But her henchman Li Lianying guessed this and ordered to build a Bodhisattva statue behind the Daxiong Hall of Wanshou Temple.

Then, he told Cixi that the manifestation of the double Buddha in Wanshou Temple was a good omen. Cixi went, and when she went there, she saw where there were two Buddhas, and there was clearly a third Buddha in the front hall, Cixi was immediately furious, in fact, this was into Li Lianying's sleeve.

Li Lianying invited Cixi to the apse, and those ministers also accompanied her, and a kind Guanyin in the apse sat in the center of the hall, and Li Lianying hurriedly shouted: "Lafayette has arrived!" ”

Others chimed in.

Cixi asked, "Which Lafayette are you greeting?" ”

Li Lianying immediately replied: "Of course, it is to greet the Queen Mother Lafayette, you are the Guanyin Bodhisattva who rescues the suffering today!" The country cannot be left without an owner for a day, the new emperor is still young, the subjects please take care of the government and save the people from fire and water! ”

These words poked into Cixi's heart, and her heart suddenly burst into joy, and this matter also spread all over the capital, and even the whole country, and the more it spread, the more gods, everyone called Cixi "Queen Mother Lafayette".

In the Qing Dynasty, the title of "Lafayette" was actually another name for the emperor, and Li Lianying was very successful in building momentum for Cixi, and Cixi's curtain to listen to the government was naturally a matter of course.

In fact, this Bodhisattva statue is modeled after the image of Cixi, and later Cixi went to worship the Buddha and left a photo, I remember when I was in college, I also saw a photocopy of the photo in an ancient book, and the Cixi in the photo is indeed very similar to the Bodhisattva statue.

If, the huge Bodhisattva statue in front of me now was also made by Cixi, from the time of the disappearance of Grandpa Tai and Bei Leye, it should be the late years of the Qing Dynasty, and the Empress Dowager Cixi at that time must have entered her old age. It reminds me of the many things that ancient rulers would try, and that was to find the elixir.

The construction of such a Bodhisattva statue in this place is definitely not to save the suffering, Cixi must have other purposes, could it be that this ancient altar can create an elixir of life through some evil method?

Of course, this is just speculation, because Cixi has not been seen to live forever.

This also reminds me of the disappearance of Grandpa Tai and Lord Belle back then, could their disappearance be to this place? Maybe it's not missing at all, but hiding in this place to build this extremely magnificent Bodhisattva temple?

Before, I have always been unable to understand that since the Belle Lord has lost his power, although this Belle Lord and the Empress Dowager Cixi have the same surname, it is obviously not from the family, otherwise it is impossible for the Belle Lord to lose his power in that form. That Belle Ye has even lost his square inch in the face of the crisis, and he has gone to the street to find a warlock to solve the problem, which shows the seriousness of the matter, how did my grandfather Yang Dingshan resolve it?

The elderly Cixi must have wanted to live longer, and wouldn't it be better if she could live forever?

And my grandfather did what he liked, saying that he had a way, and then, as soon as Cixi was happy, she not only found a way to solve the crisis of Lord Belle, but even gave Lord Belle a jade pendant. Of course, I have never been able to think clearly about this jade pendant, and I always feel that there is some secret behind this jade pendant, otherwise, it is just a reward jade pendant, and my grandfather should not introduce it into my sight.

The truth has been relatively clear at this point, but there is one thing I still can't figure out. Grandpa Tai, what is he doing so much for, is it just to save a Baylor who can't fight with his own eight poles?

Didn't Grandpa Tai want to be bent on gaining fame, every day in the dark underground, what made Grandpa Tai change his original intention?

I think the end of the matter is to go back to this weird place I'm in right now.

I walked towards the magnificent temple, this Bodhisattva statue that looks very similar to Cixi is very magnificent, even comparable to the Lushena Buddha in Longmen Grottoes, one is based on Wu Zetian's appearance, the other is made according to Cixi's appearance, history is always such an amazing coincidence.

In this Bodhisattva temple, there doesn't seem to be anything else besides this Bodhisattva statue. Grandpa's immortality plan, how can it be so simple, just make a statue?

I went inside the temple and looked around, and found a door behind the statue. I was stunned for a moment, thinking that it was just a simple statue of a Bodhisattva, but now it seems that it is not at all, I went over and quietly pushed the door open, and then I saw the wooden steps in front of me.

This is actually a pagoda in the appearance of a bodhisattva, with a wooden staircase spiraling upwards.

There was no light in there, and there might be Tai'an and their gang in this place besides my dad, so I had to be careful, so I turned the flashlight to the lowest level so that it could shine out of the wooden staircase.

I tried to lighten my pace and climb up the stupa with the appearance of the whole bodhisattva, little by little. The wooden staircase creaks when you step on it, but it should be sturdy enough, and as soon as the flashlight shines, I can see that there are many footprints on the dusty staircase.

So, at least someone has been here.

Excitement ignited in my heart, and I slowed down and climbed up at a faster pace.

When I got up to the first floor, I found many, many corpses, but the corpses here were so old that they were almost rotten into skeletons. Moreover, there were no wounds on the bodies of these people, they were all leaning against the edge, as if they were trapped here.

I continued to climb up, and the situation was similar to that of the upper floor, with a few older corpses, but not as many as the lower floor.

When I got to the third floor, I found that there were also some completely decomposed corpses on the ground, which were basically dry. In addition to these corpses, I saw a person lying on his stomach in the corner on the other side.

The man's posture was very strange, and I cautiously went over to see who the man was, but I didn't expect to touch him a little, and the man fell to the ground.

It was a strange face, and when it fell to the ground, there was even a stream of black blood coming out of the innermost part. The clothes on his chest were torn, a black dent, and a hole in his chest was the size of a hole, and I don't know what it was caused by.

It was then that I heard what seemed to be movement from above. I immediately held my breath and listened carefully, yes, there was indeed a slight sound of footsteps and talking.

There must be someone up there, so I dimmed the light of the flashlight a little bit and slowed down and prepared to go up.

However, when I approached the wooden ladder, the slight sound of talking and footsteps above suddenly stopped, and the people above seemed to notice something.

At this moment, I felt someone cover my mouth and dragged me back.

I didn't have time to think about it at all, and my first instinct was to break free. I even raised my elbow and struck the man in the stomach a few times, but I found that I couldn't hit him at all, and the man had a lot of strength, and I tried to break free, but it didn't work.

Then, I was dragged by the man and rolled quickly on the ground to the back of the wooden staircase. It was only then that I could see this person's face clearly, and it turned out to be Ah Kun.

I thought that the dead man had come and pinched me, and it really fucking scared me.

Ah Kun let me go, then motioned for me to turn off the flashlight, which I immediately did. The surroundings turned into endless darkness in an instant, and only the slight breathing of the two of us remained.

Since Ah Kun is here, I think the old father and the second grandfather should not be far away. According to Ah Kun's current reaction, the people above should not be Daddy, otherwise we wouldn't have to hide.
