Chapter 865: Exterminate the Turtle Demon

Thinking of this, the Duoling Daoist could no longer suppress the anger in his heart, and smoothed the horsetail of the dust in his hand downward, revealing the Tai Chi pattern on the dust bone.

Here is a brief mention, a good dust whisk condenses the essence of many generations of heavenly masters on it, and ordinary souls only need to sweep this high-grade dust whisk away from the other party, and the other party will be firmly tied to the ponytail on the dust. This time, the Duoling Daoist was really angry, and he didn't use the ponytail of the bolt ghost, but directly showed the most core Tai Chi pattern of the dust, you must know that being knocked on by this Tai Chi pattern, the light one has lost decades of cultivation, and the heavy one is the end of the soul.

This turtle demon is not stupid, knowing that the other party is planning to kill him, so he opens his big mouth and prepares to continue to spit out clouds and mist, causing illusions to confuse the spirits.

It can be said that it is too late, but it is fast, and the many spiritual Taoists at this time are crazy. First, it is difficult to protect the lives of his disciples; Second, the initiator is right in front of his eyes; The third is the place where this turtle demon is harmful; In short, it's just a new hatred and an old hatred together!

As soon as the turtle demon's mouth opened a slit, the dust in the hands of the Duoling Daoist knocked over. To say that this turtle demon is also unlucky enough, if you don't open your mouth, the dusty Tai Chi pattern will hit its head at most, and it only needs to retract its head, that is, knock on the turtle shell. If that's the case, at most, a broken bone and tendon, and a few more knocks will be a loss of 180 years of cultivation.

But this thing opened its mouth, and the result was that the spiritist looked at it, hey! You still don't want to be arrested obediently? Okay, I'll make you scared! So the dust in his hand went down and stuffed it directly into the turtle demon's mouth.

It's hilarious! The turtle demon felt like a knife from the inside out, and the severe pain made it want to die immediately, but it couldn't die, and it was firmly bound in the fishing net, allowing this sharp pain to continue throughout the body. So the turtle demon began to draw circles in the water.

At first, the Duoling Daoist still grabbed the dust and rolled in the water with the turtle demon, but he couldn't stand the lack of oxygen, and he was getting older, and his body bones were not as flexible as before, so he had to let go of his hands and let the dust get stuck in the throat of the turtle demon, watching the other party die in pain.

After about a cup of tea, the turtle demon never moved again. The Duoling Daoist hit the surface of the water and dived to the bottom of the water, first slowly pulling his dust out of the turtle demon's mouth, and then preparing to drag the fishing net to pull the already dead turtle demon to the shore, so as to calm the hearts of the fishermen.

But no matter how hard he tried, the corpse of the turtle demon would not move. In desperation, the Duoling Daoist had no choice but to use the tip of the handle at the lower end of the dust whisk to slowly cut open the eyes of the turtle demon, and take out two glittering beads the size of pigeon eggs from them.

Looking at the two beads in his hand, the Duoling Daoist was full of emotion: You said that you, the dead green-haired king, if you can concentrate on cultivation, you will one day achieve positive results. I just want to take a shortcut, through the water ghosts controlled by myself, forcibly drown the fishermen and bring them to myself, and then absorb the faint essence of the dead man, as a result, the way of heaven is inviolable, and if you do too much injustice, you will kill yourself!

The Doling had wanted to take it with the fishing nets full of stone hooks. But the turtle demon struggled too hard, and the fishing net was extremely messy. Coupled with the fear of his own life, the Duoling Taoist had no choice but to abandon the stone hook on the fishing net and return to the shore with two beads.

As soon as I landed on the shore, I heard the heart-rending cry of the Wendao people. The Duoling Daoist shook his head helplessly, thinking that the martial arts people had followed him for so many years, and immediately burst into tears.

The villagers of the fishing village were all surrounded by the martial artists at the moment, and everyone's faces were full of tears. These simple fishermen knew that this young life had given his precious life to save them from the clutches of the turtle demon.

Then the village chief coughed lightly and nodded to a few sturdy men. The men immediately understood what the village chief meant, so they left the crowd, not knowing what to do.

Duoling Daoist wiped away the tears on his face, and then pushed everyone away and came to the martial artist, half-squatting on the ground, patting Wen Daoren on the back, "What is destined to happen, don't be sad." ”

"Master!" Wen Daoren couldn't hold back his emotions any longer, and hugged the corpse of the martial artist and began to cry.

"Alas..."The Duoling Daoist sighed heavily, forcibly held back and stopped crying, and then said: "For the teacher, the first thing you will give your junior brother is excessive, you go and prepare for the beheading, and when you send your junior brother away, you have to prepare for mourning." ”

Here I will briefly introduce the meaning of mourning and decay, which should increase the reader's common sense of Chinese culture.

Mourning: The ancient rites of mourning for the deceased. Mourning refers to the mourning and remembrance of the deceased by relatives through special regulations on clothing and life after the funeral is completed.

It can be roughly divided into two aspects, one is reflected through the mourning clothes worn by the mourners and the length of time they wear them. Specifically, according to the distance of kinship, it can be divided into five kinds of mourning clothes, from near to far: chopping decay, Qi decay, great gong, small gong and įžŒ (reading: si sound) hemp.

It has been a three-year slash; Qi decay is different according to the specific relationship, the time is different, one year, five months or three months; The great merit is worn for nine months; Xiaogong wears for five months; Linen is only worn for three months.

Second, for the son of the deceased, there is also a series of regulations on the aspects of life, called the Shou system, for a period of three years.

After talking about mourning, let's talk about the five costumes. Five costumes refer to five types of mourning clothes. In ancient societies, people with different degrees of kinship from the deceased wore different mourning clothes to show their distinction.

Specifically, it is divided into five types, from heavy to light, in order: Chopping decay, which is the heaviest of the five mourning clothes, which is sewn with extremely coarse linen, extremely simple, and many of the places that should be sewn are open, not at all like a piece of clothing, just like a sack, so as to express the meaning of not paying attention to the external image because of grief. It is worn by those closest to him, for example: the son is the father, the wife is the husband, etc. The current drape of linen and filial piety is the evolution of decay.

Qi decay, is second only to the decay of mourning clothes, made of burlap, because the edges are sewn together, so it is called Qi decay. This garment is worn by subordinate relatives, such as married daughters as parents, grandchildren as grandparents, etc.

Great merit, second only to Qi Yuan, is made of coarse linen, and is generally worn by cousins, unmarried cousins, and married daughters for uncles (pronounced: bai sound) fathers, etc.

Xiaogong, second only to Dagong, is made of better quality linen cloth and is worn by uncles, grandparents, maternal uncles, etc.

Linen, the lightest type of mourning dress, is made of fine linen cloth with delicate workmanship, and is worn by great-grandparents, wife's parents, cousins, etc.

In general, the closer the kinship, the rougher its mourning garments. It's just that in modern times, these rules have been completely lost in the literature. I usually wear a black suit with a black undershirt and a white tie to the funeral to show respect for the deceased.

In this article, the Daoist people asked the Wendao people to prepare for the decay, which shows that the master understands the deep feelings between the two children, so he will choose to decay.

The last digression: If we don't have a little cultural heritage and a foundation in Chinese culture, it's really not good!
