The human spirit is formed by the aggregation of souls, and there are three souls, one is the heavenly soul, the second is the earth soul, and the third is the life soul. The two souls of heaven and earth can come out of the body, but often when people are asleep, ordinary people cannot control their own souls, and the so-called soul out of body art is actually a practice that can control the two souls of heaven and earth out of the body.

Wuchenzi told me that if you want to cultivate the soul out-of-body technique, you must first cultivate the inner pill technique, and when you get through the human body and reach the realm of refining qi and transforming the gods, you will be able to control the gods with qi, and then achieve the purpose of controlling the two souls of heaven and earth.

Over the years, I have practiced qigong with Wen Qingshan, and I have some understanding of the Neidan technique, which is divided into three stages, the first stage, the first stage is called practicing refining and transforming qi, also known as Xiao Zhoutian. The second stage of the Inner Dan Technique, called Qi Refining and Transformation God, is also known as the Great Zhou Tian, and the Great Zhou Tian is based on the Small Zhou Tian, in addition to the two veins along the Ren Du, the internal qi also travels in other meridians. The twelve meridian veins and the eight veins of the strange meridian in the body are all opened. This stage is even more difficult, according to Wen Qingshan, throughout the ages, there have been very few people who have reached the realm of refining qi and transforming gods. As for the third stage of the Inner Dan Technique, refining the gods and transforming the void, it is the supreme realm of the unity of heaven and man, if it is practiced, it can be regarded as attaining the Tao, not to mention becoming an immortal, it is also extraordinary, and the people who can reach the realm of refining the gods and transforming the void in history are even rarer.

And for me, although I have been practicing qigong with Wen Qingshan all these years, I haven't even touched the door of the Inner Dan Technique, let alone the supreme realm of refining gods and transforming voids, and I haven't even figured out where the second pulse of Ren Du in my body is, let alone run the internal qi to open it up. As for Da Zhoutian, that is something I never dared to hope for before, in fact, don't say it's me, even Wen Qingshan, who is very familiar with the acupuncture points and meridians of the human body, has only opened up Xiao Zhoutian after practicing for so many years.
