"That's right, even if it is as powerful as the Lord God, it can change its control, but it can't really control our destiny, and in a certain way, we can still be autonomous, for example, the Lord God can threaten us with death. "Good karma, which is good deeds, and bad karma, which is evil deeds, are basically balanced in the universe, but they are absolutely balanced for individuals. This is very easy to understand, that is, the balance of yin and yang, if the imbalance within the system reaches a certain degree, it will lead to the collapse of the system. The universe is infinite for people, the collapse time of the universe can be regarded as infinite for people's life, the universe, including Buddhas, has the cycle of coming, living, and destroying, and the connotation of the universe is infinitely greater than that of one person, so good and evil karma is absolute for a person. It's called karma. Only an absolute causal balance of individuals can guarantee a relative causal balance in the universe.

Fortune tellers will encounter a common phenomenon of "more money and weaker body", which means that if a person can obtain more material wealth in this life, then there will be a big deficit in life expectancy or health to balance. Therefore, it is not necessary to have wealth as a good life. Feng Shui metaphysics and other methods of changing life are also considered to be a kind of "helping fate", which will have some impact on fate, but it is a method of treating the symptoms but not the root cause, or the method of demolishing the east wall instead of the west wall, the total amount of good and evil cause and effect of your personal destiny has not changed, so it is just a certain form of transformation, such as exchanging your fortune for money and goods, or exchanging money for health and longevity, etc. Moreover, the real "unjust creditors", creditors who owe karmic debts in the past. I won't let you go, your big disaster can be avoided on the first day of junior high school, and you can't hide from fifteen.

Therefore, it is very easy to understand why the "Four Disciplines of Enlightenment" and many Buddhist and Taoist monks have personally verified the view of "self-reliance", and even the Iron Mouth Divine Calculation and even the Immortal Dao cannot predict their future. Therefore, the way to change one's future is very simple, which is to do good deeds and accumulate virtue and cultivate the mind. And because ordinary people don't know how to accumulate more blessings for themselves, they are always tempted by their own various habits and habits, and it is naturally difficult to escape the traps set by fate. ”

"No god or Buddha can help you truly forgive your karmic debts, you can only rely on your own actions to 'repay your debts', and doing more good karma will naturally eliminate more negative karma. Destiny is in our own hands, in the current thought and deed, people do not need to be superstitious about fate.

Fortune-telling and divination are popular among four kinds of people: eunuchs and merchants, and illness and poverty. These four types of people can also be said to be the customer base of fortune telling and divination. The reason why these four types of people prefer fortune telling, physiognomy, drawing lots, and divination is because they can feel the turmoil of the world more than others. Buddhism hopes that people who study, work, and live should understand life itself, and rely on their own lives and efforts to win some achievements. Buddhism calls this "righteous life"*. And the speculation of entrusting it to "divine will" is really very useless in one's own life and achievements, at most it is a short-term psychological comfort, and vice versa!

Buddha is not a god. The Buddha is neither a creator nor a savior, nor does he preside over the destiny of mankind. Buddhism advocates fortune and self-reliance. The Buddha does not bless any good person or punish the wicked, it is we who bless or punish us: we are responsible for our own actions - cause and effect are conceited, and our destiny is really in our own hands.

The Buddha is a teacher who compassionately teaches us to truly know ourselves, to purify ourselves, to perfect ourselves. The Buddha is the practitioner of this idea, a pioneer who pursues self-eternity and enlightenment, and shows us the experience, the lessons, and the right path.

As we walked in this way, he rejoiced in admiration and encouragement; If we go wrong, he will stand up and call and repeat the truth; But it is not a harsh criticism or a forced indoctrination of his ideas into us; Instead, sit down and discuss with us, and finally identify a direction and path that is right for us, and light a beacon of wisdom for us. ”
