Psychologists, hypnotists or guides use words and situation settings to make the interviewee feel immersive, to feel everything in that time period, and even switch between different time periods, so that the interviewee can see the changes in his or her own mental path. Then, through thought-provoking questions, the interviewee was asked to find their own methods and courage to deal with their confusion.

The key point is that the facilitator is just bringing in, and it is the interviewee himself who is really dealing with it.
