Fake strips – free of course!
As an amateur author, it is quite stressful to squeeze out a little time to write after work every day, and try to keep improving. Especially at the end of the year, the unit does not have a holiday, and the family has to be busy for the New Year, although there is still time to squeeze it, but this has seriously affected my normal life, and the roar of the Hedong lion has made me miserable.
There is also the fact that at this stage of the story, there are many bloody scenes that are incompatible with the joyful and peaceful atmosphere of the New Year, and are not harmonious. I'm really afraid of affecting the mood of readers, don't let me worry about the New Year.
In fact, there is no outline for this story, and I didn't want to write so much when I first wrote it, but I wrote more than 1.2 million words in a wordy way.
The overall direction of the story did not deviate from my original vision, but the characters gradually became out of my control, as if the character of some character determines his behavior.
I was distressed and frustrated. I feel that as an author, not being able to fully control the plot of the story and the actions of the characters is a failure!
I plan to relax during this time of the Chinese New Year and have time to seriously think about the rest of the plot. Make decisions about the direction of the story. That is, let the characters of the story decide the direction of the story or the author decides the direction of the story.
It's sad, isn't it? Maybe that's the sadness of writing a story in the first person. The storyteller is not God, the character is!
Take time off work from today and are not sure about the day of the resumption of updates. It won't be earlier than the seventh month, it won't be later than the fifteenth, and I need to think about who will decide the story for as long as possible.
The process is painful, please allow me to lick this pain alone.
Finally, I wish you all a happy and healthy Chinese New Year!
Hu Lai has given everyone New Year's greetings in advance! (To be continued.) )
