In the Sutra of Samadhi Breaking Actions and Achieving the Divine Feet, there is the supreme method of communicating with the universe through the three secrets of body, mouth, and mind, achieving the unity of heaven and man, and finally seeing the mind, that is, becoming a Buddha.

The body, the mouth, and the mind are three secrets, the body is equal to the mouth, the mouth is equal to the mind, and the mind is equal to the body. Although the name is divided into three, it is the same. Based on the nine mudras of the immovable root seal, the outer lion seal, the inner lion seal, the outer binding seal, the inner binding seal, the wisdom fist seal, the sun wheel seal and the treasure bottle seal, from which the ever-changing infinite mudras can be derived. It can not only subdue demons and defend the way, but also use it to cure diseases and save people, which is really wonderful.

The Shenzu Sutra is the source of Buddhism's martial arts. The part about this mudra has been widely circulated. Since the three secrets of body, mouth and mind are one, in addition to the mudra, it is often more necessary to cooperate with the mantra. If it evolves into martial arts, it can be sealed with hands and recited mantras, which can vibrate the corresponding qi veins in the body and produce incredible effects.

As for what Shicai roared, it was the "Fast and Slow Nine Character Formula", a stunt developed for the confluence of the two sects of Tang Mi and Tibetan Esoteric, but it was of course far worse than the authentic origin of the Divine Foot Sutra.
