Chapter 826: Prefect
"Anyway, as long as it's not Snapdown, I'm fine. Ron said indifferently. "But, what's worse is that we're not going to have a normal wizard level exam this semester, and I can't imagine what Mom's expression will be like then. β
Ron looked a little frustrated, the ordinary wizard level exam was the most important exam in the entire magical career, if he failed......
Well, there will always be a pass in so many subjects, but the evaluation of different grades also means different improvement classes, such as Transfiguration, and Professor McGonagall's improvement class is much better than another professor's improvement class, which is a well-established thing.
"Anyway, normally speaking, this time period should be the time to re-select the prefect, but ...... Ron, are you sure that's it......"
"Prefect?"
Harry suddenly realized, I couldn't believe it, it was already time to select the prefects, they were already in the fifth year.
Ron's expression was a little weird, and he was on his list......
"What's wrong, Ron?" Fred asked, and walked over, Ron pulling his hand out of the envelope with a little trembling......
"Prefect?" Fred said, staring at the letter in disbelief.
"Prefect?" George rushed forward, snatching the envelope from Ron's other hand and turning it upside down, Harry saw a red and gold object fall into George's palm.
"Incredible," George whispered.
"They must have made a mistake," Fred said, grabbing the envelope and holding it to the light as if checking the watermark inside. "No one in their sanity would make Ron a prefect. β
The twin brothers shook their heads together and looked at Harry.
"We think you must be!" Fred's tone seemed as if Ha had somehow tricked him.
"We think Dumbledore will pick you!" George said angrily. "You've won the Goblet of Fire and everything else!" Fred said.
"I thought all the crazy ideas I had didn't count them into," George said to Fred. "Yes," Fred said slowly, "yes, you're getting in too much trouble, man. Well, at least one of you gets priority. β
He strode over to Harry and patted him on the back, giving Ron a stern look.
"Prefect Ron Jr. became prefect. β
"Oh, mommy is going crazy," George moaned. He tossed the prefect badge back to Ron, like a stained hand. Still silent, Ron picked up the badge and glared at it for a moment, then tossed it to Harry, as if silently asking Harry to confirm its authenticity.
Harry took the badge. A large "G" appears on the top of the Gryffindor logo. When Harry first entered Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry, he had seen such a badge on Percy's chest.
Just as Harry was stunned, the door slammed open, and Hermione rushed in, holding a dazzling badge in her hand, and for a moment, Harry felt a little ......
"Y-you got ββ?" she looked at the badge in Harry's hand, and paused slightly, but soon Hermione became happy.
"I see!" she said excitedly, waving the envelope in her hand, "Me too, Harry, so do I!"
"No," Harry said quickly, tucking the badge back into Ron's hand, "it was Ron, not me, who got the badge. β
"Y-what?" Hermione was slightly stunned, "You mean, Ron?"
Hermione's face turned red as Ron stared at her with a challenging gaze.
"My name was written on the letter. Ron said.
"I," Hermione said, looking completely confused.
"Oh yes, good job, Ron! That's trueβ"
"Unexpected," George said, nodding.
"I thought...... It's good too, Ron he ......"
"So, what do you want to say?" said Ron in a slightly low voice.
"Oh no, I mean...... I mean congratulations. Hermione said, nodding.
The door behind Hermione opened wider, and Mrs. Weasley walked briskly into the room with a stack of freshly cleaned robes.
"Ginny said the list had just arrived," she said, looking at all the envelopes, and then walked over to the bedside and began to divide the robes into two piles. "Give me the list of books, and I will give them to Mr. Deegan Alain in the afternoon, so that you can get the books when you leave. Ron, I'm going to have to get you bigger pajamas, these are at least inches shorter, I can't believe you're growing so fast what color do you like?"
"Buy him a red and yellow badge to match his badge," George said with a smirk.
"What's with him?" said Mrs. Weasley, absentmindedly, as she folded up a pair of socks and placed them on Ron's pile.
"His badge," Frye said quickly, prepared for the worst, "his beautiful new badge that sparkled beautifully." β
It took a moment for Fred's words to reach Mrs. Weasley, who was busy folding her pajamas.
"His. Wait Ron, are you supposed to be?" Ron held up his badge. Mrs. Weasley let out a Hermione-like scream.
"I can't believe it! I can't believe it! Oh, Ron, that's great! Chief! Everybody in this family is!"
"And what are Fred and me, next-door neighbor?" exclaimed George, angrily.
But Mrs. Weasley pushed him away and hugged her youngest son tightly.
"Wait to tell you Daddy!Ron, I'm so proud of you, what exciting news, you're going to graduate laude like Bill and Percy, that's the first step!Oh, what a wonderful thing has happened in the midst of all this mess, I'm shaking with excitement, oh, Ronβ"
Both Fred and George vomited behind Mrs. Weasley's back, but Mrs. Weasley didn't notice it, her arms wrapped around Ron's neck and kissed him all over Ron's face, who was now redder than his badge.
"Mommy, don't do that, Mom, you're holding on too tightly," he grumbled as he tried to push Mrs. Weasley away.
Mrs. Weasley let go of Ron and panted, "Okay, so what do you want?" We gave Percy an owl, and of course, you already have one. β
"What...... What do you mean?" Ron looked incredulous in his ears.
"You're going to get a reward for that!" said Mrs. Weasley happily, "how about a beautiful new robe?"
"We've bought him some," Fred said with a wicked look, looking genuinely sorry for his generosity.
"Or a new cauldron, Charlie's old cauldron that's all rusty, or a new mouse, you've always loved the speck-"
"Mom," Ron said hopefully, "shall I get a new broom?"
Mrs. Weasley's face sank slightly, brooms were expensive.
"Not really the advanced kind!" Ron added hesitantly, "just- just a little bit newer."
Mrs. Weasley hesitated, then smiled.
"Of course, if I'm going to buy a new broom, I'd better go now. See you later, little Ronnie, a prefect, and don't forget to pack your suitcase, a prefect, I'm shaking all over!"
She kissed Ron on the cheek again, inhaled hard, and hurried out of the room.
Fred and George exchanged a look. "You wouldn't mind if we didn't kiss you, would you, Ron?"
George said in a contrived, wistful voice. "We'll curtsy you if you like," George said.
"Oh, shut up," Ron glared at them.
"Or what?" said Fred, a wicked smile on his face, "Lock us up?"
"I'd love to let him try it," George laughed deliciously.
"If you're not careful, he'll really do that!" Hermione said annoyedly. Fred and George burst into laughter, and Ron muttered, "Stop talking, Hermione. β
"George, we really need to be careful," Fred said, pretending to be scared, "and the two guys are staring at us......
"Yes, it seems that our days of misdeeds are over," said George, shaking his head. Then there was a loud bang, and the twin brothers were gone.
"Those two guys!" Hermione said angrily, looking up at the ceiling, and they could now hear Fred and Oy laughing loudly in the upstairs room.
"Ignore them, Ron, they're just jealous!"
