When I was younger
"Jingle bells, jingle bells, the sun is out······" The melodious alarm bell woke me up, but I closed my eyes tightly, for fear that the real world would disrupt me, and I silently said: "I am a soldier, I am a soldier, there is nothing to worry about, UN peacekeepers, UN peacekeepers ······"
I slowly opened my eyes, everything in front of me was both familiar and unfamiliar, the stack of books scattered on the table, the comfortable cushions on the chair, the hand-embroidered scenery of West Lake hanging on the wall, and the toy bear Peter on the pillow. If I am not mistaken, this is about the room I had when I was eighteen and about to finish high school.
"It's not true, what's a blind recollection!" I thought to myself, and quickly closed my eyes again, but my every move was in vain. When I opened my eyes again, everything in the room was still the same, the same as when I was eighteen.
"What's going on?" I was at a loss.
It was at this time that my mother, whom I had missed for a long time in the real world, pushed the door in.
Looking at my mother, whose hair was still jet black as she entered the room, I was so surprised that I poked there like half a piece of wood.
"Why don't you brush your teeth and wash your face, you'll be late if you rub it any longer." Mom patted me lightly, and then busily opened the curtains and pushed the window open.
I got off the single bed in a daze, and my mother had already started to tidy up the slightly messy desk. I continued to walk out of the room in a daze and went to the bathroom to freshen up. In the large oval mirror, I reflected my immature and young self. Looking at the illusory self on the other side, I was completely confused, all of what I saw was familiar with a little bit of a long time, could it be that I was still swimming in a dream?!
Walking out of the bathroom, I drove to the restaurant. In my memory, my dad and eldest sister, who hadn't seen each other for almost a year, had breakfast in the restaurant.
The kind and somewhat old father disappeared, and a handsome old father sat at the head of the table. He had already finished breakfast and was reading the morning newspaper when he saw me coming, and he did not put down the newspaper, but gave me a gentle look from the side of the newspaper.
"Hurry up, or you shouldn't be late."
"Okay, Dad." I don't think I've ever spoken so tenderly.
My sister Xu Ying and I are two sisters who are fraternal siblings, she looks like my father, and I look like my mother. My sister was eating bread, and she frowned slightly, thinking thoughtfully of something, as if she had no idea of my coming.
Looking at my sister, who is also in the prime of her life, I feel a happy mood in my heart.
"Good morning, big sister!" I exclaimed tentatively.
She withdrew her confused eyes and pursed her lips at me, trying to smile at me, but she didn't.
Looking at my father and sister, who are ten years younger, and thinking that I am ten years younger, I really have mixed feelings in my heart. I swallowed the bread so much that I didn't know what it tasted like.
After breakfast, my eldest sister naturally called me to go to school with me, but I was a little overwhelmed, but seeing my parents' habitual urging expressions, I had to load a few textbooks and exercise books casually and follow my sister out of the house.
