"Taking the Dragon Back to My Mother's Home" finally came to an end.

I am very grateful to the Flower Language Girls Network for providing me with a platform to show my works, so that I can upload my thoughts, thoughts, and knowledge here in words to share with you.

It is said that there are routines in online articles, and I can tell you frankly: this book is not written according to any routine, and all the plot arrangements are based on what is to be expressed.

This book is not a geographical chronicle, but a local legend. Most of the place names written in the book are the place names that do exist in the county where I am located in reality; Some of the characters written in the book are well-known legends in the reality of the county, and some are characters who have existed in the history of the county and are recorded in the local annals.

My original intention in writing this book is to promote local culture, express the legends of local characters and place names in the form of online articles, and upload them to the Internet, so that more people can appreciate and enjoy the richness of local culture.

In order to achieve this purpose, I set up one of the Eight Dragon Altars, Long Yi, and Qi Xiaoting, who crossed over, with their love story and return to the Eight Dragon Altar as the main line, connecting these legends and stories to form a coherent long literary work.

I think like this: a pearl is easy to lose, if you string one pearl one by one into a necklace and wear it to show people, it can not only beautify people's lives, but also keep these individual pearls forever and pass them on.

The pen name "Picking Shells and Pearls" is also based on this consideration.

The Jianjin Prefecture in the text is not the current county name, but the old county name that was used in history and is still used by the current literati. For example, "Thorn City", the "Thorn City" here refers to the current county seat, and brings out the name of the old county in history, which is known to the people of this county.

The reason why I used the name of the county in history instead of the current one is because this is an online fast food culture, the first chapter is uploaded and anyone can see it, and the future writing is still very long, a little bit of cover-up, and the heart is still calmer.

This book involves more than 100 real-life village names, accounting for one-fifth of the existing village names in Jianjin Prefecture.

Some are a legend involving multiple villages, such as the Eight Dragons, Wenkou, Zilong, Liuchang and the Garden in "The Legend of the Eight Dragons, Wenkou, Zilong, Liuchang and the Garden"; The towers, Hengtou, Yingtou, Seventeen Households, Wang Jun, and Puzhuang in "Using the Wrong People"; Li Qianzhuang, Bian Village, and Ruo Village occupied by Li Hong.

Some stories give birth to several villages, such as several Wang Tan in "The Great War of Man-Eating Ants", three willow forests and four jujube forests in "The Battle in the Willow Forest".

Some of them have produced multiple villages due to a regional environment, such as the ancient Taihu Lake in the book, which has now become flat, and on its original site, there are seven Taihu villages named after their location and surname.

Due to the long history, some villages have multiplied along many villages, such as Cao Balong in the book, and now there are four Balong villages of Cao, Li, Meng and Wang. Wenkou also has three Wenkou: east, west and south. Because they are all natural villages, the villages along the thriving lines are also included in the statistics.

The reason why I wrote the extra is because some characters and events in the text appear very abruptly, such as Ren Qiang, Bai Yufengxing, and Jewel Mountain.

Ren Qiang is crossing, this is easy to understand; The white jade phoenix star is a little abrupt, because in ancient mythology, there is no name of the white jade phoenix star at all, and the same is true of the jewelry mountain, which was fictionalized by Shizhu in the compilation of "The Legend of Zaoqiang".

There is also the Eight Dragons Altar, we do have the legend of the Eight Dragons Altar here, and there are indeed the villages of the Eight Dragons, Wenkou, Zilong, and Liuchang. But how the Eight Dragons Altar was buried on the sand and soil hill in Daxu Village, no one can explain clearly.

In order to explain these, I wrote an extra, let Ren Qiang travel into the wilderness, and through what he saw and heard, to explain the origin and existence of the Eight Dragon Altar and the Jewel Mountain, and to prove the identity of Bai Yufengxing and Long Yi. In fact, it is a corroboration of the text.

The work was not very successful, with few clicks and subscriptions. I also thought about giving up, and I once stopped working for 10 months. Thinking of my original intention, thinking of these beautiful legends and stories circulating in the land of Jianjin Prefecture, I gritted my teeth and persevered.

Some friends may be familiar with the legends and stories in the book. Yes, there are legends that are indeed widely circulated, and there are versions in various places. However, most of the stories used in this book are the stories in the booklet "The Legend of Zaoqiang" that I collected and printed in the eighties and nineties of the last century, but they are a little fuller and more delicate.

"The Legend of Zaoqiang" is a booklet of more than 100,000 words, with a total of 35 articles. Except for the six animal stories, the rest are the legends of the county's place names, character legends, and legends related to the county.

In 2010, I uploaded some of these articles to my blog on Sina.com, and the name of the article appeared on Baidu. Sometimes Baidu dialect will also find the whole article.

In order to confirm that the legends and stories in the article are collected and sorted out by me, I now publish my blog to the public:
