Chapter 656: Sirius' Guidance
"How long has it been since you've eaten?" Van Lin looked at Sirius a little speechlessly.
I have to admit that Dobby's food is still quite delicious, at least Sirius likes it very much, and he is eating it with a chicken leg.
"It didn't take long, but it was busy, and it was always a mouthful. Sirius said.
Harry was also a little speechless, and he handed over a glass of watermelon juice.
Ron was reading Sirius's Daily Prophet, which was quite interesting today.
Ron tapped Harry and handed him the Daily Prophet. The headlines were: Barty Crouch's strange illness, and the other said: The Witch Minister's whereabouts are unknown - the Minister of Magic is involved.
Harry read it. "They say Crouch looks like he's dying," Harry said slowly, "but whoever comes there knows it's not that bad. β
"My brother is Crouch's assistant," Ron told Sirius, "and he said Crouch was fainting. β
"I don't care!" Hermione said coldly.
"Hermione seems to be haunted by elves. Ron whispered to Sirius and glanced at Hermione.
Sirius looked interested, he glanced at Hermione, and then at Van Lin, on the matter of elves, Sirius couldn't agree with Hermione's opinion, but I heard that Hermione really started a house-elf rights protection association, Sirius had seen Hermione's article in the newspaper.
"The first time you saw a poffin was at the Quidditch World Cup, and she helped Crouch get a seat, didn't you?"
Harry, Ron, and Homien said in unison. "But Klaus didn't show up in that game. He's probably too busy. β
Sirius sat there without a snort, even the food in his hand was put down for the time being.
"Harry, did you find your wand in your pocket after you left Quidditch?"
"Well...... "No," Harry thought hard, "no," he finally remembered, "we won't use it until we go to the forest." I put my hand in my pocket, and there was nothing in my pocket but Omegals. You mean someone used magic to take my wand away?"
"Probably. Sirius said.
"Twilight didn't steal your wand!" Hermione screamed.
"The elf wasn't next to you, and if it used magic, it would have been noticed, so who was sitting next to you at the time?" Sirius frowned, he was sitting next to Fudge and didn't pay much attention to Harry.
"That's a lot of people. Bulgarian Minister...... Cornelius Fudge...... And Lucius Malfoy......"
"It must be Malfoy!" Ron interjected suddenly, his voice so loud that his voice echoed throughout the room, "I'm the one who packs the ticket, you old platinum bastard!"
"Anyone else?" Sirius asked.
"No more. Harry replied.
"And Ruth Bagmon. Hermione woke him up.
"Oh, yes......" Harry returned, looking at Van Lin, as if to make sure there was anything missing.
"I don't know much about Bagmun, only that he used to be a thug. Sirius was still pacing around, "What's wrong with him?"
"It's fine," Harry replied, "he always wants to help me win the wizard game." β
"Really, why would he do that?" Sirius frowned again.
"He said he liked me. Harry said.
Sirius Reese was thoughtful.
"We saw him in the forest, just before the black marker appeared. Hermione told Sirius, "Remember?" she said to Harry and Ron.
"Yes, but he didn't stay in the forest!" said Ron, "and as soon as we told him about the riot, he rushed back to camp. β
"How do you know?" Hermione scoffed, "how do you know where he's gone?"
"Are you saying that Ruth Bagmund is using magic to confuse the Black Mark?" Ron said incredulously.
"Bagmun is more likely than Flash. Hermione said stubbornly.
Ron looked at Sirius and said, "She's scratching the house-elvesβ"
Sirius held up a hand to prevent Ron from speaking, "What did Crouch do when the marker was obscured and the elf was spotted holding Harry's wand?"
"He went to look in the bushes, but no one else was there. Harry said.
"Of course," Sirius whispered, and Van Lin could see that he was guiding, "he wanted to nail everyone but his own elves...... And then he caught her?"
"Yes," Hermione's fire came up again, "and he grabbed her, only to come out and be ravaged because she didn't obediently stay in the tent." β
"Hermione, please stop talking about elves. Ron said.
But Sirius shook his head and said, "She thinks Klaus is more accurate than you, Ron, if you want to know what a person looks like, just see how he treats people who are lower than him, not people who are equal to him." β
He stroked his unshaven face with his hand, thinking hard. "Crouch is absent from Quidditch. But he asked his elves to help him get a seat to watch the Quidditch World Cup, but he didn't show up to watch it. He tried hard to get the wizard game back up, but he didn't watch it himself. It's not quite like Crouch, if he takes a day off due to illness, I'll eat Bird's Beak Beeker. β
"Do you know Klaus before?" asked Harry.
Sirius's face was cloudy, and even though he had been rehabilitated, Van Lin could still see that Sirius was unwilling on his face.
He didn't want to interject any more, in fact, he was happy that Sirius gave Harry some guidance, which he didn't do anyway, and it wasn't a breach of his agreement with Dumbledore.
Sirius suddenly became as sinister as Harry had first seen him, and that night Harry thought he was a murderer.
"I know him," he said slowly, "he is the one who sent me to Azqban without trial." β
"What?" Ron asked.
"Just kidding!" said Harry.
Sirius took another big bite of chicken and said, "Crouch was the head of the magical law enforcement department, don't you know?" Harry and Ron shook their heads.
"He would have been the most promising minister of the magical department," Sirius said, "and he was a great wizard with great magic and power. Most importantly, he's against Voldemort," he glanced at Harry's expression, "Crouch is always openly against the Dark...... You won't understand...... You're too young......"
"My dad said the same thing at the World Cup. Ron showed a hint of annoyance, "Why don't you try to tell us?"
Sirius' thin face smiled, "Okay, I'll try to tell you about it." β
