Chapter 13: Midnight Terror
Seeing their ghostly looks, Amis screamed in fright and hurried back into Vincent's arms, but Amis's action seemed to stimulate them, and they ran a few steps forward to pull Vincent's clothes.
Vincent's eyes were cold, and in an instant, the three-edged thorn that was still inserted by his side appeared in his hand. Without hesitation, he raised his spur and stabbed it at the man closest to him.
Perhaps it was because of the habit of killing zombies, Vincent's military thorn stabbed directly into his right eye socket, poked out from the back of his head, and red blood gushed out from his eye socket, along with the already broken eyeballs, spurting out one by one. And behind his head, the white brain pulp flowed out along the blood trough of the military thorn, flowing all over the place behind him.
The man convulsed twice, and before he could even scream, he didn't move, Vincent didn't pause at all, he pulled out his thorn, and quickly stabbed the neck of another man who was close to him, and then quickly pulled it out.
The man clutched his neck in pain, struggling helplessly, but Vincent's blow not only pierced his trachea, but also punctured his vocal cords. He could only gasp for breath except to howl, but it was of no use at all. Blood poured out of the two holes in his neck like arrows, and the suffocating sensation of the blood choking into his trachea made him cough violently.
The smell of blood finally woke the other three, and when they woke up, they realized that two of their companions had died at Vincent's hands. Frightened, they hurried to the door where they had placed their guns. Looking at their backs, Vincent sneered again, and the thorn in his hand came out like a dart, nailing straight to the back of the head of a man running at the back.
Vincent's strength was great, and the thorns were nailed into the whole until they reached the handle, and the bones flew all over the place, and the brains were splashed everywhere. The man was struck so hard that he fell straight down without saying a word.
By this time, the other two men were already about to run to the door, and just as they reached for their guns, Vincent unhurriedly pulled out an extra-large Desert Eagle from his arms. He drew a cruel arc at the corner of his mouth, and then pulled the trigger on their heads.
The power of the Desert Eagle was already very huge, and the distance was too close, so I saw that the heads of those two people exploded like bursting watermelons. Brains mixed with bones flew everywhere, on the walls, on the ground, at the doorway, everywhere stained with their brains, blood and scraps of flesh. The two headless corpses, after squirting a mist of blood upwards, fell down unwillingly.
Vincent looked at the last two who had fallen, blew a puff of gunsmoke, and then inserted the gun back into the holster strapped under his armpit. Amis also stuck out her head at this time, and covered her eyes with her hands cutely, leaving only a small gap to secretly observe the surroundings. But she only glanced at it, then let out a scream, and then hurried into Vincent's arms, not daring to look any more.
This room was full of corpses, shredded flesh, blood and bone residue everywhere, and the strong pungent smell of blood in the room, it was obviously not suitable to live in it anymore. Vincent hesitated slightly, then planned to change rooms. Anyway, there was nothing else in this settlement, there were too many empty rooms, so I just found a slightly cleaner room, moved all the wood that had been prepared, and raised a bonfire again, and the room quickly warmed up again.
After making sure that there was nothing in the room that scared her, Amis got out of Vincent's arms, and once she had regained her lively nature, she began to play with Vincent again.
It wasn't until she was tired that she fell asleep in Vincent's arms. Looking at her innocent and peerless face, Vincent gently stroked her head, and just let people look at her appearance, which can make several experienced thieves completely lose their minds. It seems that she will have to find a veil to cover her face in the future, otherwise, she may get into some trouble for herself.
Then, Vincent didn't think much about it, and Amis gradually fell asleep with her arms in her arms.
The silent snowy night is full of unknown dangers, and many predators choose to haunt at night because the night can hide their terrifying figures.
In the middle of the night, Vincent was sleeping soundly, and suddenly he felt Amis in his arms move, apparently she was awake, and she was awakened, and she was shaking in her arms. Vincent gently soothed her supple hair, and Amis looked up and gestured to Vincent with her eyes that something terrible was approaching here.
Something terrible? It's definitely not a human, and if it were a human, Amis wouldn't be scared like this, and it couldn't be a beast, and Amis wouldn't even be awakened if it was a beast. Aside from these two things, the only thing that could be a mutant creature is that.
After the catastrophe, the European Union also tried to wipe out all the zombies on the continent with nuclear bombs, but their nuclear bomb stockpiles did not reach the point of covering all of Europe. So, after they just bombed a few large cities with a high concentration of zombies, they stopped bombing, and a large amount of nuclear radiation prompted many creatures to start mutating.
Especially some carnivores, after mutation, they are more terrifying than zombies, and even some carnivores specialize in hunting zombies to survive. Vincent held his breath and carefully sensed the situation outside, there was no movement, except for the whistling wind, he could not hear the slightest sound.
Vincent's eyes were cold, the mutant creatures that could escape his perception must not be weak, he quietly put down Amis, walked carefully to the window, and then secretly raised his head, lying on the window and looking out carefully.
But as soon as he looked up, Vincent hurriedly shrank back, and saw a huge head lying on the window and looking inside. It is supposed to be a feline variant, with a tiger-like head, but the two sharp fangs over 30 centimeters long on its paw tell others that this is no ordinary beast.
The mutant beast, which looked like a saber-toothed tiger, lay down the window and looked inside, as if afraid of the raging campfire inside, and after taking a cursory glance, it turned around and left, not finding the prey it was looking for. It walked without making a sound, it tilted its head, sniffed vigorously in the air, and then turned and walked into the next room where the corpses of five thieves who had just been killed by Vincent lay down, and it was clear that it had seen something that interested it this time.
All I heard was a dull roar, followed by a devouring sound and the click of bones being chewed up.
