Maybe everyone has this experience: when you meet someone who will be interested and interested, you will be extraordinarily spiritual; When you are in a good mood, or when you are in high spirits, you will have a special feeling when you do things; For frequently used items such as cars, basketballs, and even shoes, we instinctively feel their status, and we may know what is wrong and what to do without even checking them. The scientific explanation is that practice makes perfect, but I think a series of things are not explained by science, or by science today. In more scientific terms, this is the accumulation of experience, the extension of our wisdom, and the extension of our influence on the world, and our inadvertent will to persevere.

"It" is our understanding of the world, the accumulation of experience, and in the subconscious of continuous thinking, proofreading, learning, summarizing and development, in the continuous negation and affirmation of the birth of an alternative existence, it is wisdom, lessons, exploration and thinking, perception and sublimation, character hobbies, tenacity and self-correction and so on from a kind of acquired existence, but it is the most important component of intelligent life.

Maybe that's what we call 'mana'.

This is not a superstition, nor is it a soul, but an "immaterial extension" of life. Many ancient classics have been recorded, studied, and perceived, but it is difficult for us to interpret these things with what we now call "scientific thought".

Perhaps when such mental power is strong enough, it will have an impact on the world outside the body, and perhaps we can study the so-called "spells" here. Actually, think about some special things, some legends, I think some of our ancestors have reached this level, and there is more than one. Therefore, there are all kinds of magical legends in both the East and the West - unfounded legends will not prevail, and so many people will follow them.

Perhaps, through certain means (such as spiritual practice), this "immaterial extension" can quickly break through the critical point and reach another state. Perhaps this state is the miraculous powers, supernatural powers, spells, etc., that we preach. In fact, we can feel that we often use a certain object, and from the perspective of "cultivating immortals", it is not a kind of "refining"! It's just not as exaggerated as the legend suggests! But actually, we have this foundation.

In the past, there should have been many books that recorded this, but our ancestors did not have our current vision, scientific ideas, and world concepts, so the records of our ancestors will be a little cloudy - they do not know how to record them, how to express them in a general way.

And in the past, we could not find theoretical support, nor could we find reasonable explanations, etc. Our science is too focused on matter, especially visible matter; And for the poor lack of exploration in the spiritual realm.

Now I come up with an explanation, which is not necessarily correct, but it is also a more plausible explanation - it seems for the time being.
