Prologue Era

It was the year after the end of World War II.

The Holy See and the Guild of Wizards, which had organized a joint expeditionary force in the Far East, had to withdraw from China after suffering a heavy defeat, and were only able to retain some of their presence in the small countries surrounding China.

When these two old forces that once dominated Europe turned their attention back to their homeland, they were surprised to find that the traditional magic forces of various countries that had been firmly suppressed by them had taken advantage of this opportunity to rise rapidly, such as the Bea family of exorcists in France, the Gelb Halstch hermit of mysticism in Germany, the Oak Monks in England developed from the Baptist Church, the Glorious Salvation Army of Italy, and the Greek goddess Lutheran in their own countries to expel the power of the Holy See and the Wizards' Guild. The Holy See and the Wizards' Guild were unwilling to lose their traditional sphere of influence and fought back, and for a time the atmosphere in Europe was extremely tense, and war was on the verge of breaking out.

At this time, the Puritan Sogres faction in the Americas took advantage of the Marshall Plan to enter the European continent and mediate the disputes between the parties as a third party.

Prior to this, the Puritan Sogres faction in the United States did not have any outstanding appearances, and it had not been taken seriously by the old European powers.

This is a magic faction formed on the basis of exiles, and the original members were all mages who had to flee by boat after the failure of the magic forces in various countries within the European continent, so the European mages had a natural sense of superiority over American mages in the first place, and they always called the American Mage Association by that group of losers.

When the Sogres faction officially appeared in front of them, the forces of the continent were surprised to find that this force that they had ignored for a long time had unknowingly grown into a formidable behemoth. While the European hordes were busy with infighting and marching into the Far East, the American mages quietly covered the entire Americas! They included exiles who failed in their early struggles, independent mages who fled from persecution by the Holy See and the Wizards' Guilds, natural mages of the Native American Indians, and native South American sorcerers. They are more like a community of interests, and although they do not share a common belief, they are united by interests.

The Sogris came to Europe to promote their idea of rejecting conflicts of faith and tradition and relying on common interests to negotiate disputes. And guide the European continent forces to take a long-term view. Although the advance into the Far East suffered a heavy setback, there was still a wider world waiting for them to open up and occupy.

For example, in Russia, the homeland of Orthodox Christianity, because of the strong rise of the Soviet Empire, the Marxist-Leninist republics swept away the Orthodox forces with a flood of transit.

For example, the African continent is rich in resources, there are many tribes, and the strongest witch king in power can only affect a range of more than 100 kilometers, and there are constant wars between each other, completely wasting the coveted rich resources.

There are so many vast worlds waiting for everyone to expand, why bother to fight to the death in this small part of Europe, it is better to have this strength than to expand outward.

Therefore, under the coordination of the Sogres faction, the International Council of Jurists was formally established, and the magic forces of various European countries established corresponding branches of the Mage Association in their own countries.

Since then, in the following thirty years, the Western magic world, with Europe and the United States as the main forces, has entered a relatively stable period. They negotiated internally to resolve disputes, and externally they worked hard to expand, expelling local mages wherever they went, supporting pro-Western puppets to establish mage associations, and forcefully cracking down on various heterogeneous forces around the world, which led to the great development of the International Council of Jurists.

However, this honeymoon cooperation did not last long, and many of the disputes were alleviated by negotiations on the table, but they were not completely resolved, and the struggle between the countries under the table became more and more intense, especially when the American Mage Guild showed that the power feared by the European powers and the corresponding ambitions, and the struggle began to spiral out of control. In the following 30 years, with the establishment and accession of the Chinese Mages' Association, the dissolution of the Soviet Republic, the re-emergence of the Orthodox Church, and the start and intensification of the battle against the Heterogeneous Alliance in Eastern Europe, the struggle between the various forces within the International Commission of Jurists became more and more intense, and in some cases even reached the point of tearing the skin of the face in spite of it. The secret struggle between the Orthodox Church and the Sogres faction led to a sharp deterioration in the war in Eastern Europe, and the mage associations of African countries, after enduring decades, finally could no longer bear the exploitation and oppression of Western magic forces, and repeatedly complained against Western forces at the International Jurists' Joint Conference. The Islamic mages in Arabia are growing rapidly on the basis of their God-given oil wealth, and although they are still almost fragmented, each individual force is no longer to be taken lightly. What worries the European art and law circles even more is that as they expand around, the Buddhist forces that they have been ignoring seem to be reaching out to their nests - the upper class of Europe and the United States began to popularize tantric practice, and those red-robed monks who did not shave their hair began to appear in various social places in a grand manner, proclaiming their beliefs and ways of practice.

This year marks the sixty-fifth anniversary of the official establishment of the International Commission of Jurists, and internal and external troubles have crumbled this huge community of interests that has been glorious for decades, like a beautiful vase on an unstable shelf, which may only need a light breeze to blow it off the shelf and fall apart.

It was also an eventful year for the International Commission of Jurists.

The war in Eastern Europe has become more and more erosive, Estonia, Latvia, and Lithuania have completely fallen into the hands of the heterogeneous alliance, and the mages of Belarus, Ukraine, Moldova and other countries have formed a united front to resist bitterly;

After the all-out war between the Japanese Mage Association and the Shingon sect, it was defeated at an astonishing speed, and the whole of Japan fell into the territory of the Shingon sect, and the remnants of the Japanese Mage Association had to go into exile in the United States and set up a provisional general meeting in New York;

There has been a shocking terrorist attack in Australia, the rotting corpses are spreading, the destruction of New South Wales, where Sydney is located, and according to unconfirmed rumors, there have been giant monster landings and meteor bombardments in Sydney, but these two are too bizarre to be denied by the International Commission of Jurists.

Of course, in addition to these major events that have attracted the attention of the world's major forces, there is another event that is not so big.

This happened in China, Spring City.

It was also in this year that a small business called Bowen Leasing Co., Ltd. was registered in the Spring City Mage Association, and the registrant was a young mage named Yong Bowen, who had just joined the Mage Association.

When Yongbo Wen himself became famous for wearing the aura of a purple emblem demon slayer on his head, the small company under his name was basically unnoticed except for the local mages in Spring City.
