Seventy-second Sula exploded

The supermorphic change ability is a new ability that Muhadi realized after he came to Bato's Nine Prisons. Until now, he'd been figuring out how to push the power of this ability to its limits.

There are many Great Psychic Warlocks on Atas, but not every Great Psychic Warlock is passionate about combat and adventure, many are only obsessed with research and social experimentation, and not all of them know the ability. So there isn't much precedent for Muhathir to use this ability to learn from.

Lyra only mentions that Great Psychic Warlocks can use this ability to transform into terrifying aliens, or inanimate objects. The former allows psychic warlocks to gain incredibly strong flesh, incredible spell-like talents, and unmatched multi-action abilities. The latter is less common in combat, but it can sometimes have unexpected effects.

Mohamadi himself thinks that these usages are too conservative.

If the supermorphic ability can conjure inanimate objects, why not bring out something more powerful?

At first, he thought he must have made a mistake trying to use the ability in this way. Otherwise, why haven't I heard of those ancient great psychic sorcerers using this ability the way they wanted?

But he examined the nature of the ability again and realized that his vision didn't break its inner boundaries. And recall the history of Artas, though there's no clear record of how the ability was used in its own way. But the Great Psychic Warlocks of ancient times were able to stand up to the Witch Kings and establish Atki, an independent city in the desert, and perhaps they did use the ability as they thought, but no records have survived.

Before raiding the Devil's Fortress, Muhadi showed his ability to create a temporary clone for himself - it wasn't so much trouble, but since the Pure Fortress had lost his Spirit Sentry in the first battle, it had to be.

He then ordered the clone to transform into a virtual state, dive under the ice, and hide in a specific location. He then commanded the doppelganger to manifest a supernatural change in himself, turning into an inanimate object.

An inanimate object - roughly spherical in shape, with three layers from the inside to the outside. The innermost part is a solid isotope of hydrogen such as deuterium tritium, and on the outside are two hemispheres separated by a certain distance from each other, which are enriched uranium and plutonium of high purity. The outermost layer is a lead shell to prevent radiation from escaping.

The device itself was not magical, so Muhadi prayed that the devil's detection spells would not detect the trap he had set. As it turned out, his prayers took effect.

Tiamat, the queen of dragons, fell from the outer wall of the fortress, her massive body sliding some distance on the glacier before she could stand. Then, the chant of the dragon suddenly overpowered the other businesses that had been transmitted from the battlefield, and she began to use her magic to heal herself. The position she was standing on was not where the trap was, but it was already within the reach of its power.

"Push Polis in Tiamat's direction!" the psychic warlock said to Satili, who did so, though he didn't know why.

Witch King Polis was still able to fight the Coral Witch after being injured, and gradually recovered his decline. He was much more experienced than the female mage of the previous year, and he knew a lot more about spells than the latter. Although the silver sword gave him a hard blow, the dragon king still believed that he would achieve the ultimate victory.

Seeing Satili squander all sorts of powerful spells in an extravagant way, Polis felt that this was the last attempt to establish the victory before he could recover from his injuries. All she has to do is to stay out of the edge for the time being, and when this round of offensive is over and the opponent is exhausted - she will inevitably be exhausted - she will definitely be exhausted, and then counterattack aggressively.

So Polis was forced out of the wallβ€”he then used a spell to float himself in the airβ€”and then he was forced next to Tiamat's massive frame. This time, the Witch King saw it clearly, and used malicious teleportation to throw the warrior with the silver sword back over the fortress, preventing him from having a chance to sneak up on him again.

Muhadi then detonated the trap and used all that was left of his aura to erect a shield for himself.

The two hemispheres of enriched uranium and plutonium collided violently, immediately exceeding the critical mass, and the chain reaction began to uninhibited and violent occurrence of these nuclear materials. The atoms and atoms split and disintegrated, releasing a huge amount of energy that could raze the city and destroy thousands of armies, and only such a huge energy could act as the necessary fuse for this trap.

The enormous energy released by fission compresses the hydrogen isotope in the center of the hemisphere to less than one-third of its original volume. The distance between matter and matter is so close that the strong interaction forces between elementary particles are overcome. The lighter atoms fuse with each other to form new, heavier atoms, while the lost mass is converted into pure energy.

The second explosion unleashed a power that was a thousand times greater than the first.

Everything within a thousand yards of the heart of the blast - glaciers, Barthez devils, corpses, huge war machines were vaporized in the bright light. A little farther away, the steel melted like a candle, and the flesh instantly turned blackened before being blown away by the shockwave.

In Earthly terms, the blast also saw a large burst of gamma rays. They tear apart molecules in the air and strip electrons from atoms, causing the shock wave to become an expanding bubble of plasma. The outer walls of this bubble propelled outward at a speed close to that of light, making it difficult for even the most powerful spell shields to resist. Those mighty Barthez mages simply delayed their tragic fate for a moment, their eyes liquefied in their sockets, their skin carbonized and fell off, and they died tragically.

The other unprotected Barthez died less painfully, and in the air, the burning corpses of the devil rained down.

Eternal glaciers melt rapidly in high temperatures, where the ice rises closer to the center of the explosion, and farther away, the melted ice water converges into short-lived streams and rivers, and finally dumps into a basin to form a new sea. The corpses of Barthez and their hired mercenaries and minions from the Realms were washed into this new sea, piling up at the bottom of it. It took three days for the bitter cold of Kania to freeze the sea completely. And the stumps of the war dead were piled up layer by layer at the bottom of this new ice field. The ice field was so clear and transparent that the corpses were as if they had been sealed in diamonds, and they were still visible even through the unfathomable layers of ice.

The Rainbow Dragon, the god worshipped by the five-colored evil dragon, the divine power of the dragon queen Tiamat enveloped her life. But the tremendous force of the shockwave tossed her body over, far away to the other side of a tall iceberg. Her charred stump, wingless, was as fragile as a fallen leaf in the face of the sheer power of the explosion.

The healing spell was ruthlessly interrupted, and it was a long, long time before Tiamat was finally back on his feet again, and the battle had long since become a legend among the bards.

Mephistophelis's fortress, the most impregnable fortress on the eighth floor of Bartow, was melted away from the side of the explosion. The rocks were built into watchtowers and walls, and the thick steel pipes inside the fortress were twisted like noodles. The various complex structures inside the fortress were directly leaked out. A deep well that extends from the center of the fortress down into unknowable territory.

Polis's body disintegrated in the explosion, but he reassembled it again by his own will. Another accident, another accidental injury, but the Witch King was not discouraged. What really frustrated him was what his eyes saw after adjusting to the bright light of the explosion.

Satili the Coral Witch glowed all over her body, hovering where the fortress had been. The fatigue left on her from the previous battle seemed to be swept away, and the sun mage became stronger.

Muhadi's response to this result is not entirely unexpected. Essentially, the energy of the star comes from the fusion reaction, which is no different from the trap of its own making. If Satili could draw energy from the sun's rays, she should be able to draw power from this explosion as well.

Polis had to squint his eyes to look directly at his opponent, and the light made him feel sick, piercing his skin like a thousand steel needles, reaching his bone marrow. For the first time, the Witch King realized that he might lose this spell confrontation.

Ebupolis's careful examination of his remaining obsidian orbs was no longer enough to sustain a high-intensity battle. Her opponent doesn't have to worry about this at all, she doesn't need to draw any life force when she casts spells.

He really should spend more time researching the alternative sources of magic energy, Polis thought to himself, basking in the sun to cast spells infinitely, this ability is too useful.

However, time was running out for him to think wildly, and the Coral Witch began to pursue the victory.

Polis's performance in a desperate situation is worthy of his reputation as the thirteenth warrior of the primordial warlocks, as well as the witch king and dwarven slayer.

His body split in an instant, turning into several clones, trying to stall for time and defuse Satilly's onslaught. The aura from the various spells burst out instantly overwhelmed the huge fireball generated by the fusion reaction, making the rising mushroom cloud appear dark and gloomy, like some ominous totem.

Polis's spells struck deep into the soul, making it difficult for some overdepleted Muhadi to resist. He fell to his knees weakly, holding his hands on the ground to barely let himself fall. Although the Witch King's spells were not directly aimed at the Mind Warlock, it was difficult to resist just being affected by those spells.

Muhati held up a hand in front of his face, and the glare came through his fingers, and he couldn't tell whether it was the glow of Sadiri or the aura of Polis's spell.

Due to the loud bang caused by the explosion, the Psychic Warlock was temporarily deaf in both ears. He was able to continue to receive the sounds of the outside world through psionic synaesthesia, but it felt very strange, and the world seemed to be filled with a transposition-changing sonata, crazy and hoarse.

Now that he can't intervene in this fight, the only thing Muhathir can think of is to hope that Sadiri will win quickly.

The light filtering through his fingers faded, and the battle between the two legendary mages seemed to be coming to an end.

Polis still hadn't used the dragon's body, and Satili had almost cornered the Witch King. As Muhadi looked up, she cast a spell of confinement to seal the win.

But the Witch King didn't intend to lose to a genius female mage who was far younger than himself, and Polis raised his head and roared before imprisoning his body and body: "Your fight has only bought you a few days at most. ”

Then, Polis blew himself up.

At the last moment before his defeat, the Witch King simply chose to attack himself. He detonated all of his remaining mana, as well as all the obsidian orbs that hadn't been used up.

The power generated by the intense arcane explosion did not seem to be as weak as the previous one caused by Muhadi.

The black flames, like black blood, were intense, deadly, and indestructible. Everything engulfed in flames, whether it was the Bad Devil or the adventurer mercenaries from other planes, was annihilated without a word. Muhadi even had the feeling that if the divine beings were concentrated by this black fire, their souls would also be ignited together until they burned out.

The psychic felt his body suddenly compressed, squashed, and twisted. The next moment, he appeared in another place, and the feeling of nausea from the teleportation technique made him almost vomit.

Sadiri propped up a spell shield to protect herself and the teleported Muhati and Muscle Daddy. The power of the Witch King's self-explosion raged outside the protective shield of madness, like a raging wave hitting the reef on the shore, wave after wave, continuously.

The world outside the shield was no longer visible, and the flames of the explosion overshadowed everything. The Coral Witch stood straight, one hand stretched forward, fingers apart, struggling to hold on to the spell shield. Sweat seeped down her forehead, and her wet hair clung to the corners of her forehead. The light from the black fire didn't seem to strengthen her, but rather weaken her. Polis, unbelievably employed, poisoned the light itself and used it as a weapon.

The sharp pain from the poisonous light made her clench her teeth, but Sadiri didn't dare blink, because even the slightest mistake in posture, the slightest loss of will, could send an explosion sweeping in, engulfing all three of them together.

Muhati swore he heard the sound of glass cracking, and then saw the shield made by the Coral Witch shrink in a circle. A portion of the otherwise safe area was eroded by the explosion.

The Psychic Warlock focused and calmed the female mage's emotions, making her more calm and confident. Sadiri pushed hard out, and with a coquettish shout, the range of the spell shield expanded again. Not only has it completely subdued the previously fallen area, but it has also continued to expand outward. With the three of them as the center, a translucent sphere grew larger and faster, eventually sweeping away all the flames of the explosion.

Once again, the world around them appeared in front of the trio, and Mephistophelis's fortress was mostly broken, and an entire wall was missing, including a dozen small bastions outside the walls. The main body of the fortress within the walls was also severely damaged, and an entire area of rooms and corridors collapsed, revealing an unidentified mechanism of unidentified scale inside. In some places, the flames are still burning sporadically, and the foundations are becoming sponge-like.

The once innumerable number of Barthez devils has been greatly reduced after the two explosions. There were no more Barthez soldiers in the air, and most of the ancient glaciers that once crisscrossed the sky had melted, forming short-lived streams and rivers. Some of the ice floes floated on these nascent waters, crowded with some lucky Butterz devils.

Neither in the air nor on the ground could see the shadow of Eboul's Polis.

"Thank you for the first explosion you induced, it was a great help. "Sadiri sincerely thanked the Psychic Warlock. "When did you lay it out?"

"Just before we started the raid on the fort, I was observing the ice field outside the tent. ”

The Coral Witch seemed a little surprised, "I thought you were sad about Aisha leaving. ”

"Like I said before, I'm not sad, I'm a psychic mancer. ”

"This is not the time to expose the pretended indifference of the Psionic Kid, who is too thin-skinned to admit it. Muscle Daddy asked, raising his voice, pointing to where Polis had been with the finger that wasn't holding the silver sword. "What more questions do we need to be concerned about, like, is Polis dead?"

"Dead. Sadiri replied in the affirmative. But within one to six days, he will be resurrected near his life box. ”

"Then what are we waiting?" said the strong man again. "Before he is resurrected, go find the wise man you are looking for or something. Otherwise, we'll have to fight this guy again. ”

"Polis is not a man who likes to taste frustration, I've read history books about him......" Satili corrected Muscle Daddy's statement. "If he's ever come back, he's sure to have thought of a way to defeat me beforehand. Maybe more helpers will be brought. ”

"Do you have any guesses about his possible teammates?" asked the Psychic Manilock. "Who else has the ability...... Do you have the guts to fight against the Sun Mage?"

"Atas has other witch kings. Satili warned. "For example, Wei'an of Podak, the Pic Spirit Destroyer. There's also Darskino, the goblin god of death, and Lalalip, the lasher of the Arrakura. The latter's relationship with Polis was strained, but she would have agreed if the dragon king had pulled down his hand to beg her - she couldn't refuse the opportunity to give her a favor. If Polis really wanted to be foolproof, he could even go to some of the witch kings of distant city-states. The city-states were so far away from Tyre that there were almost no caravans coming and going, so we had rarely heard of them before. But they are also incredibly powerful spellcasters, such as the Tully nemesis Kadelima. ”

"At least five to one, it doesn't seem like a very good ratio. Muhadi frowned.

"It's five against three," Sadili corrected. "You and Muscle Daddy have helped me a lot, and I couldn't have done this without you...... But I kind of regret now that I didn't bring Oronis with me. ”

"Oronis?" the telemancer wondered. "Lizardman Executioner, Witch King of the city-state of Qom, how could he help you?"

"That's a long story, and now is not the time to tell a story. Sadiri said. "Daddy Muscle is right, we'd better find the wise men before Polis is resurrected. ”

"I had an idea that just came to me out of nowhere. Muhathir said. "Maybe we were wrong to find the wise men in this fortress in the first place, and we shouldn't have been specifically investigating areas that were being shielded by spells. ”

"Why?" asked Sadiri, obviously not expecting the Psychic Warlock to say that. "Do you think the wise men are hiding somewhere else?"

"We've made a mistake and that's mistaken for the wise men as prisoners of the Grand Duke of Barthez, or some treasure that needs to be guarded. In fact, the wise men may not need to be guarded at all, remember what Aisha told us? Any being, without the protection of the invention of the Lyra, whether mortal or divine, will lose its mind the moment it sees the wise and fall into incurable madness...... The Wise Man may not need to be guarded at all, it is the best guard itself. And it probably wasn't a prisoner of Mephistopheles Phyllis - I don't think a single Grand Duke of Barthez would be able to imprison such a being who knew all the real names of the multiverse. It is more likely that Mephistopheles built his fortress on the foothold of the wise men. ”

"Now let's say you're a Badz Devil Archduke, and you have a powerful secret weapon, but you can't use it yet. There are many people in the multiverse who covet this weapon, and among them are divine beings, as well as powerful mages and fearless adventurers. Now you're going to protect it, what are you going to do?"

"Hiding it away and heavily guarding it will only look suspicious and meaningless. Sadiri continued with Muhadi's train of thought. "So what is your proposal?"

"The Wise Man is very old, and if it hadn't moved, the growing ice sheet must have gradually covered the surface of the ground at that time, burying it deeply. Mohathir said. "I suggest that we should search the bottom of the glacier under the fortress. ”
