Chapter 903: Teaching

"Voldemort can only get what he wants by acting in secret, like a weapon. That's what he didn't get last time. I'm the weapon," Harry thought to himself on the subway back.

He felt as if a poison was running through his veins, sending chills down his body and causing him to sweat profusely as the train swayed through the dark tunnel.

"I'm someone Voldemort wants to take advantage of, so wherever I go, they send people to guard me, not to protect me, but to protect others. It's just that it doesn't work, and I can't always be guarded at Hogwarts. It was indeed me who assaulted Mr. Weasley last night, yes, it was me. Voldemort made me do this, and he may be in me, listening to my thoughts right now......"

"Are you alright? dear Harry. As the train clattered through the dark tunnel, Mrs. Weasley leaned over and whispered to Harry through Ginny, "You don't look right, are you sick?"

They all looked at him, and Harry shook his head vigorously, then looked intently at an ad for home insurance.

"Harry, are you sure you're okay?" Mrs. Weasley asked Harry uneasily as they rounded the scattered meadows in the middle of Grimmauld Place, "Your face is paler, did you really fall asleep this morning?"

He nodded, there was now a ready-made excuse to avoid talking to others, and that was exactly what he was hoping for.

So when Mrs. Weasley opened the front door, he hurried around the spinning umbrella stand and walked upstairs into his and Ron's bedroom. He began pacing back and forth in the room.

After walking past the two beds and Phineas's once-empty easel, his brain was filled with countless questions and even more terrifying thoughts, as if it was about to explode.

"How could he have the illusion of a snake? Maybe he was an Animagus?

No, that's impossible, otherwise he'd know.

Maybe Voldemort was an Animagus. Yes, Harry thought, that's right, of course he could turn into a snake. Then when I was controlled by him, I developed a cold feeling of a snake and attacked with fangs...... But that doesn't explain why I was able to go to London and be back here five minutes later. โ€

"But Voldemort is one of the most powerful wizards in the world, and casting teleportation spells far away from Dumbledore should be a piece of cake for him. โ€

So...... Harry's heart pounded, and he thought: "This idea may be ridiculous, but if Voldemort controls me, he will use me to know everything about the Phoenix Order! I've heard a lot of things I shouldn't have heard, and the first night I've been here, Sirius told me everything is.

Now he had only one choice: he could only leave Grimmauld Place Twelve immediately. He will spend Christmas alone at Hogwarts, without the company of others, which will at least keep them safe on the holidays.

However, it didn't work, there were still enough people at Hogwarts for him to hurt and attack. What if it's Neville, Hermione, or Ron next time it's attacked? He paused, staring at Phoenix's empty easel. There was a heavy feeling that weighed over his heart.

He had no choice: he wanted to go back to the privet path and leave the wizarding world completely. ๏ผŒ

Yes, if he had to, he thought, he couldn't hesitate any longer.

Harry tried not to think about how the Dursleys would react when they saw him show up at the door six months earlier than expected.

Harry strode over to his trunk, slammed it shut and locked it, mechanically scanning around, searching Hedwig before remembering that it was still at Hogwarts.

Okay, he can take one less cage with him.

He grabbed one end of the box and dragged it towards the door, when a voice mocked, "Are we going to abscond?" he looked around, and Phineas appeared on the canvas of his portrait, leaning against the frame, looking at Harry with a comical face.

"It's not absconding, it's not. Harry said briefly, dragging his suitcase across the room a few steps. Phineas stroked his spiky beard and said, "I thought that as a member of the Gryffindor House, you should be considered brave. It seems to me that you should have behaved better in my room. We Slytherins are brave, yes, but not stupid. For example, when faced with a choice, we always choose to keep our lives. โ€

"I'm not saving my life right now!" Harry said, dragging his suitcase vigorously across a very uneven, moth-eaten carpet by the door.

"Oh, I see. Phineas still stroked his beard, "It's certainly not a cowardly escapeโ€”you're showing your nobility." โ€

Harry ignored him. As Harry gripped the doorknob, Phineas said lazily, "Albus Percival Woolfrick Brian Dumbledore...... Hey, that's a long name, he'll let me bring you a message. โ€

Harry turned, "What do you say?"

"Stay still!"

"I didn't move!" Harry retorted, his hand still gripping the doorknob, "now you can tell me his message." โ€

"Didn't I tell you just now, stupid!" Phoenix said calmly, "Dumbledore said...... Stay still......"

"Why?" asked Harry eagerly, putting down his suitcase, "why did he want me to stay here?"

"Nothing. Phineas raised his sparse eyebrows, as if he felt Harry was irrelevant.

Harry could no longer control the exposure of his emotions, like a snake's head raised high in the grass.

Harry was exhausted and confused. He had been horrified, rescued, and in the last twelve hours he had fallen back into terror, but Dumbledore still didn't want to talk to him.

"That's it, huh?" he said aloud, "-stay still-! everybody said that to me after I was attacked by Voldemort!"

"Harry, stay where you are until the grown-ups settle this matter! we won't bother to tell you anything, because your little brain won't be able to handle it-!you need to know ......" Phineas' voice overshadowed Harry, "that's what I hate about being a teacher, damn young people are always convinced that whatever they do is absolutely right." You poor proud fellow, didn't it ever occur to you that there was a fine reason why the Headmaster of Hogwarts didn't tell you all the details of his plan? No, no, like all young people, you believe too much that only you have feelings and thoughts, that only you can recognize danger, that you are the only one smart enough to know what the Dark Wizard might be planning......"
