Chapter 1056: Inspection
"But what?" Harry asked, a little angry.
"But, Harryβwhat if your dreamβwas just a dream?" Ron said, shuddering, trying his best to think in Hermione's or Van Lin's way, but in the end he only got an answer.
Harry let out a howl of defeat. Ron was now moving away from him, almost incomprehensible to him.
"You don't understand," Harry yelled at Ron, "I didn't have nightmares, I wasn't dreaming! What do you think mind locking is? Why do you think Dumbledore wanted me to be wary of what I saw, because it's true, Ron-Sirius was captured, and I saw him." Voldemort caught him, and no one else knew, which means that only we could save him, and if you don't want to do it, fine, but I'll go, you know? And, if I'm not mistaken, your father is the same, and you didn't dispute my "rescue" when I rescued your sister from the basilisk......
"I never said I had an objection!" Ron said fiercely.
"But Harry, you just said," Ron said in a low voice, "I don't understand, but as a wizard, I still know the spell, Van Lin and Hermione have left Hogwarts, and now it's just the two of us, and, Dumbledore's explanation, I have to think about it, Dumbledore wants you to learn to remove these things from your mind, if you use the Mind Locking Technique you won't see it." β
"If you think I'm pretending I'm seeing something I didn't-"
"Van Lin told you that nothing is more important than closing your mind!"
"Well, I think he'd say something else, if he knew I wasβ" The classroom door opened. Harry and Ron felt like they had been whipped with a whip. Ginny walked in, looking curious, followed by Luna, with her usual weird expression.
"Hi," Ginny said uncertainly, "we heard Harry's voice. What are you shouting?"
"It's none of your business," Harry said rudely.
Ginny raised her eyebrows. "Don't talk to me in that tone. "I just want to know if there's anything I can do to help." β
"Okay, but you can't help. Harry said briefly.
"You know what? You're rude right now. Luna said serenely. Harry turned away in shock. Now the last thing he wants to do is talk to Luna Lovegood.
"No, wait a minute, you two ......"
"What's wrong with the two of us?" said Ginny, dissatisfied, "I hear you, you're talking about Van Lin, and Occlumency. β
"Who told you?"
"Hermione!" Ginny said lightly, "and Vanlin, the two of them we will take care of you, and Ron......"
"The two of them?" Harry asked in disbelief.
"And me?"
"Oh, of course!" said Ginny politely, "you won't really say no to Harry no matter what. β
"I'm doing this......" Ron argued weakly......
"Oh, yes? But what about the result?"
"Alright, don't talk about this uselessness here, Sirius is being tortured......" Harry said, and was about to rush out, but in the next second, two wands stood in front of Harry and aimed at his body.
"You two ......"
"I have to calm you down. Ginny said politely, "Even if it costs a little." β
"You're not going to do that......" Ron looked at his sister in disbelief.
"I'm sorry, but the two of them are obviously more sensible than for you to go crazy with Harry here......"
"I'm not crazy!"
"Then you tell me the whole story. β
Harry's chest heaved violently, but Harry couldn't hurt Ginny and Luna.
......
"I think we have to confirm if it's true. β
"Really?" Harry felt insulted, "You mean, I'm lying?"
"Nobody thinks so, but you can't guarantee if Voldemort is lying, I've been in contact with him, some of them are not, these are the methods he is good at. Ginny said.
"But I saw ......"
"But what if it's a Voldemort hoax? Harry, we're going to check before we go. β
"How?" Harry asked, "how can we go about it?"
"We're going to have to use the stove of the Ministry of Magic's special investigation team to see if we can get in touch with him. Ginny said, "We're going to steer them away once more, but we need to look out for the wind, and the two of us can help you, Harry, and now the Ministries are busy dealing with Hagrid, who are in the Forbidden Forest." β
"Very well," Harry said aggressively to Hermione, "Very well, if you think it's quick, I'll do it with you, otherwise, I'll go to the Department of Mysteries now!"
"Department of Mysteries?" said Luna, her expression a little strange, "but how did you get there?"
Harry ignored her.
"Yes," said Ginny, walking between the tables with her hands crossed, "yes, all right." One of us must find the people from the Ministry of Magic and make sure they can delay long enough. β
"They're looking for Hagrid, and Umbridge, there's no way they're going to come back so soon. And Peeves!" Ron said immediately, "go tell the people who stayed in the office that Peeves was destroying the Transfiguration classroom and things, which were miles away from her office." I remember, I met him in the hallway just now, and I should have persuaded him to go!"
"Okay. She said, the wrinkles on her face stretching as she walked, "Now, we need to make sure that the students stay out of their offices when we break in, lest the Slytherins run to report them." β
Ginny looked at Ron, then at Harry.
"Luna and I can stay at opposite ends of the hallway," Ginny said quickly, "and warn people not to go from there, because someone is releasing strangulation gas there." β
Harry was surprised that Ginny had made up such a lie to make things ready, and Ginny shrugged and said, "Fred and George planned to do this before they left. β
"Alright, now, don't think about anything else, Harry, you're hiding under the cloak of invisibility, you'll be able to slip into the office without a hitch, and you'll be able to speak to Sirius. β
"He's not there, Ginny!"
"I mean, you can β when I make sure Sirius is at home, I don't think you should be there alone, Lee Jordan has confirmed that windows are a weakness. β
Harry was really very anxious, but he also felt that something was not quite right, maybe he went to the stove and asked Fanlin......
"Me, okay. Thank you. He muttered.
"yes, that's good, in fact, even if we did it all, I wouldn't expect it to be more than five minutes. Ginny pretended to be light-hearted, her expression relaxed when she saw that Harry seemed to accept the plan, "Don't run into Filch wandering around for those nasty inquiries. β
"Five minutes is enough. Harry said, "Hurry up, let's go." β
"Now?" asked Ginny, a little shocked. "Now, of course!" said Harry angrily, "what do you think? are we going to wait until dinner or what? Ginny, Sirius is being tortured!"
"Iβoh, okay. She said disappointedly. "You go get the cloak, and we'll meet in the hallway in front of the office, okay?"
Harry didn't answer, but rushed out of the room and began to push through the chaotic crowd. After running up two floors, he meets Seamus and Dean, who cheerfully welcome him and tell him that they are planning a passing party in the common room.
Harry barely listened. While they were still discussing how much black market butterbeer they needed, Harry climbed through the hole in the portrait, and before they could notice him, he had taken the bag with the Cloak of Invisibility and the Sirius Knife.
"Harry, would you like two Galleons? Harold Dingi said he could sell us some flame whiskey. But Harry had made his way to the hallway outside in agony, and a minute or two later, he jumped up the last few steps to join Ron, Ginny, and Luna, all of whom were huddled at the end of the Einsatzgruppen hallway.
"Let's go," he said, panting, "and you're ready to go in." β
"Not bad. Ginny whispered as a group of noisy seniors walked past them, "So Ronβyou and the people who led the Ministry of Magic away, and Luna and I, if you can get the crowd out of the hallway Harry will be able to put on the Cloak of Invisibility." β
Ron was gone, his bright red hair disappearing to the end of the passage on the right. At the same time, Ginny uses her head with the same bundle of hair to start ramming the students around her in different directions, and Luna follows her with her golden head.
As soon as the Ministry of Magic left, Harry immediately took his cloak of invisibility out of his bag. In fact, his scar was aching, but not so severe that he thought Voldemort had dealt Sirius a fatal blow. When Voldemort punished Avery, it hurt a lot.
"You can't get in here!" Ginny shouted to the crowd, "No, I'm sorry, you had to go around the spiral staircase." Someone just released strangulation gas here!"
They heard people complaining loudly, one sure voice, "I don't see the gas." β
"It's because it's colorless. "But if you want to walk over, please, and then we'll see your body as evidence for the next fool who doesn't believe us." β
Slowly, the crowd became smaller. It seems that the news about the strangulation gas has begun to spread, and no one has come to this road anymore. As soon as the area around him became completely empty, Harry immediately went into action.
He was covered by a cloak and moved forward. Luna was standing at the end of the corridor in the distance, with her back to them, and as they walked past Ginny, Ginny whispered, "Well done, don't forget the signal." β
"What's the signal?" Harry muttered.
"If we see Unbridge coming, we should sing loudly, "Weasley is our king"!
The uneasiness intensified as Harry plunged Sirius's knife into the crack between the wall and the door. The door clicked open, and he entered the office. Those kitten ornaments were enjoying the afternoon sun while warming their plates, this was Umbridge's office, and of course, out of respect, the people of the Ministry of Magic hadn't changed much, in fact, they didn't use it very often.
Harry breathed a sigh of relief, now all he had to prove was ......
Harry walked into the fireplace, grabbed a handful of Floo powder and threw it into the fire, and the green flames burst into flames. Knowing to be quick, he plunged his head into the fire and shouted, "Mowgli Square Twelve!"
His head began to spin as if his entire body had melted into the fire, though his knees were still resting on the cold floor of the office. He kept his eyes closed to deal with the swirling dust, and when the spin was over, he opened his eyes to take a look around him, the icy kitchen of Black's ancestral home.
There is no one here. He expected it, but after seeing the deserted kitchen, fear and panic grew in his stomach unprepared.
"Sirius?" he cried, "Sirius, are you here?" his voice echoed through the room, but there was no answer except for a slight scraping sound to the right of the stove.
"Who's there?" he asked, wondering if it was a mouse. The house-elf Kreacher appeared in his field of vision, and he looked happy about what was going on, though he seemed to have been doing great damage to his hands lately, which were now heavily bandaged.
"Boy Potter's head is in the fire. Kreacher exclaimed in the empty kitchen, his behavior sneaky, and he glanced at Harry with a triumphant look, "Kreacher wants to know what he's doing here?"
"Where's Sirius?" asked Harry. The house-elves panted and laughed. "The master and Master El are out, Harry Potter. β
"Where has he been? Where has he been?" Kreacher just laughed, and seemed in a good mood.
"I warn you!" said Harry, fully aware that it was impossible for him to go beyond the line to punish Kreacher in his current position. "How's Lupin? Where's MONOCULUS? Any of them, who is here?"
"Except for Kreacher and ...... There's no one here but Miss Granger!" the elf said cheerfully, and slowly walked away from Harry towards the kitchen door. "Kreacher thought he was going to have something to say to his mistress, and now, yes, he had no chance to say more, Kreacher's master had told him to stay away from him. β
"Where's Sirius?" Harry shouted from behind the elf, "Kreacher, did he go to the Department of Mysteries?"
Kreacher stopped. Harry could only see the back of Kreacher's bare head through the wooden table legs in front of him.
