During the Republic of China, there was a saying in the circle that Nanmao and Beima were circulated.

Beima is talking about the disciples of the Northeast, and Nanmao is naturally the disciple of Maoshan.

Whether it is a disciple from the Northeast or a Taoist priest from Maoshan, they are all representative figures of exorcism and evil spirits. But after the establishment of New China, Grandpa Mao's words to defeat all cows, ghosts, snakes and gods made those demons and monsters disappear, die, flee, and the rest of them disappeared and never appeared again.

But as the saying goes, when the forest is big, there are all kinds of birds. China has a vast land and abundant resources, and there are always some fish that slip through the net and will hide all over the country. At that time, the Special Case Office had just been established, and all these demons and monsters did not dare to show their heads, for fear of being caught and chopped up by the people of the Special Case Department.

Generally speaking, these demons and monsters do not dare to harm people, because once they do harm, they will attract the attention of the special case department. And the special case department does not mean to kill everything, because God has the virtue of a good life, and they can't do anything to kill everything, as long as they don't harm others and live their lives in peace and stability, no one cares about you.

The mountain spirits and water monsters and lonely ghosts who are not harmful, it is by virtue of this that they can survive for a long time.

People in the circle basically default to this rule, as long as everyone doesn't hurt others, just hello, hello, hello, everyone. But some exorcists don't think so.

They stubbornly believe that the cultivation of spirits in human form, and the refusal of yin souls to stay in the yang world and refuse to reincarnate are all things that violate the principles of heaven and earth, so no matter whether they will harm people or not, they will directly kill them.

Not to mention, there are really not a few such people. The person we are going to talk about this time is the old beggar man I met with Zhang Wuren in Golmud, who claimed to be the atonement.

The term "Atonement" is very interesting, atonement for sin, atonement for sin, what sin is atonement? Of course, it is the crime of indiscriminate killing of innocents. It is said that if a redeemer wants to cleanse himself from his sins, he must make a vow.

It probably means that you can't eat fresh food in this life, and you can only eat leftover cold rice. And you can't take a car, you can only walk for the rest of your life. Anyway, the whole life is like a life of asceticism.

At that time, Zhang Wuren and I thought it was caused by cause and effect, but in fact, we realized later that the atonement was actually asking for peace of mind.

This is an old beggar with a story.

The redeemer was not called the redeemer before, he was born in Maoshan, and he was still the elder brother of Maoshan at that time, and his road name was Chongyang.

Governor Chongyang was born in the fifties, when the country had just been founded.

Everyone also knows that when the People's Republic of China was first founded, it was relatively chaotic, not only the remnants of Lao Chiang's spies, but also some lawless elements who tried in vain to undermine domestic stability. In remote areas, bandits and thieves are rampant, and there are even demons and monsters who disobey Grandpa Mao to make waves and kill innocents.

The family of the head of Chongyang is an honest farmer, when the head of Chongyang was only seven years old, his father and mother took him home to save his relatives, but he was greedy for travel on the way, missed the place to stay, fortunately there was a deserted house on the road, and then the parents of the head of Chongyang took the child to prepare to spend the night in the abandoned house.

Who would have thought that this house was haunted, there was a hanged ghost entrenched in it, and seeing that the father and mother of the head of Chongyang Dao lived here, he came out that night and killed people.

Needless to say, the process of ghosts harming people is not to be said, anyway, it is those means. Chongyang Daochang's father and mother were confused by the ghosts, and as a result, they both hanged themselves on the beams of the old house.

Originally, Daoist Chongyang was going to be hanged on it, but when he hanged the ghost and harmed people, he moved a little louder, which alarmed an old Taoist priest walking nearby.

This old Taoist priest is a disciple of the Maoshan Dao Sect, and when he saw the demonic aura here, he hurried over, and just saved the life of the Chongyang Dao Chief.

But the head of Chongyang was saved, but his father and mother were not saved.

This old Taoist priest is also a capable person, and he belongs to the kind of Taoist priest who knows a lot. After he rescued the Chongyang Daoist, he took away the hanged ghost. But the father and mother of the head of Chongyang Dao really can't help it.

The old Taoist priest looked at the Chongyang Taoist who was crying like a tearful person, and said in his heart that if he left, this child would be helpless, and he was afraid that he would become a beggar. happened to lack a disciple for himself, so he accepted him.

Originally, it was just a temporary idea, but after wiping away the tears of the Chongyang Daoist, he found that this little guy had a strange skeleton, and it turned out to be a rare physique suitable for cultivation.

In today's words, it is Bone Qingqi, and he will definitely be the one who will save the world in the future.

The old Taoist priest has a very high rank in the Maoshan Taoist sect and is a junior disciple of the current head of Maoshan. After the old Taoist priest received the head of Chongyang, he gave him a Taoist name called Chongyang, which probably means that his whole body is full of yang, because his parents were killed by powerful ghosts and were murderous, so he hoped to neutralize the murderous and yang energy in his body.

Unlike ordinary Maoshan disciples, Daoist Chongyang has been learning Taoism from the old Taoist priest since he was a child. He learned a lot of things, such as feng shui, drawing talismans to catch ghosts, and even light skills and swordsmanship to strengthen the body. Because he walked the rivers and lakes at a young age, when he became an adult, the head of Chongyang Dao had already become a well-known figure.

Later, the old Taoist priest felt old and returned to Maoshan to retire, and the head of Chongyang returned to Maoshan. On Maoshan Mountain, he learned a lot of Maoshan ghost suppression techniques, and he has become a leader of the younger generation.

But the head of Maoshan at that time said that this child had suffered a catastrophe when he was young, and although he did not die, it had affected his life. And his temperament has also changed, if he becomes an exorcist in the future, he will definitely be extremely fierce and murderous.

Facts have proved that the head of the Maoshan Taoist School is still very accurate. After the head of Chongyang Dao studied in the Maoshan Taoist sect to adulthood, he carried a bamboo stick on his back and wore a pair of slippers down the mountain.

His bamboo sticks and slippers are exquisite, with a round sun at one end and a curved moon at the other. There is a saying in circles about holding the sun and the moon.

The slippers are one black and one white, one yin and one yang, and they are called the yin and yang of the foot.

Stepping on yin and yang, holding the sun and the moon, he is talking about the head of the Chongyang Dao. And because of the memories of his childhood, he is haunted by the tragic death of his parents, so as long as he encounters a ghost, no matter what, he will kill him directly, and never leave anyone a way to live.

Zhang Wuren once told me that killing people and killing ghosts is actually a sin. One is to destroy people's bodies, and the other is to destroy people's souls. Modern law only stipulates the crime of homicide, but it does not stipulate the crime of killing ghosts.

Later, we inquired, and before the Chongyang Dao Leader became a redeemer, there must have been at least a few hundred ghosts and ghosts killed. This also made him a ghost terminator in the circle for a while.

Later, the Special Cases Department also specially invited the head of the Chongyang Road to join it, but the head of the Chongyang Road only asked, after joining the special case department, can he kill ghosts casually?

At that time, the head of the special case department was still a young Deng Bochuan, Deng Bochuan was an exorcist with a very ideological realm, and after thinking about it, he said, you can't keep killing like this, and now you have karma on you, and if you continue to kill, something will happen sooner or later.

The young Chongyang Dao Elder snorted and said, this world is originally a Yang World, since it is a Yang World, the ghosts and mountain spirits and wild monsters are not qualified to live here with us, if they don't die, who will die?

So the head of Chongyang refused Deng Bochuan's invitation and insisted on doing chivalrous deeds. He did a lot of good deeds, but he also did a lot of sins. It wasn't until later that the head of Chongyang met a monk.

This monk is a monk, and it seems that he was born in Guangji Temple in Beijing. It's just that monks are a bit special, and they are all monks who have practiced. In troubled times, they also traveled the world by themselves, with a bowl and a bowl, curing diseases and saving people along the way, and surpassing the ghosts.

It is not by chance that the head of the Chongyang Dao met the monk, because the head of the Chongyang Dao vowed to destroy all the yin spirits in the world, so when he walked the world, he would go wherever the yin spirits could appear.

On this day, he came to Zhumadian, Henan, and then saw the monk in a small village.

It was evening, and the monk in a gray robe was sitting under a large willow tree at the entrance of the village, knocking on wooden fish and chanting sutras.

He looked focused, as if he didn't care about his surroundings in the slightest.

The head of Chongyang Dao has been walking the rivers and lakes since he was seven years old, and his experience is not rich. He could see at a glance that this monk was actually a fellow practitioner of the same path as himself. And this big willow tree next to him seems to be very strange as well.

There are many heads floating up and down on the branches of the big willow tree. These people are full of black air, with teeth and claws, and they are lying down with the wicker, circling around the Dharma Sangha.

But this monk was unmoved, just chanting the scriptures quietly, without even opening his eyes.

Daoist Chongyang snorted, kicked the Yin Yang slippers and walked over. He didn't answer, he directly pulled out the sun and moon stick, and swept it towards the wicker.

Those heads were originally revolving around the monks, but they were suddenly swept away by the head of Chongyang Dao, and they were beaten and screamed on the spot, and they fled directly. What the head of Chongyang Dao hates the most is these ghosts, and he kicks and steps on the Yin and Yang slippers on the spot, wanting to catch up and kill them all.

It's just that at this time, he heard the monk under the big willow tree sigh softly and said, this Taoist master, all living beings are suffering, why bother?

Daoist Chongyang didn't want to deal with this monk, although he was a fellow monk, after all, his beliefs were different, and his methods were different. He carried the sun and moon bamboo cane and only cared about beating those powerful ghosts who fled in all directions, but the monk couldn't stand it, and as soon as he raised his hand, a string of Buddhist beads flew out and was directly set on the sun and moon bamboo cane.

I don't know what is mysterious on that string of Buddhist beads, and after putting it on, it affects the sun and moon bamboo cane. So those ghosts with the same head seized the opportunity, fled one after another, and went directly into the village.

Daoist Chongyang had a fiery temper, and he was furious on the spot and said, monk! Dao Ye, I am kind enough to save you! Instead, you beat a rake, are all monks in the world ungrateful?

The monk recited Amitabha, folded his hands, and said, this Taoist leader, the little monk just doesn't want the Taoist to make and kill evil anymore, and cause and effect will be involved.
