Chapter 531: Lao Jun
The sword occupies a very important position in the history of China, according to legend, the Xuanyuan Yellow Emperor cast the first sword when he fought with Chiyou, that is, the Xuanyuan Golden Sword that was rumored to be a god. This sword, has been living in the legend, no one has seen it, and no one can tell whether he has ever existed, compared to it, there are a few swords that are very prominent, to say so, the first to bear the brunt should be the five ancient gods.
The five great divine soldiers are the words of later generations, which did not appear at that time, and it is more coincidental that these five divine soldiers are all from the hands of the same person, this person is called Ou Yezi.
If you want to say who is the most awesome carpenter in the world from ancient times to the present, everyone will definitely say that it is Lu Ban, but if you want to say who is the most awesome blacksmith in the world, most people will think of the same name, this person is Ou Yezi.
In the Han Dynasty, there was a person named Yuan Kang, who wrote in the "Yue Jue Shu ̇ Volume 11 ̇ Foreign Biography Sword", saying: "Ou Ye is because of the spirit of heaven, and he knows his tricks, and makes three major punishments and two small punishments: one is called Zhanlu, the second is called Chunjun, the third is called victory over evil, the fourth is called fish intestines, and the fifth is called Juque." ”
What does that mean? That is to say, Ou Yezi skillfully used the creation of heaven and earth to cooperate with his own smelting technology, and made five swords in his lifetime, three are long and two are short, and these three long and two short five swords are what we call the five great ancient divine swords, or the five ancient great divine swords.
If you are familiar with history, or various literary works related to it, you can know that these five swords are all famous all over the world, not to mention the sharp blades, and what is even more awesome is that they also have some strange effects beyond common sense, and what we want to talk about today is the head of these five divine soldiers, Zhan Lu.
Why say it?
Because it is a black sword, there is only this black sword among the divine weapons that can sometimes be followed in the world.
There is a similar saying in the history books, saying that Zhan Lu is a sword, but also an eye, an eye hidden in the night, and the swordsmith Ou Yezi couldn't help but burst into tears when he created this sword, because he spent his whole life trying to create such a sword, which was indestructible but did not have the slightest murderous aura.
In order to facilitate the discussion later, let's present this story in its entirety.
According to the Book of Yue Jue, in 496 BC, King Yun often begged Ou Yezi, the world's first sword-casting master, to forge a sword for himself.
After Ou Yezi was ordered, he took his wife Zhu and daughter Mo Xie (you know) from Minhou, followed the Min River upstream, and came to a high mountain with a high altitude of 1230 meters, this mountain, called "Zhan", at the foot of the mountain, there is a river, this river water, called "Lu", here, he found the divine iron (iron mother) and holy water (cold spring water) needed to cast the sword, so he lived on the mountainside, smelted stones and mined gold, and created this black and inky magic soldier.
As for the process of smelting, there is no detailed description in the book, on the contrary, a book in the Yuan Dynasty once wrote, saying: "Ou Yezi coerced his fine arts, went straight to the Zhanlu Mountain, and set up a furnace at the foot of it." Take tin in the mountain of Chijin, cause copper in the stream of Ruoye, rain master sprinkle sweep, Lei Gong struck split, Jiaolong held the furnace, the emperor of heaven loaded charcoal, cover three years in this and the sword into it. The sword is also made of fine light, the sun and the moon shine, the stars avoid anger, the ghosts and gods cry, and the king of the gods. ”
This passage is not too difficult, ordinary people can understand it, and after reading it, many people will feel that the process of refining the sword is too mysterious, but what is even more mysterious is actually still to come.
When I saw this, in fact, I had a question, why, among all the colors of the world's divine soldiers, only one Zhan Lu is black? The most straightforward answer is that the raw materials are different. So, why are the raw materials different? A: The origin of the raw materials is different.
Well, the question arises, why, is the iron ore smelted on the legendary Zhanshan, that is, the Chijin Mountain, different from other ores?
This also starts with the name of this "Red Mountain".
According to legend, this "Red Mountain" was originally not a mountain, but a flat river, and then one day, a golden wrestler fell here from the sky, every day will dump a basket of dregs on the ground, the dregs are red, look like coke, over time they will be piled up like a mountain of flames, although, after many years, there is no longer a yellow turban wrestler, the bare mountain is no longer red, but, in order to commemorate that period of history, the local people still call it "Red Mountain", That is, the later "Zhanshan".
If this seemingly absurd legend is true, then the raw materials of the Zhan Lu Sword probably have to start with the coke-like thing brought by the Yellow Turban Lux. Okay, so the question arises, what exactly is that coke-like thing? Where did the legendary Yellow Turban wrestler come from?
When I typed the word yellow turban Lux into the search engine input box and gently typed enter, a name quickly caught my attention.
Taiqing Daode Tianzun, Lao Tzu.
In folklore, this Yellow Turban Lux is a powerful protector, and only a very high immortal can summon it, and in the famous "Romance of the Gods", the one who loves to call this kind of Yellow Turban Lux is our Taiqing Moral Tianzun.
Many people are not very familiar with the name Daode Tianzun, but many people have heard of his other title, that is, Taishang Laojun, which we often mention.
If you want to say that the gods of the sky, who loves alchemy the most, then it must be our Taishang Dao Ancestor, if you want to say that among the Mantian immortals, who has the highest qualifications, that is also our Taiqing Dao Ancestor.
According to legend, the strange man in the Spring and Autumn Period, Lao Tzu is the master of the Taiqing Dao ancestor, riding a green ox out of the customs, leaving a "Tao Te Ching" sprinkled with 5,000 words can be regarded as a strange book that will be famous through the ages.
Purple gas comes from the east, turns Hu into Tao, comes to the world at the age of more than eighty, and the body can be turned into three clears, even the Confucian saint has to be called a teacher, that is the founder of the Taoist school, and is also respected by Taoism as the first patriarch of Kaitian, although it ranks last in the ranking of the three Qing Taoist ancestors, but its personal influence is definitely incomparable to the first two.
In the folk, this phenomenon is more obvious, the well-known gods, most of them are lit by his old man himself, and even on the talisman of the Huogong Taoist who is extremely respected by the ancestor of the Shangqing Dynasty, it is often written: "Taishang Laojun is anxious like a law" Such a classic cliché, it can be seen that his personal influence is far-reaching.
