Taoism and monasticism

The Maoshan Taoism recorded in the "Maoshan Taoist Law Chronicle" is nothing more than yin and yang, feng shui, astrology, five elements, and the art of change. The so-called yin and yang is one of the basic teachings of Taoism. Yin and yang, such as heaven and earth, sun and moon, day and night, cold and heat, men and women, up and down, etc. All things are negative yin and embrace yang, and they are impulsive and peaceful. Therefore, everything in heaven and earth is yin and yang, and yin and yang complement each other to form the world. The so-called feng shui art is also known as the art of Kanyu, and there is a cloud in the "Book of Burial": "The burial person, take the qi by the anger, the qi by the wind will be scattered, the boundary water will stop, the gathering will not disperse, and the line will stop, so it is called feng shui." In the method of feng shui, the water is the first, and the Tibetan wind is secondary. "The core is the selection and treatment of people's living or burial environment, so as to achieve the purpose of seeking good fortune and avoiding evil. The so-called astrology is to observe the stars at night to determine the good fortune and evil. The so-called five elements are all five elements, gold, wood, water, fire and earth. The five elements are mutually reinforcing and complement each other. Gold begets water, water begets wood, wood begets fire, fire begets earth, and earth begets gold; Jin Ke wood, wood Ke earth, earth Ke water, water Ke fire, fire Ke Jin. And the so-called art of change, we have to mention the Book of Changes. The so-called "Book of Changes", Yi, changes also; Sutra, law also. I Ching is the study of the law of change of things. And the essence of the I Ching is gossip.

And the so-called Taoism does not lie in the unfathomable Taoism, which can penetrate yin and yang to determine life and death; The so-called Taoism, self-cultivation, and self-cultivation are nothing more. The cultivation of the avenue lies in the awe-inspiring righteousness, and the small path seeks the shallow and deep spells. The way of heaven goes back and forth, never changing, only obsession, from beginning to end. If you want to forcibly go against the sky, it's just a few more detours, and the ending is still the same. Human nature is kind, always with compassion, saving all people from fire and water; Even if you die, what's the matter? The heart of man is evil, he is greedy for his own selfish desires, and abandons all the people; Even if the Tao is profound, what will happen in the end? Reincarnation is the same as cause and effect. Obsessed, really stupid! As a cultivator, the only thing you can do is to do good. Whether it's a human, a ghost, or a demon.
