This cultivation is equivalent to refining the body, but it is different from the traditional refining body, which consists in training the body to be as steel as iron, even immortal and indestructible.

When fighting against people, it can have a great advantage in terms of resistance to blows. But the ultimate goal of this cultivation is to merge the body into heaven and earth, I am the sky, and the sky is me.

The soul of the nine tribulations is the lower three tribulations, the middle three tribulations, and the upper three tribulations. When cultivating, start cultivating from the lower three tribulations, breathe and breathe, absorb qi in the dantian, nourish the lower three jiao, and the lower three tribulations are qi tribulations.

Although there is an unreliable master, there is a reliable apprentice, no matter whether the exercises passed down by the Tianji monk are mature or not, whether there are side effects, they can be practiced when they come to Ma Yao.

Sometimes you can still understand it, and after repairing some flaws in the exercises, you can also realize some derivative exercises, which is also a miracle.
