Listening to breath, also known as "listening to Qi", refers to listening to the breath with Qi in silence to concentrate on the Tao. Keeping quiet, that is, gathering the heart to seek silence to keep it. Originated from the "Tao Te Ching": "Return to the root of the day and return to life." It means that to go to the root of life is to enter meditation, and after meditation, life can be restored.

To keep one, that is, to keep one heart, or to keep one in the way. "Zhuangzi Zaiyou" cloud: "I keep one of them to deal with it."
