Chapter 4: Myths and Legends

"Well, have a good time and be lucky to see the snow." The middle-aged man said and walked back to his seat, and after a while I heard him babble about his companions in an unintelligible language, so that I thought they were actually foreigners, until Kuroko reached over while smoking a cigarette and pretended to be trying to pick up something from the backpack next to me, and whispered, "They speak Hokkien, and it seems that they believe that we are just tourists." ”

I nodded quietly to indicate that I heard, in this case, the rest of the journey is better to speak as little as possible, and then it may be that one of them does not believe it, and occasionally comes over to talk politely for a while, and we naturally do not refuse to come, and we all greet each other with a smile.

When the sky outside the window changed from clear to dark, the train finally arrived at the station and stopped, and after getting off the train and coming to the platform, we said goodbye to those people with false affection, and deliberately stayed for a while until they all really left before setting off slowly.

I have to say that the weather at night is really cold, Xiu'er's little face is frozen red, the chill of the exhalation into frost makes her shiver, I saw this and hurriedly hugged her into my arms, just walked a few steps forward and suddenly heard her say, "I didn't expect such a dilapidated small place to have so many people get off at the same time, you see, the train is almost empty, no one." ”

"Huh?" Hearing the sound, I immediately looked at the train, and sure enough, there was really no one, and the endless stream of passengers leaving the station on the platform was still moving, "What's going on, the terminal of this train is not here." ”

Kuroko's face was illuminated by the cold and dim light, and he said coldly as if it was black and impermanent, "Look at their outfits, are they similar to those people in our carriage." ”

Hey, don't say I don't know, I'm shocked when I say it. After Kuroko reminded me of this, I hurriedly looked at the group of seven or eight people in the already sparse crowd, "Indeed, what, are they all tomb robbers?" ”

Kuroko cautiously glanced around, making sure that no one was paying attention to us, and then said, "Tomb robbers, like other professions, have a specific circle, I have been in it for a while before, and there is usually this situation where many teams gather in one place, which can only mean that there is a large tomb here, and the information is publicly disseminated." ”

"Circles?" Xiu'er asked curiously, "You mean like an alliance?" ”

As soon as these words came out, a term popped up in my mind: the Tomb Raiders Alliance. It sounds very domineering, maybe the world is so big, there really is such a thing.

"Well, no matter what, we are not here to rob the tombs, they take their sunny path, we cross our single-plank bridge, and everyone should not interfere with the river water. I'm freezing to death so late, so let's find a place to live. I said.

Immediately, under the leadership of Kuroko, the original intention was to find a guest house next to the train station for a night, but who knew that after such a while, those guest houses were all full, and the boss who was full of joy and joy was piled up with flowers and even came up with a bad idea to find a place for us to rest temporarily, and I quickly refused. The three of them walked farther away for a while, and found an inn that looked quite luxurious.

I agreed with Heizi that I would get up early tomorrow to go out to buy some thick cotton clothes, and I had to buy some ropes, mining lamps and other tools, in case I needed to do activities such as rock climbing after going up the mountain, after all, who knew where Pang Qinghe's father hid his things. In fact, decades have passed, and it's another thing whether something is still there.

But don't be so pessimistic for the time being. I walked around the room because of boredom, picked up an old travel brochure on the small table, the whole book was an introduction to Huangshan, thinking that it would be okay anyway, and the encyclopedia of the human body was not around, so it was better to take the time to understand more and be prepared, so I lay down on the bed and flipped through it.

Looking at most of the content on it, it's how to play, what season to play, and the necessary items for climbing the mountain, and so on, there's nothing new, but there is an ancient legend that looks quite interesting.

Yellow Mountain, known as Yishan in ancient times, is named because the peak rock is blue and black, and it is named after the cangdai from afar. 黟, meaning black. So it was originally called Yishan, why is it called Huangshan? It is rumored that the ancient Xuanyuan Yellow Emperor was named after the alchemy here to become an immortal.

According to legend, during the reign of the Yellow Emperor in ancient times, the country was strong, politically stable, moralized the world, and the people lived a rich life, so they were deeply loved by the people. Because the Yellow Emperor was devoted to Taoism in his later years, he passed on the throne to his grandson, and then followed Rong Chengzi and Fuqiu Gong to learn Taoism and practice.

Taoist cultivation pays attention to alchemy, and taking it can cure diseases and strengthen the body and live forever. Therefore, Fuqiu Gong told the Yellow Emperor: "We cultivate the Tao and refine the pill, and we have to find a place with beautiful mountains and rivers." So, the three of them set out to find a quiet and tranquil mountain resort, and they traveled all over the three mountains and five mountains, and finally came to Yishan Mountain in the south of the Yangtze River.

This Yishan is really a thousand rocks and ravines, the peaks are showing, the momentum is magnificent, the mountains are shrouded in clouds and mist, everywhere is the scene, the scenery is not strange, the scenery changes step by step, it is dizzying, just like a fairyland on earth! They all felt that this place was full of immortal energy, and it was the most ideal place to practice alchemy, so the three of them decided to stay in this mountain.

The Yellow Mountain is full of thousands of rocks and ravines, and the peaks are showing, and the momentum is magnificent.

They climbed mountains and streams, overcame thorns and thorns, searched all the peaks of Yishan Mountain, and finally found a suitable place. The three of them built a house with stones, Fuqiu Gong built an alchemy platform, and Rong Chengzi built an alchemy furnace.

Alchemy requires ten kinds of medicinal herbs, namely ninety-nine spiritual branch grasses, ninety-nine nine-root nine-knotted ginseng, ninety-nine jade dew flowers, ninety-nine figs, ninety-nine red leaf pines, ninety-nine ice mint, ninety-nine pairs of antelope horns, ninety-nine cinnabar pills, and ninety-nine drops of nectar water. It's really not easy to find all these things in Qi Alchemy!

The Yellow Emperor was determined to refine the elixir, otherwise he would not go down the mountain. There are seventy-two peaks of Yishan Mountain, and the peak cliffs are very steep in some places, and it is difficult to climb. But the three of them were not afraid of hardships and dangers, and went deep into every inch of land in Yishan Mountain to find the alchemy herbs they needed. After nine years of hardship, they finally found nine kinds of medicinal herbs, but they lacked nectar.

One day, the Yellow Emperor went alone to the mountains in search of nectar water. As he walked, the Yellow Emperor felt very tired, so he found a smooth big stone by the stream and lay down to rest. Half-asleep and half-awake, suddenly there was a burst of fairy music in the forest, crisp and pleasant.

The Yellow Emperor followed the prestige to the mountains and forests, and saw an old man with a white beard and white eyebrows in the forest, riding a white deer and leading two flying cranes, walking slowly towards him. The Yellow Emperor knew that this Weng was an extraordinary person, so he hurriedly got up and saluted, and asked him where to get nectar water. The old man looked at him, smiled but did not answer, and threw down a square scarf before leaving, and the square scarf fell right at the feet of the Yellow Emperor.

The Yellow Emperor looked at the square scarf under his feet, only to see the word "Danjing" written on the square scarf, he was so happy that he woke up suddenly, but found himself lying on the boulder, it turned out to be a dream. The Yellow Emperor intuitively felt that this was the guidance of the immortals, so he dug a well down at the place where the scarf fell in his dream.
