On the surface, it is to teach the Dharma, but in fact, it is also to attain a higher level of Buddhahood for oneself. At first, he faced the wall for nine years, imprinting his own shadow on the stone, but it still did not achieve the effect. Later, he heard that this was where the Guangyin Heaven was, so he walked here again, but he said that his realm was not high enough, and all Guangyin Tian let him see was ruins, so he stayed here to cultivate. ”

"The ruins of Guangyintian he said, is it the Dragon City we see? Could it be that it is where the gods live? Are the inhabitants there from heaven? The fat guy pushed me who was kneeling in front of me and asked.

I replied to the fat brother: "This is his explanation, how do I know what's going on?" But he must be talking about Dragon City. ”

After speaking, Ping took out a hand, stretched out in my direction, and then said: "I'm afraid that the memory of the Fa Xiang cannot be retained, and the Fa Venerable has already forgotten it." ”

The meaning of what he said was very simple, when he saw the ruins of Dragon City, he thought that he was not practicing enough and continued to hone himself here, and then a master came, that is, Cheng Cong, who was confused with me, he thought that person was the messenger of Guangyin Tian, seeing that he was working hard here, he came to enlighten him, I don't remember maybe it was because the memory of the physical body could not last forever.

The first question probably means that the Buddha said don't be attached, most monks live in seclusion in deep mountain temples, and they have to shave their hair to practice, and you have traveled for so many years and practiced meditation here for so long, isn't it a kind of attachment?

Bodhidharma's answer was that if he stayed in the folk practice, he was afraid that he would be contaminated with the breath of the world, and he would accidentally hurt the lives of all living beings and break the vows.

So the master raised a second question, saying that according to the meaning of Buddhism, those who are reincarnated as livestock have created sinful karma in previous lives, and only in this life have they received evil retribution, and the Buddhists do not kill, so there are no masters who have crossed these believers who have fallen into the animal way, and let the world kill them, although they are liberated, but there will be new people who have created sinful karma, it is better to let the monks who have cultivated the Dharma to cross them, don't you often say that if I don't go to hell, who will go to hell?

Bodhidharma's answer is that if all the disciples of Buddhism go to kill animals, it doesn't matter if they go to hell and practice, but the law of the six realms of reincarnation. If the wheel does not function properly, it will definitely cause congestion, and those who should be reincarnated will have to wait longer and suffer more torture.

Then the master raised the third question, Buddhism is abstaining from sex, not getting married and not having children, if people all over the world believe in Buddhism and become monks, then there will be no more newborns, and people who should be reincarnated cannot be reincarnated normally, and then it will not be that the six realms cannot operate normally, but simply stop functioning, how to solve it?

Bodhidharma was speechless for this question, so he could only kneel on the ground, recognizing that the master was a saint who had come to enlighten him, and sought a higher state of Buddhism from the master.
