King Ashi, the king's courtiers saw that she was beautiful, and put her under house arrest, and forced her to change into the clothes of the palace people, and put on the ornaments of the palace people, and gave her to the king of Asah, and the king saw her beauty, and she was defiled.

The next day, the Lotus Seni flew into the air in the palace with her supernatural powers, and said to her, 'Sister, you have broken the demon of troubles, why don't you initiate supernatural powers and escape from here, and receive this kind of **,' so she taught her how to adjust her mind and how to cultivate supernatural powers, that is, in a moment, Miao Xian Luohanni will have divine powers, and fly back to the nuns' sangha by air.

From these two examples, it can be shown that not all arhats have supernatural powers, supernatural powers mainly come from meditation, so the great arhats who have supernatural powers, usually like ordinary people, can not see hundreds of meters, travel only about 100 miles a day, what they hear is not beyond the scope of ordinary people, what they know is not beyond the ordinary realm, all are only flesh and blood, if you want to use supernatural powers, you must use your heart to get it.
