Chapter 302: The Flash

Tonight, golden lightning shines across the city of Arkham.

In a flash of lightning, he appeared like a golden electric current, and in just a breath, he appeared in the biological laboratory where Roy and Bart were, and the gorilla who had just been stunned.

The man in the fiery red uniform embedded with golden electricity suddenly appeared in Roy's field of vision in a short and negligible time interval, and Roy could easily judge that this was the legendary red-clothed runner known as "the fastest man in the world" - The Flash.

"Bart?" The Flash asked.

Pulse half-sat up and said embarrassedly, "Hey grandpa." ”

So this is Barry Allen, the Flash who is a core member of the world's greatest hero organization, the Justice League.

"I told you"

Before the Flash could finish speaking, Bart interrupted helplessly and impatiently: "I know, I know don't go into trouble alone." But hey, look like I'm handling it pretty well, aren't I? ”

The Flash glanced at Roy and Glaude, who was trapped unconscious by the quick-setting clay, and said, "I don't think it's your work, right?" ”

That's when Roy spoke: "Bart, he's done a good job, although there is still something to learn, but overall, he has a lot of potential. ”

The Flash nodded politely to him, held out a hand, and said, "Winged Knight, I've heard about you. You've been quite famous lately. ”

Bart interrupted: "It's even more powerful in the future, the history books say"

"Bart!" The Flash snapped, "How many times have I told you not to tell anyone from the past anything about the future. You tell us that what has happened in any given timeline has the potential to have an immeasurable impact on the course of the future."

Bart pursed his lips and whispered to Roy: "Well, I haven't said it, in fact, I am"

"Sneaking up on Arkham City." Roy said lightly, "You didn't tell the Flash. Yes, I saw it a long time ago, that's why I called The Flash. ”

Bart blinked twice, then shouted, "You notified Grandpa to come?" Why? ”

Roy shrugged: "What do ordinary people do when they find children who run away from home?" ”

"This one is different!"

"Anyway, thank you." The Flash said to Roy, "You may not know that the big blue guy in the league has been saying good things about you. ”

"Superman?" Roy was a little surprised.

"Haha, yes." "Looks like you've made a big impression on him." ”

After a pause, he added, "But about the person behind Arkham City, Batman said it was Hugo Stevich, right?" ”

"Yes."

"I might know a little bit about this person." "I contacted some of the information at the Canterlot Police Department and found out that Stevich used a pseudonym called Victor Aite. He once used that name to open a room in a hotel in Canterlot and used it to buy a ticket. I don't know if it's useful, but it's a clue after all. ”

The Flash's real body, Barry Allen, himself works for the Gotham Police Department and belongs to the CSI team. His criminal investigation ability is also quite good, and he often cooperates with Batman in league affairs.

"Got it." Roy said, "Thank you." ”

"That's it, Bart and I have to go." "The next time we see you, maybe you're already a member of our alliance." ”

Roy smiled noncommittally.

The two speeders leave Canterlot and take the troublesome gorilla with them.

But the Flash may have provided a clue.

Hugo Stevich disappeared for a long time, and wherever he went, some of his pseudonyms must have disappeared, and it is likely that some of them will be used many times. If you know one of his pseudonyms, you might be able to figure out some of the places he's been to.

Five years had passed since Stevich disappeared from Arkham Asylum, and it was certainly not possible for him to go on vacation during those five years, so perhaps his experience during that time could have something to do with his current plans.

Immediately after returning to where Kassandra was staying, Roy connected to the Bat Computer's database and searched the global information and records for the keyword "Victor Ait".

Then, the clue really emerged.

Of all the places that the name "Victor Ait" has visited, the only one he has visited this year has caught Roy's attention the most - Nandarbat.

This location is also specifically marked in the Batcomputer's database, and of course it won't be because Batman lists it as a vacation destination or something. This location, surrounded by countless snow-capped peaks, is the foundation of the Assassin Alliance. The headquarters of the Alliance, which has been hidden in the world for thousands of years, and which concentrates the best and deadliest assassins in the world, is hidden somewhere in this mountain.

If Stevich returned to Gotham to start a project, it was when he found the fabled Alliance headquarters and made a deal with the demon's descendant ninja master?

His intuition told him that he was heading in the right direction.

He had always felt that the mayor of Arkham City's plan, Eddie Frank, was just a puppet and a decoration, and that Stevich was used as a façade. Because Stevich himself has a less than glamorous past, and his involvement in politics may cause dissatisfaction among the majority of the population.

And now, Roy has a new idea. What if Stevich wasn't the ultimate manipulator behind the scenes?

Maybe there's something deeper behind Stevich? Like the League of Assassins?

While it is not yet possible to explain what the League of Assassins are trying to do with a super prison, it will not be a good thing if they are involved.

With this new train of thought, Roy re-examines some of the things he had already looked at - such as the Tiger Guard patrol route in Arkham City, and the map of the distribution of stronghold posts.

If the League of Assassins were indeed in the city, Stevich would have given them plenty of room to move. Even Stiewicz's day-to-day policing guards would not be tolerated to patrol their territory every day.

Therefore, if you check the route of the LTTE and the distribution of its strongholds, you may be able to confirm the location of the Assassin Alliance's presence in Arkham City.

Roy smiled slightly smug and marked the location of the "Tower of Wonders" on the map.

"Got you." (To be continued.) )
