The drowning case that occurred in Heitong Village between 80 and 86 years seemed to the police to mean murder, but in the eyes of the villagers of Heitong Village, it was just a black fish taking revenge; The dead people seem to have nothing to do with the police, but the villagers of Heitong Village claim that they are all related to the fishermen who caught the fish back then.

The police officers who conducted the investigation probably thought that this legend was nonsense, so they did not record this information in the file at all.
