The other buildings are arranged in an orderly manner with the main hall on the axis as a whole. Separated by a forest road, it has a solemn and sacred atmosphere. All buildings are covered with three-color glazed tiles, and the sè is as good as new. Under the sunshine, it is splendid and beautiful.

But all these buildings, even if they are all combined, are far inferior to the small hall located behind the Manjushri Temple, a small hall that is only three zhang square and only half a zhang high. Under the sunshine, I saw that compared with other halls, this small hall that looked extremely small and small was shining with yellow rays, which was very special. Just because the building materials of this temple are not wood and masonry, but copper! Pure copper!

As we all know, before the invention of paper money, all dynasties used copper to make coins for the common people to use. So copper is money, much more valuable than gold and silver. Although the bronze hall of Jingnian Zen Temple is only three zhang square, the height of the zhang is allow, and it is not solid, but the copper needed is at least not less than a dozen tons. All minted into copper coins, how many can there be? I don't know, I can't count it at all.

And that's just the value of the bronze hall itself. The point is, with so much copper, you may not be able to afford to build a temple. It takes a real craftsman to be able to do it. And how much is the hard work of these master craftsmen worth? That's even more impossible to calculate. Therefore, it is not an exaggeration to say that this bronze hall is a priceless treasure. Because of this, the status of this bronze hall in the Pure Mind Monastery is also extraordinary. Basically, it is the core of the entire Zen temple, and all the other buildings are built around it, showing the posture of many stars and moons.

Not only that, in front of the bronze hall, there is a vast platform square that is made of white stone and surrounded by white stone carved railings. In the middle of the square, a bronze statue of Manjushri Bodhisattva riding on the back of a golden lion and up to two feet high is enshrined. Next to it are the three Buddhas of Medicine Master, Shakya and Mida. At the edge of the white stone platform, there are 500 Arhat statues, all of which are also cast in bronze. Then add gold leaf.

As we all know, Manjushri is the servant bodhisattva of Shakyamuni Buddha, alongside Puxian Bodhisattva. Normally, it should be the Buddha Shakyamuni in the middle, and the two Bodhisattvas Manjushri and Puxian are on the left and right. But now it has become a sacrifice to Manjushri with the three Buddhas. Such a placement is very unusual. To put it mildly, it's simply upside down, and I don't know what it means to the extreme.

Needless to say, other floating wealth such as gold and silver. This bronze hall alone, coupled with these hundreds of bronze statues, is already an unimaginable huge wealth for the pen. Rong Fengxiang, the richest man in Luoyang? Putting aside his business for the time being, just talking about the cash that can be taken out immediately, to be honest, his net worth may not be comparable to the Jingnian Zen Temple.

When I see these things, I understand that there are so many emperors in Weishenme in history, and they are going to destroy the Buddha one after another. It is said that it is to destroy the Buddha, but in fact, it is more correct to say that it is more correct to rob money. Years of war, population loss, reduced taxes, and an empty treasury. Even though he is the emperor, he is still so poor that he jingles. What should I do in this case? Of course, you have to eat a lot of food. Whoever is a big family will eat whomever he wants, and whoever has money will rob whomever he has, is there anything else to say? It's normal. It has nothing to do with whether the Buddha is a Buddha or not.

Chen Sheng's ancestors all believed in Buddhism, and he himself was also a Buddhist martial artist, and his relationship with the four holy monks in the world was even better. But Chen Sheng still didn't have the slightest good impression of these monasteries built at the cost of huge wealth. Back then, Shakyamuni preached the Dharma, wearing only a simple linen robe, walking barefoot, begging for food, everything was simple, where was there such luxury? Such a luxurious style has fundamentally deviated from the teachings of the Buddha, and it is the style of the Sixth Heavenly Demon King Bo Xun.

Because of this, Chen Sheng also looks at the matter of destroying the Buddha from two sides. Killing monks and burning scriptures is certainly not to be done. But to demolish the temple and confiscate the land belonging to the temple, Chen Sheng raised his hands in favor. Buddhists should have seen through the red dust, indulged in gold and silver all day long, and kept their clothes and food at a good price, so how could they see through the red dust? Therefore, Chen Sheng has never had a good impression of this kind of fake monk and fake nun, on the contrary, he has even more contempt. And today, Chen Sheng brought people here just to do one thing: demolition!

The heart of the Central Plains is a land ravaged by war, and the people are displaced and living in hardship. After the destruction of Wang Shichong, the Wagang Army took over the administration of this large area, of course, first of all, to relieve the people's hardship.
