If you don't understand, you don't understand, and even if you practice hard for a hundred years, you won't get anything. Therefore, it is not suitable for the immediate situation. Only the mind is full, but because it is from the outside to the inside, from the movement to the quiet, it is the fastest effect, and it is the easiest to practice.

Thirty-two phases, all phases, that is, right and wrong. In the world of "Canghai", starting from the Jiuru monk and ending with the seven generations of the Heavenly God Sect, although they were able to dissolve the thirty-two phases, they also condensed the body law from them.
